My visit to the PGA SUPER STORE could not have been better.Erik Bems and Dylan Maldonado,provided five star customer service. They went above and beyond to help me and I want to publicly give them a shout out. PGA is lucky to have two such wonderful employees.

Found some great deals on new golf shorts and shirts.

Would give it 6 stars if I could... literally golf heaven. If I got locked in the store overnight would be the greatest night of my life. at least eight hitting bays with simulators all the demo clubs could ever want. Gripping and club services all reasonably priced all from experts within 24 hours what can I say its also my sons favorite store in the world!

Disappointedcashier had no customer service skills I announced that I had a reward she completely ignored that and went on to charge me full price until I showed her my reward email. My satisfaction was the last thing on her mind.

Ill tell you this, Kevin and his staff treat you with nothing but respect. As an African American man born and raised here in Naples, retired football player both collegiate and professional, Im now in the golf industry..... theyve ALWAYS made me feel welcomed. Kevin sets the standard of how a business should be run. Everytime Im there, Dan Beveridge always greet me with a smile.... They have a great team! Thank you for always being genuine! Means alot... If you need anything golf related... thats your spot! I promise I didnt get paid to wow this! Haha

The checkout people could use an attitude adjustment! Ive had the unfortunate experience to have gone through checking out with A.J. Parks two times. Another time it was a younger man, but not any friendlier. A.J. should consider a new bed since both times he must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. Several of the salespeople were extremely nice and helpful, and the inventory is quite good.

This store has lots of product probably because their associates aren’t too friendly they make the customers wear masks but the employees walk around with them dangling off their face or none at. They seek out customers in the store that are socially distancing 6 feet that have their masks with them in case they come in contact and isolate them and harass them about not wearing a mask. I vote 0 to 5 On our way to golf galaxy😁

Went nice and early on a Sunday for the free fitting service there. Dan, who helped me through the whole process, was fantastic. Last time I went for a fitting was maybe 15yrs ago and he explained things perfectly, gave me his honest opinion, didn’t push any particular clubs or have a specific agenda other than helping me understand what the best fitting clubs would be.I left there with more knowledge and understanding than when I went in. Couldn’t ask for more.

Dreadful experience at this Naples store. Took a tennis racket in for re-stringing and was promised that it would be ready the following afternoon. Travelled to the store the following day (Saturday 5th October) and not only had the racket not been re-strung but the staff were completely disinterested bordering on rude. A simple apology would have been helpful....

Skip is simply the best at club regripping or any improvements you need on your existing clubs. Super knowledgeable and generous e with his time!

One of my few and passionate hobbies is playing golf. So I was excited to walk in and see my type of store in SWFL. Much to my surprise I felt unwelcome. Probably due to the fact I’m tattooed and pierced. Not a single employee would make eye contact with me or greeted me. When I had a question everyone disappeared. I’m highly disappointed in this place.

Fun store, lots of hitting bays to test out new clubs, fun for a rainy day. The staff is pretty friendly, albeit a little uneducated in some situations on golf. Prices are fairly high but you can find a good deal here. Clean and well lit.

I received some great service from Dylan . I’m again relying on fedex and look forward to receiving my new Ping G400 max driver shortly. Dylan was instrumental in locating exactly the club I wanted, went through the process of me purchasing an electronic gift card and arranging for FedEx to ship to Canada . Thank you Dylan

I bought a tennis racket on November 9, 2018 based on the recommendations of the professional working there. He recommend the racket and the strings. The strings broke today - December 8, 2018. They last just one month. I go back to the store and get lip from a different pro that strings can only last for 16 games - usually less. I speak to the manager who has no product knowledge or business sense. They will not replace or discount replacement. What a bad experience from a formally trusted store. Time to replace the pro and manage Chantel.As follow up, the manager, Kevin Knapp stepped up to offer free restringing of the racket and apology.

