Ive been in this store multiple times with friends and family and multiple times Ive experienced poor customer service or lack there of. Rarely am I the individual who is greeted. On several occasions my friends and Ive witnessed the manager Mike publicly scorning other employees on their performances. Moments later he can be seen sitting around on his phone. Apparently this is the regular from this guy. Maybe you guys should take care of that and youd be able to maintain future employees AND customers. For these reasons I refuse to ever give money or send any more friends to this establishment. Good luck!

Hit or miss. Overpriced.. Find the return policy cause thats sketchy in itself! Buddy roll is not supportive at all. Maybe for a child/teen. I was offered an exchange a week in from my purchase. ( Like the next one isnt going to break in to no support as well?!) The shoulder wrap says for hot/cold.. Just hot, cold is no different then taking a wash cloth and running it under cold water. Also please take notice how all the social media platforms have no review sections.. & the website only has minimum positive reviews.. Ill throw out the word sketchy again..

Yogibo is something special. At first when I went in this store I was pretty confused to be honest. Why would you want an overpriced beanbag? Well, its not just a beanbag.Yogibo is if a beanbag married a tempurpedic bed. Ive been using one of their large back support pillows on my couch (its a U shape) and all of my lower back problems of feeling fatigued have gone away. I also have one of their huge pill shaped globs. Yogibo helps your spine and posture while sitting, and is surprisingly comfortable. The giant globs are great for guests and you can legit shape it into a chair. It also makes for one of the best gaming chairs ever when matched with the piece mentioned above.Do not try to compare this stuff to Lovsac (I have their stuff). Its apples and oranges.Dont knock it until you try it, and if you do try it I guarantee you that you wont be disappointed.

Super cute beanbag furniture. I could just fill my whole house up with beanbag furniture! You can come in and try it all out!

Loveee the staff and the store! Soo tempting to buy the whole store! Very expensive and largely overrated however. Careful.

Staff not really up to date with their shipping policies. Their stuff is cool but overpriced.
