Worst customer service. I ordered a 1/4 pan lasagna on Friday to be picked up on Saturday for a Sunday family dinner. When I arrived on Saturday, they had no record of my order but reluctantly gave me one from the refrigerator with no apology or explanation. On Monday, right before closing, they left a curt message saying I was late in picking up my HOT lasagna and they were closing. I responded with a message saying there was an error, I had picked up my lasagna on Saturday. As a courtesy, I called on Tuesday and was rudely told it was my error, that they double check their orders and THEY DONT MAKE MISTAKES. I paid over $80 to be treated with such disrespect and sadly the family thought the lasagna was bland. So unless you want to over pay for an inferior lasagna, be treated by people who NEVER make a mistake and dont believe in providing good customer service ... I suggest you take your business to some other local establishment.

What a joyful experience! You walk in and Ela greets you like family. There are so many wonderful sauces, both ready-to-cook and frozen, that are packaged to the brim and absolutely overflowing with homemade goodness.

I have to tell you, Im impressed .When I went into the radio Rd location.I really wasnt sure what to expect. The atmosphere and display case was nothing fancy but the staff and the owner were very friendly and more than happy to tell me about the different kinds of Italian food. Now heres the good part, the food is fantastic and tastes like its homemade from scratch.I ordered two entrees and garlic rolls and only paid around $25.Ive eaten quality Italian food like this and paid over $60.00 for it.My best guess is that they save money on the flash and put it intothe food. This is just a suggestion not a criticism at all.I wouldnt display cold food before it was heated and ready .I would get high quality pictures of what it looks like after its cooked and display that.Perhaps display both.People are very visual by nature and I would hate them for them to lose out on your delicious food because of something as simple as that.Just a suggestion...Anyway, the sauce lady is top-notch and I highly recommend it.

Update Oct 22, I finally took out the frozen stuffed cabbage I purchased a few weeks ago and cooked it as instructed. Well the sauce was very watery and I found another use for the tough cabbage leaves, like car mats or roof shingles. The cabbage leaves were stringy and tough to chew. Now really I lowered the star rating cause this was inedible. I dont know where she learned to handle ingredients but she certainly wasted her efforts in producing a low level dish. Stuffed cabbage isnt that difficult, but there was no cabbage prep.Oct 6th - I finally walked in and had a chance to experience the reviews. I purchased several items that were priced higher than expected but after the owner proclaimed how her ingredients were high quality and that the $26 for a very small container of seafood canaloni had lobster scallops shrimp and crabmeat I thought the price was expected. When I arrived home I cooked the food as directed and served telling my family the same however my son pointed out that the crab was imitation and a majority of the seafood was comprised of this meat.I’m not surprised I said. It seems these days business owners have taken the route of deception and deliver a lower quality at high prices with no pause for guilt on how they treat their local clients. It’s close to the season and this owner will probably go even lower to scam those who walk through her door. I’m sorry I can’t continue to support this kind of business mentality which I term “ a hand in the pocket with a smile. “. You may think so it’s one dish but that’s never where it ends. Often I try to support local merchants but in this instance, I suggest save yourself 30-50% overcharge and go to Whole Foods or Fresh Market whose standards are consistent and whose practices are monitored.

Love the marsala but not happy about the 5:00 closing. They used to be open until 6:00 so I could grab dinner on my way home from work. Just one more Naples business that caters to the snow birds and forgets about those of us that will frequent them year round and not just in season.

One visit with The Sauce Lady and I was able to stock my freezer with hearty pre-cooked meals for weeks. The Chicken Parm was great. The Mega Meat Lasagna was probably the best Lasagna Ive ever had. The bacon-heavy Amatriciana Sauce was phenomenal with pasta & meatballs. The easy to follow heating instructions and minimal cleanup are perfect for my busy lifestyle. Ill definitely be stopping back in soon.

One of the employees offered to take it back and bring the what I actually had ordered. The owner refused to take the wrong order back. Never go there again!

I wanted to like this place....but cannot. I stopped by and asked if I could buy one meatball, so I could know the taste before I purchased 10. The single meatball was shoved into a tiny plastic cup; the charge was $2.00. $1.89 plus the tax. There was a lot of drama behind the counter, a young man and a woman, who, it turns out to be the owner, Ela. It appears that a customer had forgotten to take his beverage from the counter and had left the store. Miss Ela was ranting to the young man ..who, what..yadda yadda she was loud and used words like stupid customers She just wouldnt stop. I ate the meatball I ordered, and went back to the counter to order ten, and that I would pick up around 4PM. Miss Ela was grunting...I said that I would pay her now, and pick up at 4PM. She told me that they would be the same meatballs, and I should take them now..12:30pm... I agreed to buy and take them . The charge? Well $23.00 Now, Miss Ela had just charged me $2.00 for a single....so, one would think that 10 would be $20. Not according to Miss Elas math. She is miserable...the meatballs okay...this place will not make it.

My wife and I tried the new place on Radio Rd. We both grew up in the Northeast and are very aware of what good Italian food is. The food was O. K., but nothing great. It was similar to Sbarros in an airport. However, heres why well likely refrain from coming back. The ultimate thing about Italian eating is being generous, especically with the little things. I hated that there was no bread available without paying for it. Any legit Italian place gives you bread with your meal, period and as much as you like. Then, when asked if we would like cheese on our entrees, we said yes and a guy put a couple of FINGER PINCHES of cheese on our food. Unbelievable. However, if youd like more cheese you can pay a buck twenty five for a tiny container at the register when you pay for your food. That is offensive and not at all genuine Italian. Its like having to pay for extra ketchup or mustard at a burger place. Legit Italian places have cheese shakers and other shakers for peppers and oregano etc. on all the tables. Like I said, the food was O. K., but we came away feeling like wed been nickeled and dimed in ways that were inappropriate and unnecessary.