Unbelievably unpleasant woman running the golf section when we last visited. Constantly asked “What are you going to buy?” and “Are you ready to make a purchase?” after trying a couple of clubs for maybe two minutes. Rude and aggressive. Treated us like we were abusing the place (despite having previously bought several clubs from them!). Had to leave because she made the whole experience so miserable. Sadly won’t be coming back.

Was in the store on a slow Friday afternoon. Walked around for half an hour. Employees never said a word. 2 or 3 standing around selling each other I guess. Finally asked for some help and they acted like it was a problem. Spending a couple of grand on clubs. Wont be there. Terrible customer service.

The PGA Superstore offers at retail a good selection of golf and tennis apparel and gear. Additionally, you can buy golf lessons, have clubs regripped and choose from a selection of new and used golf clubs. The store also offers indoor practice facilities with computer ball tracking abilities.

PFA Superstore has a wide variety of golf apparel and equipment. Prices are competitive with other stores as well. They also have sale merchandise.

Pga pros were great working with me. I really enjoyed working with them as they helped me a lot. The staff is very friendly and helpful I have Only had good service they have gave me free head covers and they have made my golf swing a lot better.

Needed considerable help .Dillion spent all the time I needed assisting me. The level of service was extraordinary. Dillion was a Rock Star!

Bought a putter that just did not make the cut.Returned it and with credit was aided by a very competant staff. Tested my 3 wood and driver against all competitors and was told nothing was better than what I had. Imagine that!The PGA instructor, Jennifer, was very helpful in my driver testing and provided great suggestions for change. Maybe my back will feel better now.The shoe man was incredible.Bridget Zuri deserves a lot of credit for seeing to my needs and solving my problems. I will be back!

After all the years of hearing how great it was we were very excited to finally visit our first PGA Superstore. We stopped in to the store while we were vacationing in SWFl, looking for some new clothes and shoes.Very disappointed with the service and the overall sloppy merchandising in the entire store. Kind of feels like circa 1995. Huge select of clubs, bags and appearel, but not one associate greeted us or even asked if we needed assistance during the 45m we were in the store.

Nice facility, service was mediocre. No offer of assistance in finding a well suited club. Was ready to purchase a new driver however an odd interaction with a staff member soured the visit.

In and out the store in half an hour with a new set of irons. Service was very good, thanks, Kevin!60 Dollar discount for buying display clubs, very fair...

Went to the store with my husband with the intention of spending several hundred dollars for new golf equipment. Then we changed our mind: the staff was not helpful at all and very arrogant. They made the impression, that they were absolutely not interested in selling anything. They seemed like a bunch of guys standing around and just work there to get paid for financing their hobby. We were completely disappointed and will never recommend this store to any one. After this experience we went to Lumpys, Fort Myers, and bought all equipment there, where we made great experiences: Helpful, very obliging, absolutely professionel!:-)

Wow Ive never seen so much golf equipment a HUGE putting green. Too many driving ranges to count. If you havent been there yet you have to go.

Very friendly staff and great selection of golf gear. PGA staff is very knowledgable and willing to assist. They have all the manufactures fitting systems.

Most unfriendly, uninterested and rude staff I’ve ever come across. The people on the check out desks need to find a new occupation as they clearly don’t want to be there. Not a smile any time I’ve been in. This store should be avoided at all costs.

Their club repair is cheap, but theyll either wreck your gear or youll have to have someone redo their work. Brought in two five woods to be re-shafted, both with the same shaft. One came back tip trimmed an extra inch, no explanation as to why. Expensive after market shaft now worthless. The other one came back with something rattling around inside the head. Will have to have that one redone.I previously had a putter re-gripped and they didnt do that right either. The grip was not pulled all the way down the shaft.

Changing my opinion after a recent visit. the selection was not as extensive as I remember it being. the staff is less helpful too: seems like a bunch of guys standing around who want to play golf and just work in the store to be around golf clubs so they can mess around during down times. I was disappointed with my recent visit
