A Godsend. No heat for 36 hours. On phone for 30 hours. Call after call turned up nothing, even those places that ADVERTISE emergent delivery. No heat in February seems emergent enough to me. NO one else could help this 95 yo widow in her big ol’ home? I kept plugging...& patience pays!! This wonderful woman at Pier Furl saved the day. 🙏

Above and beyond exemplary service. The best part was their kindness. We ran out of oil and they were right there to help with a level of kindness and support no other company gave us.

We have had Pier Fuel for years! Always friendly, courteous, and always willing to go out of their way for their customers. They did an emergency delivery on an awful cold night a couple years ago to a relative of mine who was not even a customer. It was nighttime and she had small babies. They delivered to Jamestown after hours. They had no obligation to do this. I am their customer for life.

I have used Pier Fuel for years and would highly recommend them. They have helped me out in a few emergencies and they were extremely prompt. Their scheduled service is always reliable and their prices are very reasonable.

I ran out of oil and gave pier fuel a call and they were out within the same day, they were very nice and their driver kevin was very friendly and i enjoyed talking with him. I highly recommend them.

Started with Pier in Nov 2018 after I left my previous oil co. because of poor customer service. I decided on automatic delivery and never had an issue all winter! Highly recommended
