HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE . Ordered parts and they weren’t shipping called and the my said one part was back ordered. They would not ship what they had until the last part was in stock. Had to cancel that part to get other parts i needed. When parts came they were bad quality and the screws they provided were to big to go in the block off plate and the motor had to go buy new screws called for weeks no answer finally get ahold and the man just says oh ok. Ask for them to help with a small discount on throttle cable that was back ordered that they have now and he said I don’t know how I can do that and hangs up and what do you know they don’t answer the phone anymore. Bad service have 2 pw50s I will find my parts elsewhere since this place clearly does not care about there customers. Stay away from them there’s plenty of places that sell mediocre parts from China just like this dump of a business

Really good price. friendly over the phone. But I really need the high performance parts which are out of stock. I would say overall it is fun I got my parts very fast. This is a great company they have most what I need for the PW50 not so much the PW80. Highly recommend!!!

The guy on the Phone is awesome, very attentive to me and answer all my questions. Very helpful in getting the parts on time to me for my kid birthday. They made the transaction smooth and easy. They couldnt have been anymore professional, knowledgeable, or attentive. I recommend PWONLY.

Ive ordered in the past with quick shipping and good products. Most recent orders never shipped, owner doesnt answer the phone or emails. Avoid.

PWONLY is a great place to order parts. These guys are knowledgeable and can handle anything in regard to the PW50 and 80. They have a wide selection of high performance parts although most are out of stock. They send free stuff for the kids and have a rider support program. I own a repair shop and I have been order from them for 5 years now. Highly recommend PWONLY!!!

Ordered in April. Finally got a shipping email in May. Part did not fit so sent it back. They received part but did not check it in. Been waiting for a refund almost 2 months. Said they issued it and would get a confirmation email. No email from them. Been calling a week straight and goes to voicemail but they do not have voicemail sent up. I sent a email at the beginning of the week to check refund status and still no response. Very poor customer service. Every time i called to get refund status they said they were working on it and they sent an email.

I had my wife order a complete pw50 electronics system when it arrived it was missing the control box i put the bike under the christmas tree knowing it wouldnt fire finally after sometime i actually get a chance to work on the bike with my crazy schedule and realize it was never sent with the kit not to mention it took several weeks to arrive ive sent 2 emails about the item under my wifes name and still have yet to get a response I need more parts but until I get a control box i paid for why should i order more parts from them if they mess up my first one? This is my kids bike the disappointment from them takes away from the entire experience. Ive spent thousands on this bike trying to make it perfect for my daughter and it still doesnt run. Please help i will gladly change my review if you guys can make this right.

Ordered two months ago stillHave not received any info have tried contacting them through email multiple times with no response very disappointing ordered at beginning of summer so my kids could ride it’s now august and no parts and no way to contact anyone :-( we’ve ordered from here before and it took maybe 4 weeks but this is ridiculous it’s been 8-10 weeks now and can’t get ahold of anyone about our order :-(

The absolute worst service I have ever dealt with . In any industry . You can tell this guy gets inconvenienced and annoyed when you call to ask where your parts are. that he has assured you on 3-4 seperate occasions every couple of weeks that he has shipped out. And they showed in stock when I placed the order. After over 2 months and a very disappointed 3 year old. Im canceling my order. . Also pw only withdrew money from my account the minute the order was placed. Not when it shipped like everywhere else online.Buyers beware!! Go somewhere else!!

After 1 month of waiting for parts to ship that were in stock when I bought them, I had to ask for my money back. I called on multiple occasions and emailed on multiple occasions for a status update. The first time I called was one week after the order and I was told the parts would be shipped that monday. Following phone calls would go to a voicemail that was full. The process was frustrating when I have a 9 year old that just wants the parts so he can ride his dirt bike. I did purchase through PayPal and after filing a dispute, was refunded my money the next day.

Placed an order on December 7, 2020. I was charged and emailed a receipt the next day. I did not receive anything else. I sent several messages inquiring about the product and shipping date and where the items were. No response. Called the phone number associated with the PayPal purchase and no voicemail was set up. I finally called again on December 28, 2020. A man answered, as I was explaining the event he was rude and cut me off, stated the items were on back order and he never saw my emails! He said he would issue a refund and then hung up on me. I called back, he said he hung up on me as I would be issued a refund. I told him what poor business practices he had and he used profanity at me and hung up on me again.Do not do business with this company, very unprofessional.

He entered the site and asked you, and everything was available, and he was surprised that they have not had anything for a month now. I paid them via PayPal, it looks strange movement there

I ordered a plastics and graphic kit on a Tuesday, and it was delivered on Friday morning! We have ordered a lot from this site and they have always been great. We have never once had any problems. Their customer service (Mara) is extremely helpful as well.

I had a really great experience with PWOnly. Ordered a bunch of parts before Xmas and they were delivered in only a few days. The Christmas present was a huge success, but unfortunately, on the second ride my daughter fell and broke her new front fender. I contacted PW for a replacement and they sent it (and new decals and a T-shirt) for free!! Nice to see that level of customer support! THANK YOU PWOnly!

Absolutely the most disrespectful and unprofessional customer service, (if youd call it even that) a business can have. All they want is your $ and send you a product that doesnt even adhere. I bought two different kits that peeled off immediately from day one. Buyer beware. Theyre solution... send us more $ and well send you some new kits. Lol. When I tried to talk to the manager, they just hang up on you. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!!!
