Really great crystal shop, just hate parallel parking. At least you don’t have to pay to park. Pricing is surprisingly good for Naples, let alone 5th Ave. Customer service is great here. The selection is pretty abundant for its location. Most crystal shops in the area don’t offer as much. Lots of tumbled and polished stones are mainly here. Of course a lot of jewelry but that’s not my thing. No tarot cards currently sold in store as of June 2021 - but they do have some oracle decks if that interests you and a few crystal books placed around the shelves. There were two stones I specifically came here for thinking they would have but unfortunately they didn’t. It’s okay though, I found several other stones (:

I lived off and on in Naples for many years and always loved shopping at Silver Eagle! Amazing jewelry and precious and semi precious stones and crystals! All at outstanding prices!Recently I needed a jewelry cleaning cloth and knew where I had to get them! It was like I had barely hung up the phone and the package arrived! I was so happily surprised we live in rural Kentucky! Major thanks! Look forward to future purchases!

SILVER EAGLE GALLERY has all those items, which make me feel strong, healed, happy, protected, confident, and loving. Today, with 4 years of metallurgy & 37 years of welding & Fabrication... I can truly grasp the type of phenomenal skill set needed to complete such stupendous SILVER jewelry. Everything here is gorgeous & prices are definitely very reasonable...Ive only rated 5 stars, because, there isnt a 6th....SILVER EAGLE IS a beautiful place; the owners & employees carry a most excellent, may I be of assistance to you? Attitude, which comes at a much needed time such as these & should be cherished.

I come in my work clothes and my purse is big looking and of course these people will assume I’m going to steal they’re little stones. The owner or the main manager there is a kind person I hope she knows who she is. But I’m just browsing looking at stones and I turn around and it’s one of the employees (older women) straight looking at me and that made ME feel uncomfortable. I won’t be coming back. Wish Naples had a original crystal store where it wasn’t white owned.

I had a wonderful customer service experience. I learned a lot over a lengthy conversation about Crystals. The amount of variety and selection I think was incredible and more then Ive seen in one place. Anything you want for Crystals is here. They are really pretty and so many ways to enjoy them. ZERO STARS...The blonde bimbo sales lady I came in contact with today was SO RUDE and IGNORANT. I and my family have gone to this store my whole life growing up in Naples..I will NEVER bring my business here again. I was ready to buy- too bad. Dont go here if you LOVE FREEDOM!

I had went to this “gallery” too look for some items and before hand I had called to ask what time they closed they said 9:00 I arrived at the gallery around 8:30, I stood in front of the gallery while one of the owners looks straight at me turns around and proceeds turns off the lights in my face next he turns and exits the gallery; theyhave such rude service

We had a good time in this area. And Silver Eagle Gallery was closed at that moment but wow... I loved it!!!

Cool store with lots of interesting stuff.

The store is nice and clean. Some of the pieces were lovely, but Id gone with the intent to spend more money than I did. Bought some things, but I decided against purchasing any higher price point items because one clerk in particular was hovering as if they thought I was a thief? As soon as Id pick something up to inspect, an inexpensive charm for example, this clerk would take it out of my hands and say something like, Ill keep this up front while you browse. Were talking about $8ish dollar items, $5 dollar items. And following me. This was not done to any of the teenagers or other customers that came in while I was there. I may have tattoos and facial piercings, but I am actually a professional person who was on a business trip looking to spend money on something nice for my home. I will definitely spend money on art that I enjoy, but this employee seemed to discriminate based on the class they thought I was in, so I wont be recommending it or returning. The other staff seemed very welcoming, though.

Im visiting from out of town and was blown away by how well put together this shop is, and how kind the staff was. Very reasonable prices, I left the store with a bag full of crystals and a sage bundle for under $20. It was most definitely a place where I will go out of my way to visit again!

Every time I visit Silver Eagle, and I visit often, its just a fantastic experience. Theres always something new. I personally go there for the rocks and crystals and can never seem to leave without buying something. The prices are great. The staff, I cant say enough about, helpful, knowledgeable, with such great personalities. Jami is definitely one of my favorites. Shes really great. If you havent been to this place youre doing yourself a disservice.

Ive been to Silver Eagle every single year since 2014, and one of the most fantastic aspects of the store is its constantly shifting and expanding array of stones, jewelry, and other enlightening products. Ive purchased countless stones for my personal spiritual journey, as well as smudging kits, incense, and gorgeous jewelry. The staff is impeccably knowledgeable, and each person is delighted to offer suggestions, provide information on new stones, and answer any questions one might have when seeking out the perfect gift. I am always charmed by this lovely gallery, and I highly recommend it to any and all jewelry and stone enthusiasts, as well as my pagan brothers and sisters who may be in the area.

