We were lucky enough to be able to work with Manuel & Mercedes who has such a great personality and great ideas! Once the fabric arrived they got right to work and soon the drapes were done. Their workroom does fabulous work as our drapes were beautifully made.They follow-up on their work to make sure everything is satisfactory and have excellent guarantees. There installer was quick, precise, careful and so easy to have in your home.Yes, in all, this is a wonderful company that prides itself in excellence and customer satisfaction.Thanks again!Manuel & Mercedes We love are new home.

Do NOT use this company!!! We hired Manny to do some simple shades in our condo on October 16th of last year and paid him in full for shades and installation of the shades. The installation was a nightmare. Our building manager sent us pictures because he couldn’t believe what a mess they were. We ordered 4 shades. The brackets for all 4 shades were too big. Hanging off the wall and not properly supported. In 3 of the rooms the shades were too small. They do not completely cover the window. We immediately contacted Manny and told him we were not happy. He told us he would fix the issues. The first time we met with Manny when he came by to take a look at the problem he told us that he has arthritis and couldn’t properly install the brackets. Then he agreed that the brackets were too big and that the shades were too small and that he would order new ones and replace them. We have called Manny numerous times. He would tell us that the shades were in his warehouse and that he just needed to unpack his inventory. At another point he told us that the company was going to reimburse him because it was taking too long for the shades to be delivered. I could go on and on about how unprofessional he is and what a liar he is. I have a voicemail message from Manny dated January 17th telling me that he was issuing a full refund. I sent him a text message on February 21st about the voicemail and asking him to please refund us our money. He is not answering his phone and not answering my text messages.

He came to my house for free consultation I explained to him what I liked and he gave me great suggestions everything was done in a timely manner very friendly very reasonable prices for my budget everything turned out great he did such an amazing job! Im looking forward to working with him again
