They serviced my very old sliding glass door replacing the rollers and covering the old tract with a cover making the door like new. The Techs were polite, worked fast and cleaned up after themselves well.

We had our condo door wall waterproofed by Daydid and their team was great! They arrived on time, they were very tidy with their work, and they knew what they were doing. Having walked into and attempting to go through the sliding screen door on my balcony it was in need of replacement. The specialists from Daydid, sorry I don’t remember the names of the two gentlemen, we’re fantastic. They completed the work swiftly and perfectly. I had to move a couch out of the way to make room for their equipment wagon, much to my chagrin the floor was litterer in crumbs, as I eat in front of the television. They very nicely vacuumed up the mess. #aboveaanddbeyond. The screen was perfectly installed, they took extra care to make sure that it closed as it should, and by the way the scheduling is very good as well, friendly, professional,. All in all in excellent company

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. This company came to my home 4 separate times to measure my sliders for security locks and these clowns returned all 4 times with the wrong size locks. After the 4th time, i told them to please forget it. What made the whole experience even worse was their customer service. No return emails. No return calls. I consider this rude, especially when they were holding my deposit money. 2 thumbs down for this Daydid. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

DAYDID were great from beginning to end with their service. It was an ease to set up the appointment and the repair guys were courteous and professional.

Used this Company a few years ago, good, higher priced. Called 3 weeks ago to obtain a bid, receptionist who barely spoke English transferred me 3x, this after a 10minute hold to try to obtain my information but language barrier was horrific. 2 weeks later someone called for an estimate appointment, someone showed 3 days later, a week after all this and still no bid. Called today to obtain bid/estimate and they had ZERO clue as to what I was talking about. NEXT!
