She is very honest, she knows the merchandise and she helped me with ideas including how I could keep some of my current furniture that it can match. She is friendly and very professional. She kept me informed of everything that it’s related to my delivery and when everything will be available . If I could give six stars I would. Their furniture is good quality too as I said I have been a customer at least for over 20 years and always I had good experience.

I just moved to Naples and was in need of living room furniture quickly so that my family could visit me. Sol Hernandez helped me find the perfect sectional and was able to expedite the delivery just in time for my fathers birthday. I purchased several rooms of furniture from El Dorado and love every piece! I had a few minor issues with two pieces and customer service was right on it! Replacements were ordered and received in record time. Another piece I had ordered took awhile to receive, but patience paid off. Brady is an outstanding salesperson. Hes responsive without being aggressive and annoying. I purchased the three year protection treatment for my fabric sectional. It is the most amazing protective treatment ever. With five children on it, with pencils, ink, paint, etcover the past year, I have been amazed at the wipe and go way I have been able to clean up after them. They are not allowed on the furniture all the time, but accidents happen. Amazing

I walked in on Thursday night and they were at my new condo in Windstar at 1pm the next day on Friday. The both spent 3 hours working and measuring and showing all sort of awesome products from the website at the condo. They made me feel so comfortable and safe. They were not pushy even when I walked into store. I have already referred two clients to your store. I cant wait to get all my stuff. Absolute horrible service. Purchased a dearly expensive couch. They brought it over and I got the wrong electrical cable. Twice now they let me down and keep getting lied by management. I have reached out multiple times with out a resolution. The managers are extremely rude. The manager I’ve been dealing with is Alexandre Gasono very rude and literally just wasting my time. Beware of this place and their lies when delivering furniture.

Poor service. When I first placed my order it took two months to receive my dining room chairs. When they arrived someone had used black permanent marker and written on the white leather. I returned the chair and it took 3 months this time to receive the replacement. Very disappointed.

I hope the customers that wrote reviews soon after purchase are still happy 20 months later. I purchased a leather sectional. The total was over $6000 and almost $700 was for the warranty. The corner piece of the sectional became indented and hard to get out of after about 18 months. The corner piece was not sat on regularly. First, El Dorado said it was not their problem so we contacted the warranty company. After a long process, a repairman did come out. He said the structure was okay and that is all the warranty covers. Repairman said the foam cushion had broken down. After numerous emails, we were sent an email saying that since the problem was due to wear, it is not covered. Really, a $6000 leather sectional that can be worn out in 18 months - especially the little used corner section! Do not buy from El Dorado. They do not care about whether or not the furniture holds up.El Dorado responded that they would contact me in 24 hours. It has now been 4 or 5 days and no contact. See their response below.

So happy this place opened in Naples. The furniture is amazing. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Bill is a great salesman and person. He is patient and helped us find what we needed.

Its heart breaking to see what our country is becoming. So, I went to this furniture store today to see what they have as we are planning on replacing all of our furniture. While we were there, my wife liked this old decorative phone that cost $150 and I told her to get it. When we went to pay for it they asked for full name, phone number, address, email etc. I told them no and all I wanted to do is buy that stupid phone without having to give them so much private information. Well, I was told that it was their policy and that I couldnt buy anything from them unless I gave them the information being requested. I find it to be absolutely wrong and disgusting that we are subject to have no privacy to buy something. This is happening in many different place and I completely disagree, and will not be part of it.

We looked long and hard last November for a sectional for our Villa that was being built. We went to every furniture store in the area. We finally thought we had found the perfect sectional at El Dorado. White, leather, reclining seats, USB ports and the look was sleek and modern and was very comfortable at the store. Biggest furniture mistake EVER! We spent almost 3,000 on a sectional that is the most uncomfortable thing we have ever sat on. We have given it almost 5 months and absolutely hate it. I called the Naples store and was basically told “too bad.” We are going to try and sell it to recoup some of our money and find another sectional. This was a major purchase for us and the most expensive item we bought for this new home. The sales person we dealt with was great, by the way.

We moved from Germany to Naples and found that the furniture available at most most stores was either not our style, or way too expensive. Then El Dorado opened their store in Naples and we finally found a place to buy the furniture for our new home. In addition, we had excellent service through our representative, Jennifer Rojas. She not only helped us decide what to buy, but informed us when the store was to reopen after the COVID-19 shutdown to be able to order right away and also helped us out with replacing damaged furniture quickly. Jennifer is an example of the type of sales person that proves true support to a customer and not only just selling as most sames people do.

Im very disappointed with there customer service. I spent over $8000 dollars here and got totally let down. Every piece of furniture I got had issues but will always come back and replace and get it done right. So I continue to refer friends and go back and purchased more furniture. So got furniture once again and of corse it had damage and had to wait for them to come again and walk all over my house with there shoes on and replace damaged item. So I never got one easy delivery. Always items had to go back. Then one coffee table that was $500 was not delivered on the time I was promised. So when they could deliver it I mentioned I am not home in Florida. I was out of state and some one will let them in to open the unit and deliver. So they drop the table. Look fine from what I can see with a camera and they left. Well I come home 4 weeks. Later. The table was just sitting in the middle living where they placed it. So I started to clean it had all this fiberglass kinda residue. So as i was cleaning I got like a little sharp feeling in one of the corners. And took a closer look and there such a microscopic chip. There almost no way to see it with our feeling it first.So I called as I always called and send a photo and explained to the customer service department that. I was not home when the table was dropped off. I was informed it was not going to be delivered as promised. And I did mention I will be out of town after one point. So I also waited 2 months plus for the table. There response was no we are not replacing it.So conclusion. It is not coincidence that every item I received was defective, it is not coincidence that my $4400 couch the leather is changing color and its not even 2 years old and I dont live at that residence full time. So. Im am a developer and licensed realtor. This will cost them dearly. I already refer them so many customers. Because they always took care of the defective items I was getting. But they sell junk and a high price. Will never go back theyre again for none of my high end rentals or clients buying homes in Naples. And I will blast this on Social media. Consumer beware. This is only the start of it. Its going to Attorney general office, BBB and on podcast and NBC news.

They were gracious in accepting thereturn and issued a store credit. After a month i came back, received more great service from Manny, selected another rug, and once again, the transaction was a nice experience. The staff is lovely.

The El Dorado in Naples is a beautiful store with a great selection! Normally I don’t like furniture shopping but Cristina made my shopping experience very pleasant and smooth. She asked the right questions and found what I was looking for. She was so patient, personable and she speaks Spanish too! Highly recommended!
