I couldnt be happier with the customer service I received from Jordan Z. at the Naples store! Him and the entire staff there are amazing and have earned my business for life!! I made the mistake of not buying the correct mower for what my property needed. Jordan and his amazingness helped guide me to what I needed. Although he didnt have access to the machine I needed until November 10th 2021 due to John Deere having issues getting parts, he went out of his way and found one for me! Not only did he find it for me I think he got the last one in existence!!! Thank you Jordan!

You walk in and feel like you are part of a family. Great price on the John Deere e120 compared to Home Depot and they provide service. Also great price on Stihl compared to another local dealer. No complaints, were in and out quickly with great customer service. Would definitely recommend and will be a customer for a long time.

Needed a good riding lawnmower,shopped around,they offered me a discount off of the list price.Deliveredit two days later.The salesman was great and knowledgeable,and the guy who delivered it showed me everything and answered all questions,a great experience,no rushing you!I used it and it is fast, manuverable, and surpassed my expectations.I highly recommend them.Hard to find though, behind Auto parts store,but once you find it, its well worth it!

Looking for a new lawn mower, my wife and I decided to compare apples to apples and looked at the John Deere equipment at the local home improvement stores to Everglades Equipment Group. At Everglades we were directed to a sales representative ( an experience I usually dread ). Jorden Zoeliner turned out to be the exception. He was not pushy, he gave me the information and let me look on my own answering my questions. I ended up with what I consider a better deal, warranty and and service package.

From the minute I walked through the door Jackson, Jordan and Paula went out of their way to help me make the right purchase. I picked up a 25 gallon weed spraying tank yesterday at Everglades. Jackson Sherer was very helpful in showing me how to used the sprayer. I am glad I asked b/c I would not have known how to control the follow.

Spoke with Wes Foreman about chainsaws on which one was best for me and the job at hand. Very helpful even throughly explain how to start and parts of the saw how it works best. He was my reason for going thru Everglades Farm equipment to purchase the chainsaw. I had been looking to purchase the saw from another store but the customer service was not knowledgeable and when asked questions about different saws that employee told me to look online. Wes interested in helping me with my choice.

I have known Jackson and Paula for a long time and neither one if them have failed to go above and beyond my expectations in helping me with anything i need. Their staff is alwsys polite and willing to help with out asking..could not ask for a better bunch to do business with..
