Tim is an A+, All-Star who consistently provides the most professional and outstanding experiences I’ve ever had with a logistics company. I’m a photographer and tend to print a lot of my artwork in large formats. I have used this UPS store multiple times and have had the pleasure of working directly with Tim on a few different transactions. Today, I had the tough job of shipping a 30”x20” glass print across the country to California. He had me in and out of the store in 5 minutes, confirmed all of my requirements for shipping were met, and provided me with yet another great experience as I happily walked out the door. I recommend Tim and his team to any and everyone shipping out of South County!!! Thank you for all your hard work and attention to minor details!!!

They have a notary public. Before we drive 20 Mike’s, I wanted to see you f he was in today, Saturday. There seems no way to talk to the store. Some “service.”

I use UPS stores for shipping and Notary services. I have been in various locations around New England. This location in Salt Pond Plaza, Narragansett is, by far, the most professional and friendliest location I have visited. I strongly urge people to check them out and see the many services they offer. You will be pleasantly surprised!

This is by far the best UPS store I have ever been to. The workers here are exceptionally nice, friendly, and go out of their way to help you. I have had to drop packages here regularly here for years and it has always been great. They also offer great advice when trying to figure out how to ship on a budget.

Hours posted online were not accurate. I just drove all the way there about 30 min one way to send a return to amazon, and they were closed when the hours said from 11 AM to 4 PM. So apparently they didnt think it was important to update their hours online somehow. Extremely dissatisfied with this entire experience. I wasted an hour of my day all because they didnt lazily decided to not update their hours. Caution to all others they are actually CLOSED ALL DAY ON SUNDAY not from 11 am to 4 pm like they have posted

This store is the best UPS around. Staff is super friendly and know what they are doing. My packages always on time and exactly the way they were when put into the box. Great job guys

It was good but the store reeks of cigars

Don’t go here they stole my package and haven’t been any help to getting it back.Edited: One I never switched labels because he scanned the label for my book to go back to amazon. Amazon doesn’t have it I called already multiple times to make sure they didn’t have my product. And the only reason why I assumed that people in store stole my stuff was because of my last point.

Man on the phone was rude, condescending, unhelpful, and completely disregarded everything I was saying. Completely patronizing customer service, called the other UPS store and the man was lovely to speak to me and actually tried to help me find my package, considering it says online that it is at a UPS facility. Do not like being treated like I am stupid. Will not being going to this UPS again.

When you post that you open at 8am, please be there to open on time. Waited 15 minutes (until 8:15am) and no one showed and had to leave to go to work without being able to overnight ship an important item. Not a happy customer.

This store is the best ups store i have ever been to. the staff here seems to know more about shipping than any other ups store i have visited in Rhode Island. there always quick and polite ups should use this store to train other stores!
