Excellent service he got to my tires immediately had them back within a couple of hours both tires changed also let me know a few other things that were wrong with the bike that I needed to fix excellent service highly recommended

They did a wonderful job with my motorcycle. It runs like new. will definitely be returning. NO, extra charges for things bike didn’t need. They replaces my chain, tighten some lose cables and fixed my clutch cable that was too tight. Great customer service and reasonable price. Totally recommend this place.

Great customer service knowledgeable staff and they really listen to the customer. One of the mechanics I met was Dave, he was helpful and helped me when I was sold the wrong tire tube by an internet store. Im definitely going to be a return customer!

NO KNOWLEDGE ON MOTORCYCLE TIRESBrought in my Indian Roadmaster as well as Elite 4 Radial tire to switch out rear tire. Received a call saying I have a Bias on the front and I brought him a Radial. Dave told me you cannot mix tires on a motorcycle. I assumed that was a correct statement, picked up my bike and was charged $100 for no service. After researching myself, including calling 2 Indian dealers and calling Dunlap, found out Dunlap does not make a Radial for the front and Indian dealer specs confirm Bias for the front and Radial for the rear. I called Dave back and explained what I found out. His response was I told him not to put it on. However, I was relying on his expertise. When I asked for a resolution, his response was I had to pay again. Not very professional in my opinion. It was a labor only cost on their end and did not do the right thing.

Love them all would never change a thing theyre all hard working individuals that make an honest living doing what they love. I person shout out clide, Dave and the nice lady that I can never seem to remember her name !

Sent bike there because it was running rough, backfiring. They claimed the battery was also bad. Replaced battery for $100 + money for tune up. Bike still running rough and battery won’t hold a charge more then 3 days.

These guys do an outstanding job. They go above and beyond any other shop Ive ever been to. Honest and up-front, theyre friendly and super helpful. If you need a little lube or adjustments here and there they do so without even asking, not to mention super fast service. If I could give 6 stars I would. 👍

I stopped in to inquire if Performance Cycle & Auto could and would work on my rare and unusual motorcycle. Without hesitation the answer was yes. The next day I brought in my bike and luckily for me, they were able to work on it while I waited. The job was more challenging than originally thought, but Floyd, Jason, and crew went the extra mile, and with knowledge and patience got the needed repairs done and I was out the door by noon. The price was more than fair and I will happily be returning to Performance as the need arises. Riding home the bike felt like a new machine! Thanks folks!!

I met Floyd, didnt have any work done on my bike,yet just Alot of gearhead tech questions,he was most helpful and knowledgeable!

Just went in today looking to have my Yamaha SR400 dyno tuned, and i was greeted right off the bat.very nice people and cool shop was advised to put a few more miles on my bike before getting dyno tuned since the bike is new, got the vibe that they care about the work they do and will be definitely going back!

Floyd is an awesome owner, involved in every facet of his shop. He knows whats going on with every bike in his shop. Hell tell you straight up and not sugar coat it or try to sell you something you dont need. He had to rebuild my bike after accident and you can tell hes so passionate about making it right. It bugs him if its not perfect. Great guy and even better mechanic, cant recommend more highly.

Recently took my Katana 600 in to get chain and sprockets done. They had my bike done quick and rides much better than it ever has previously, since I’ve owned it.

Floyd Cunningham is the bomb! If you have a super-bike--especially a ZX-14R, then look no further. He is a master mechanic that will tune your bike, add a nitrous setup or a turbo, etc. and then set your suspension for the track or street or any other mechanical needs that you might have.
