What is wrong with this place?? Not one associate came to greet us! It looks like they just threw furniture in the store! We literally had to NAVIGATE THROUGH HOARDS of furniture(Im really not over exaggerating)!! My husband and I brought our pocketbook but with these prices and this store looking as horrible and dissarayed as it did nope...which it doesnt matter because we didnt even see what we were looking for!! This was a total waste of time!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE!

Love, love, love this store! Their staff really goes the extra mile if you want something and will not drive you nuts. Its not the typical store, more warehouse than anything, but theres always a great selection to choose from. The finds are unique, the quality is unsurpassed and the pricing is better than what you will find elsewhere for the mid to higher tier furniture brands.

So disappointed with Alison Craig’s Remodel of the store. It Lost it’s charm. Looks like they have a new buyer, not the same merchandise and experience you used to get when shopping there. Now it looks like all the other stores! So sad.

I purchased a few items from them. Prices were better than anyone online. The order came in fast and they delivered immediately. The store has a lot of unique items and the staff is very friendly. Thank you Amanda and Alison!

The store is not super shiny with a salesperson lurking in your shadows. Which is great. When I want help I will ask for it. I dont want the next guy up. This place is great . Furniture always changing. Quick delivery and very competitive prices.

Over priced over crowded showroom, Accidents waiting to happen..Why would anyone shop here I can buy 90% online at HALF THE PRICE. Really strange.

Okay so the actual store isnt high end shiny and beautiful...but the furniture and accessories are high end mixed in with medium priced and all under one roof. For the savvy individual, familiar with high quality, high end brands, Alison has them. I have often seen the identical piece in the showrooms of the shiny, beautiful furniture stores in Naples. The difference is Alison Craig offers a 20% discount. Lastly, the entire staff is exceptional: friendly, knowledgable and always there to help.So...buy Alison Craig at 20% less OR pay 20% more to have it in a shiny big showroom...hmm..basic math...
