Dylan Nathan and Thomas are all absolutely assets to your company. I went to get a new phone and the all three of them went out of their way to make sure i got what i wanted. From the first time i walked into the store they were all nothing but professionals. I had trouble getting some very important data off my old phone and they 100 percent worked with me to get the info off the trade in phone. I was very happy with all the accessories that i was recommended. I cant explain in words how grateful and lucky we are to have such a great team in Napoleon. I give the store a 100 out of 5 stars. I will be going to Go Wireless for all my phone needs in the future and i highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys.

Bought my 71 year old father-in-law a new phone from Verizon & needed to have some things transferred from the old phone so went to the Defiance, Ohio store where not only were they wanting to charge $35.00 as a service fee for transferring everything but they were also very rude & disrespectful!!! So, I called the Verizon store in Napoleon, Ohio and dealt with a very nice, respectful & helpful young man named Alex that made sure to help my father-in-law with everything & never charged him a dime!!! Thank you very, very much Alex....not only are you the best, kind, polite, respectful and very knowledgeable but we appreciate you & everything that you did to help us!!!!

I went to this store with my mind made up on what I wanted. I spoke with Chase and Zayne and they both provided me with insight that changed my mind and saved me lots of money. I highly recommend going to them for all your communication needs. They are top notch guys that have helped me out a couple times now.

Until today I spoke VERY highly of this specific location! However.....not anymore! We came in to activate my sons new phone. The young man working spent about 45 mins (asking for passwords,pins, etc.) “activating” the phone and we left happy with our experience. Fast forward to later this same day and my sons new phone wouldn’t accept any calls or texts. I tried calling the Napoleon Verizon several times (totaling over 30 mins of attempts) and finally just drove to the location. We arrived at 4:58 (they close at 5) and the young man (who’s name I still don’t know and that’s probably better for him in regards to this review) told me “there’s nothing I can do for ya you’ll have to come back tomorrow(all while holding his keys and drawer audit in his hand ...clearly ready to leave for the day!) At this point we called the Verizon store in defiance Ohio and described the issue to them. The Defiance location explained all we had to do was swap the SIM card and we would be good to go! Even explained how to do it! Very disappointed with Napoleon’s customer service as a whole! This was a 30 sec fix and this kid couldn’t be bothered to answer when we called or to help when we arrived. From now on, I’ll spend the extra 15 mins in the car and use the Defiance location.

They really have no idea what they’re doing at this store. Idk if they just picked up some random dudes and said “here’s a job”, but considering they don’t even know how Next Day in store pickup works, can’t find a phone in their own store, and then on top of that, can’t read a SIMPLE RECEIPT that says PAID. y’all got some work to do. I’ll gladly tell everyone I know to spend the extra money on gas & go to the BG location.

BEWARE! This business, Thomas JL swindled my elderly father into buying a smart phone and all kinds of accessories and added that to my account without my knowledge. He had permission to exchange the broken flipphone only. Then refused to refund $80 for a screen saver and liquid glass he placed on the phone (there is a 14 day return policy, so I dont know why they would add this to the phone prior to the return policy) the manager, Michael Burlen refused to speak with me or give me his contact information. I was also Lied to from Jaden at this location when he updated my account and told me my bill would only go up $5 a month when it actually went up over $68. Verizon was able to put me back on my original plan but I lost alot of extra incentives and accumulated data because of this. When I told them I would be reporting to the bbb I was told it was ok because they dont do anything about the complaints anyway...Obviously they have had complaints before!

The professionalism that I experienced when I was at the Verizon store was excellent any question I had the representative was Thoreau and literally walked me through any questions that I had. I accidentally gave the store a 3-star report when I definitely wanted to give the store the highest score possible it feels good to have people who actually care when you purchase something from them. I worked with Alex and Jayden(sp?) and they did an amazing job answering all of my questions in a clear manner. I had to communicate with them the next day, and they had passed on all the info we discussed the evening before with the crew working the next day. This kind of service is rare these days. I had a very nice older gentleman help me with a tech question. Had to be in his 30’s. Very helpful and persistent... but I truly couldn’t focus . His breath almost made me faint. If I could describe the smell, it would be equivalent to a decaying rat. I can not return to a place with such bad hygiene. Please promote the employees to take care of themselves. It was truly overwhelming

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this company – and specifically, Chase Marroquin. On 2/28/20 my 86 year old father went in to arrange for a replacement for his flip phone. When Chase was done with him, he had sold him an LG G8 Thinq for $840, plus an SD card, a stylus, glass cleaner, an ASUS ZenPad tablet, screen protectors, insurance, etc. etc. Total: $1,075.14, $840 financed and $235 in cash. Chase sold this to an elderly man who just wanted to replace his flip phone, and doesn’t even know how to turn a G8 on much less use it. And, he didn’t even understand what the tablet even was or what it was for. My Dad was embarrassed so I went back to confront them on my Dad’s behalf. Jaiden Falke offered me a $60 refund if I would walk away. I’m not going to. I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB, the Ohio Consumer Protection Agency and the Area Office on Aging. I would strongly recommend NOT doing business with this company, especially if you are elderly or vulnerable.

I’m a difficult person apparently but Hunter and Andrew went above and beyond in helping me upgrade my phone after having some issues and no iCloud backup. Then they helped with the second upgrade because I wanted to switch from the iPhone 8 to the iPhone 8 Plus. Both kept up conversation while working on it. Definitely recommend. Thanks guys!

This store is a complete joke, 10 days after an upgrade I received an email from Verizon stating that unless my old phone was mailed in immediately I would be charged the full price (close to $1,000), Phone was left at the store the day of the upgrade so after spending over one hour on the phone with both Verizon and the sales rep from the store I found out that they screwed up the upgrade process, The next day I receive a call that I have to drive to the store and pick up my phone to send in...I called the actual Verizon customer support and found out that the phone does not need to be returned because it is paid off absolute disaster and will never go to the store again stick with a real Verizon retailer!