I I wish there were a way of adding a half of a star my experience at this location was interesting they have beautiful pieces lots of Native American Indian bags and objects stores very clean I was greeted when I and my brother entered the cashier was taking care of a customer but after the customers left I was completely ignored I walked the entire store front to back looking for the right piece that matched my vibration any store that sells quartz crystals and the sorts the staff should also remember that these objects not only transmitted but also receive our personal energetic vibrations and if if an employee is not in a good mood then that mood is being transmitted as well at our departure I greeted the the cashier and said my farewell she was very polite and our goodbyes but its not a store that I would return to and that for me is sad since its so close by every experience is a new experience I may give you the opportunity once again and this is not a no way or shape or form to belittle the employee just as a reminder that our vibrations are received and transmitted hopefully the next time with future clients the experiences that are more higher frequency namaste please read the store owner excuse.

I love this place, I come here almost every week and I never get tired of it. The prices are great and the people here are vary helpful and nice. One employee in particular Jami, a great person and I find myself having actual conversations with her. This place has amazing stuff and if you come you wont be let down.

A gorgeous selection of jewelry, the best mineral collection in Naples and the good vibes I felt in the store means I will definitely shop here again. Silver Eagle had become my favorite store for gifts (to myself and others!). They have something for everyone on any budget. The knowledgeable staff really listened offered some great options when I asked.

I am so surprised about the positive reviews regarding the customer service. My experience was quite the opposite. The customer service I received was poor. The lady who was working in there was so annoyed and upset. I witnessed it in the contact with other costumers in the store before she even came to me. I have loved, loved, loved all the beautiful silver jewelry the store has to offer and even more the great prices!!! There were a few pieces I would have liked to purchase that day. I decided not to and left the store, knowing I will find it somewhere else where I will feel treated right - not special, but RIGHT! There a plenty of fantastic opportunities on 5th Ave where you dont need to feel bad about being a customer who might want to look at something a bit closer and without the glass in front, before you decide to buy some jewelry. Bigger issue if you might want to try it even on- oh oh oh...! A no go!

I had great vibes coming from the staff. They were more than excited to help me and let me stay, for more than 2 hours, to check everything out. And they stay open until 10 pm most nights, which is great for me. One of the girls was so nice to help me find the right mineral for my needs, also how to recharge them. Ooohhhh, they have layaway, which its so awesome for the bigger more expensive items I really really want. I will definitely be going back in the future, and have already told my friend about it.

An incredible collection of Native American jewelry, crystals, gems and other metaphysical products. I find something I want every time I visit! The knowledge of the owners is astounding and you can tell that theyve been doing this for decades!This is not one of those knock-off cheap stores but each and every product is hand made and sourced directly from Native American artists across the US.

Visited the shop Saturday after lunch. My family was staying in Naples for the weekend. We love the shop and whenever were in town we always make it a point to stop. However, my mother whos seventy needed to go to the restroom. The lady told her to go down the ally to the park or something. What? The lady working seemed rude, like we werent welcome in the store. What a shame, after watching you grow through the years.

I am giving this store 2 stars against my better judgement only because they have an amazing selection. I am in town on vacation from Chicago and was looking forward to stopping at this gallery because of the great reviews. Unfortunately my experiance was not as great. I am a crystal enthusiast and normally walking into a crystal stpre brings a sense of peace. The sales associate Amber was very rude to us, we had about 300$ worth of stones (nice sized pieces) at the counter and we ended up walking out due to the ignorance of your associate. The other girl was very friendly and I appreciate her kindness. I have never walked out of a crystal store in my life. It is supposed to be a positive experiance and she made it a negative one. I will be looking for a different store to purchase crystals from, not from here. The negativity was overwhelming.

They have an incredible collection, the shop is absolutely stunning. After making my way around the shop I asked the employee if they had carried something related to a deer skin pouch that you keep a stone in, and it hangs from your rear view mirror for safe travels. This is something I had bought from a festival a few years back, so I was just curious if they had carried it. She then replied with a very snarky attitude as if I were stupid Well we carry stones. And we carry pouches. So you can put a stone in a pouch with an annoyed facial expression.As far as going back to the shop, im not 100% sure I would like to. The customer service I received was not the best, especially for being on 5th Ave where you never know who will be coming in.
