I just realized that I never left a review of our experience with Expressions in Design. We ordered a hide a bed from them three years ago. It has the best available mattress which gets rave reviews from all guests.We custom ordered it and it came within the promised time frame. The delivery people were excellent, careful and courteous. The arms were not what I ordered so the delivery person took a picture of the problem, gave me a card with who to call and contacted that person immediately. They worked with me about my options. They were very willing to provide me with a corrected couch as soon as it could be made. I opted to have them take some money off the price and keep the couch I received. They were professional and courteous throughout. I still love the hide a bed and it has held up well. I plan to make future furniture purchases from them. Very pleased with their product and service.

I had been looking for new bedroom furniture with a certain look in mind. Having not much luck I ventured into Impressions on Radio Road, Naples, Florida and was greeted by friendly smiling people. I wanted to look around and was encouraged to do just that with no one “tagging” along. I was impressed with the spaciousness of the store and a sense of what various pieces of furniture would look like in a room.I was not finding exactly what I wanted until I went around a wall and there was EXACTLY what I was looking for snd did not even realize it until I saw it. I spoke with the designer there and she answered all of my questions and I decided that I need not look any further. I had found the look I was looking for.I gave them my deposit and was given delivery a delivery date. After the time specified I stopped in to see if my furniture had arrived and when it would be delivered. I was told it was going to be delayed. I explained the original schedule for delivery and they asked me to wait a minute (in the store) and was told my entire order would be delivered the next day.It was indeed delivered the next day with a courtesy “heads up” call and Alex and Justin delivered, and set up the furniture without any issues. They were kind, polite and very careful not to bump into walls or door frames. They allowed me to inspect each piece and report anything that was not to my liking.I was and am very impressed with the kindness and professionalism with which my furniture shopping, purchasing and delivery was handled at Impressions. I will definitely return there for any future furniture purchases and have referred others there as well.THANK YOU. I am so enjoying my new furniture and the compliments I have received.

Didnt have what I was looking for. But, they are selling furniture off the floor which most brand name furniture stores in Naples are not! The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I really like Expression Model Furniture, the service and design Center is a great asset to Naples. Higher quality furniture and great prices, and great warranities. I have been going there for years and they have never disappointed me.

My husband and I had an excellent experience with this furniture store. Antoinette was especially great to work with. She went off our floorplan and quickly picked up on personalizing things based on what we liked. She gave us suggestions and guided us as we selected furniture, lamps, mirrors and pictures. She did a wonderful job of tying it all together. Much of the planning was done by emails and pictures. There were even a few items that we couldnt decide which one we liked best, so she sent them both with the delivery guys so we could actually see them. We are very happy with the quality of the furniture and even the delivery people made sure we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this furniture store

Linda and I are extremely pleased with our new furniture. The delivery was right on schedule (actually a bit early) and everything looks great. We closed on our unit in the morning morning and had the delivery there before 1 pm. This was want we wanted to do but, without Expressions help, understanding and scheduling, it would have been impossible.Diane and the staff did a great job. It is very refreshing to work with a Company that operates as they do…50% down and balance on delivery says a lot about their confidence and desire to perform. When the delivery person indicated that he did not have the credit card swipe and said I could write a check or come by the store, it was like working with a home town business 25 years ago!I would recommend Expressions to anyone in the market for great furniture at a competitive price with superior service. It was a very pleasant experience and we will be back.

Sales people and Owner all very friendly. Lots of good deals, they will match prices. Highly recommend for all furniture purchase. If they dont have on the floor they can get for you if you tell them what you need.

From their interior design team to their administrative staff to their delivery people, this company took care of us from start to finish. They are very skilled, kind, down-to-earth people that truly love helping people make a house their home. We would highly recommend them!
