These chairs are extremely well made. I literally spent a year looking for something similar to a 20-year old, discontinued chair my neighbor has these oversized chairs were it, maybe even better. I was also very happy to not purchase through a large box store. I initially called and all my questions were happily answered. Everything was packaged well and was delivered on time and in perfect condition. My only complaint is that I didnt know about KB Patio sooner!

Like a previous reviewer, Lisa K has reported, all is fine and good while they are selling to you but once they have your order you are a bother when calling them to find out when you will receive what you paid 100% upfront for. In addition, the salesperson quoted a lead time of 4 weeks that we were subsequently told, at the 12-week mark, was not possible and that we should pay attention to the news because furniture lead times are very long. When we wanted to pick up part of our order that was in stock and cancel the balance of the order that KB Patio could not confirm an actual ship date on, we were told not to bother and that we could have a full refund and take our business elsewhere. Buyer beware, if you are looking for a customer-friendly patio furniture store look elsewhere, you will not find it here.

We were very pleased with the selection and the service we were provided. From the minute we walked in it was a fantastic experience; Kathryn asked great questions about the space and listened to what we were looking for, suggesting the perfect furniture to complete our project and stay within our budget.To be expected right now with COVID-19, there was a delay. That said, Kathryn handled this very well from the beginning, setting reasonable expectations.We now have exactly the perfect pieces to complete our lanai and absolutely love this space. We have received a ton of compliments on both the look and the comfort! We recommend KB Patio to all our neighbors and friends. All is fine and good when you’re buying and spending but when you call to find out where your order is your suddenly bothering them.. never again

KB Patio South was just amazing! Great selection and fast delivery. The sales team were so helpful. My husband loves the contemporary lanai furniture and the pool ledge loungers.

Website said store opening hours on Sunday are 11am to 5pm. Nobody was there at 11:10am. Disappointing.
