I have brought uniform from this company before and it was excellent work but recently its not up to my expectations. I ordered a uniform jacket, a little over two weeks ago and I’ve gotten no update on it. Every time I call no one answers, I’ve left a voice mail, I’ve tried emailing the owner and nothing.

I had a small embroidery job I needed done on short notice for a quilt I’m making out of my late husband’s shirts. Jason was so nice & accommodating. He treated me like I was one of their big ticket clients. I know my job was likely more trouble than it was worth but they made me feel like a valued client. A rare trait in many businesses today. The work they did was excellent! Absolutely perfect. Highly recommend.

Employees at this location are super rude and non-complaint on how to actually treat a good client. As I came in to the store today, I ask the customer service representative for some advise as to what uniform to buy, she just ignored me and as I asked again she started treating me in a very unprofessional manner and very rude. I was actually going to buy few uniforms for my employee but I did not deserve to be treated this way, I honestly wanted to contribute to the local store as I am currently living in Naples, but since I was treated very rudely, I just decided to walk away and post my experience so you all are aware of how the employees are trained to treat us (the customers) very rude and unprofessional.

Jason and his staff were so friendly, professional and the options were endless! The place was so clean and I felt so comfortable trying to figure out which uniform was the best fit for me. Same day service, everyone wore mask, would highly recommend to everyone!!!!!!!! Five Stars!!! 🤗

The team at United Uniforms/Sew Shore have been an absolute pleasure to work with. From logo designs, to embroidered shirts for our staff, and screen printed shirts to sell to our customers, the quality of the product and the high level of service and attention to detail are second to none.Even during the COVID-19 Crisis, they have stepped up and met our needs for current products, and have displayed extreme patience during my constant questions about new products we are looking at producing with them, both from a design and product selection process.Jason and his team will always earn my screen printing or embroidery business as long as they are around. Avow was a proud vendor at the Collier Pride Event on June 2nd this year. Last minute our LGBTQ Task Force team decided we wanted T-Shirts made to celebrate, so we contacted Sew Shore to see if they could accommodate us. We were in LUCK - Jason, Jessica, Molly, and all the other amazing staff members made a small order with our logo possible. Sew Shore remained in contact throughout the whole process and were always friendly. When I picked up the order, one of the team members said the event even inspired them to make shirts for Pride month too! This order may have seemed basic to most, but the material, cost, appearance, and experience were all HIGH QUALITY! I highly recommend ANY business or individual looking for all your customized, or small/large order needs to use this company.

I have been shopping at Sew Shore for years and I love them - they have a great selection of uniforms, shoes and accessories. I think I’ve bought 99% of my scrubs there. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Added bonus: they offer discounts for many workplaces in different industries.Also, in this time of need, they have offered free delivery on in-stock items and I was able to order uniforms from work and Jason had them delivered to me (which ended up being a mere hour later). So grateful for how accommodating they are!Highly highly recommend!!

UPDATED REVIEW:Jason called me after seeing the review. He stated that the staff member whom I had spoken to was sick and out of the office; thus the lack of communication. I appreciate the manager calling but not once did he apologize for the delay on their promised delivery date. I understand there can be problems and specially sick staff, it happens. But the customers should be informed of delays, in my opinion. Uniforms were beautiful and quality is awesome.*********1 star for the uniforms (which we couldve bought someplace else). Disappointed that order has taken over two weeks when we were promised earlier. I called several times last week and the order was promised before end of week. We put you on the first of the queue, they said. Friday came, and not even a call. When I called them, they were closed. The voicemail stated they were closed for New Years. (We are in July) This is just a little feedback. You can provide good uniforms/materials, etc., but if your promises and customer services is not top notch, you will loose customers and get bad reviews like this. I personally will never go back and recommend against your facilities.

I had yet another remarkable, 5 star customer service experience while shopping for scrubs today. Jason and his staff are always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store is clean, comfortable, and organized with the best color and style selection in town. I must have tried on 20 sets and didn’t even make it to the back display racks! I can’t wait to wear the stylish and functional scrubs I purchased today. Thanks again for everything! I will be a loyal customer for life!

Very nice place for Uniforms. I went for my daughter and they were close so I sent a text and the guy called me back within about 3 minutes. He was very courteous and said he would have someone go to the other store and bring her Uniforms to another store and I could pick them up Saturday. I received another call from Jason as I was pulling into the parking lot. Now I drove over an hour and was treated very nicely. I want to think Jason for going over an above for me and my daughter. She was ready for her training on Monday morning bright an early. Thanks again Jason for helping.

LITERALLY THE BEST UNIFORM SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Ive been shopping for uniforms since 2012 & believe me when i say that i have NEVER been treated as well as when i made a trip to united uniforms at 2340 immokalee rd. Jason even stayed AN HOUR & A HALF, after closing to make sure i left with something that not only fit but was exactly what i wanted. i’m very very picky. I have never had a bad experience here. It is difficult to find scrub bottoms small enough to fit me, and the staff always puts fourth a great amount of effort to try to find something that might work for me. They made ordering my school uniform a breeze. I just wish they wouldnt run out of the XS size scrubs so fast.

Horrible service if I may say so the young lady was very occupied with her phone when i entered not a hi or hello. I called before I came to the store to ask some questions and I understand I do not address the questions correctly but her tone and her way of speaking to the customer was very rude not sure of the young ladys name I believe her name started with a J. I hope this gets addressed.

Honestly I enjoyed coming to shop for my scrubs here but lately the little girl that works isnt very friendly anymore. I simply asked if i could order my scrubs at a different location because I was running late to work and she responded obviously you can you would just have to start driving to the location right now instead of asking me

After a week and a half back and forth with another company, numerous customer service representatives, and going nowhere with our order I had to start from scratch. I am happy to say I have found the solution to my uniform needs. I manage two clinics and employ 30 employees. Because we are a small business, we do not keep extra embroidered uniforms in stock, however Sew Shore gets them ordered and embroidered in a reasonable amount of time. I love that they offer competitive pricing and have a variety of brands to choose from.

Poor phone customer service. If they could answer their phones it would be great.

I had the task of having shirts designed for a company special event. It was thrown on me at the last minute and I had to have them in a timely manner. I had ordered shirts from other embroidery companies in town but they were not able to get the job done in the required time, so I decided to try United Uniforms. I met with Jason the owner and explained my predicament. Within a half hour they had already digitized a design for me and had run a test pattern to see if I approved. I looked at the design and I was sort of shocked at the quality. I had become accustomed to what Ive been given from other embroidery companies over time. However, when I saw what Jason created for me it just looked a lot better then what I was accustomed to receiving from the other companies. I said go with it and the shirts were ordered. When I came back to pick up the shirts I was amazed on how good they looked.Thank you to Jason and the embroiderer Marielys... great job, Ill be back

We are extremely satisfied with our uniforms and the service we have received! We switched to using Sew Shore about a year ago after a bad experience with another uniform company. We have ordered scrubs, uniform polos, warm up jackets, and lab coats, all of which have had custom embroidery. The finished product has always been of great quality at competitive pricing. We recently decided to change the style of our polos. Jason made it easy to transition and helped us find the best style to fit each staff members individual body type. He also recently provided us with a better, more cost effective option for our scrubs. My staff looks great and very professional.
