The service was great. I brought in a color sample from Benjamin. Moore and they were able to match it up and I saved 30% because they were having a sale. Also, I live in a condo in Wakefield and they have a list of the colors that were used by the contractor so I was able to match the white trim in my home without any guesswork.

I had an email coupon that I had received from Sherwin- Williams online for $10.00 towards my next purchase over $50.00. I forgot to use it when I bought paint and some supplies. I called the next day to ask if they honor it and credit my credit card, they refused,Ive havent experienced such lousy customer service in a long time. My next Sherwin-Williams paint purchase will be at another store.
