Rick is the best prop guy I have ever dealt with! With that said he knows is craft and where the battles are with proper prop sizing and tweaks. He is a no nonsense guy who will not just tell you what you want to hear, even if you dont like it. He will go the extra mile and is one of the most fair and honest people I have met.

They had the prop we needed, and although it had to be ordered it was ready for pick-up in three days. Good price, too!

Took my prop in to shop got it done same day picked it up put back on boat would not turn up rpms took it back to shop told rick prop wouldnt turn up he said that he brought back to specs there must be something wrong with boat told me to take it to someone else ipaid 100.00 dollars for recon I left after he said get the f out of my shop got back home look at prop saw that he gave me wrong prop same kind different pitch he gave me a 17 pitch I took him a 15 pitch called him up an said dont know why we got off on wrong foot but I know why im not turning up rpms I got wrong prop back an wanted mine back rick went crazy cussed me out said its the one I brought him im a charter boat an have 4 different props all are 15 pitch then he hung up on me all I want is my prop back going to contact sheriff dept see if they can help get it back make sure u get paperwork if u leave him a prop with the pitch

Very unprofessional owner it seemed like he did not want to sell his product which is props for boats, it seems like he was to busy for me and I was bothering him, very bad customer service
