Best to start backwards with this review: the engine in our SUV had a catastrophic, two part failure that meant that it could only ultimately be fixed at the KIA dealership, but we did not realize this until Bob at FD helped us figure it out...The car broke down on a recent camping trip to VT and we were barely able to make it to a Nashua gas station, where we started calling every repair shop in the area. Bob at FD was able to take us in, diagnose the issue, and performed some repairs right away. His staff did just enough probing to figure out that the engine internals were shot, and he took photographs of their findings to pass along to the KIA dealership.He was extremely kind throughout the ordeal, even offering to let us keep our bikes and valuables in the shop until we could come pick them up with our other car. It was really a stroke of good luck in a bad situation to have found Bob and his staff. Needless to say we highly recommend his shop.

Bob in Service is Awesome

Went there for a car inspection. They were very adamant that my minivan was full of safety issues. For example, they told me they were going to fail me for my tires. I fought them on it and they said they would let it pass (but they still failed it for a laundry list of items). I just took the same car with the same tires to town fair tire to fix a flat. They said are you crazy. The tires have over 50 percent of the tread left on them. This is coming from a place that makes its money on selling tires.Almost all the other issues turned out not to be issues. Went to another car inspection place and presented all the deficiencies that Nashua Foreign Auto found and only one was legit. Dont waste your time or money, just go somewhere else so you dont get suckered. $200 for what was really wrong vs almost $2000 for what was made up.

Very happy customer. I just had to post a review after reading the one below by satyajit. In the past year that Ive been using them, theyve serviced both mine and my wifes car. They have always done excellent repair work, and will go the extra mile to make sure your car is fixed. There are very few honest auto mechanics left, and these guys are worth my repeat business.

Go to get my car, suv serviced regularly. The service desk is very good in advice, prices are reasonable and very timely service. Would recommend them over any others in the Nashua area.02/22/19 update : they have started to charge 3.5% credit card fee, which is a big dissatisfier and not customer friendly.. Sorry reducing to 3 🌟.

Do not get your car inspected here it wont pass. Then you have to pay extra if you dont want them to do the job and rip you off?? Are you kidding? Didnt even need rear pads and rotors like they claimed. Plenty of meat left on the pads did them myself and got it re inspected else where. Never NFA again!

Took my wifes Mini Cooper and will never take it anywhere else. They were courteous, professional and saved me a bundle compared to the dealership. I wont be taking the car anywhere else in the future. Theyve earned my business.

Had my car inspected there and they failed me for my ball joints. I paid them 300+ dollars to fix the problem. A few weeks later i saw that one of the ball joints didnt look right and returned the car to ask them about it. they said it was defective and had to be replaced. They said they would order the part and call me when they get it in. Two weeks go by, no phone call. so i call them and ask them, they basically told me, it slipped through the cracks and they would have it Monday. I dropped off my car on Monday and played phone tag with them, when i talked to someone they said i had to pay another 50 bucks (they said to cover half the labor...?). I was not happy about payng for something I already paid for. I sucked it up and payed them, after telling them i was not happy about the situation.I WOULD NOT GO HERE AGAIN.DO NOT SHOP HERE.You have been warned.

Horrible. Went in as they advertised a 29.99 NH inspection sticker. Failed on both tires on front end as we as was told I needed new brakes and rotors. Went to my Infiniti dealer and was treated with respect. Come to find out the rotors didnt need replacing and the tires could have passed. Never again.

I purchased my car from Allen Mello and thought I had got a good deal. Bob is great at the desk and always friendly. They have been great with my oil changes and offered an engine for life warrenty which I thought was great. But with the inspection they failed me because one wiper had the tiniest streak mark when it cleared. Ive always had cars that left streak marks with the wipers. Its common unless the wiper is pretty much fresh out of the box. So really they forced me to buy a wiper to get an inspection. This left me late for work while I had to wait for a wiper to be delivered. Only coming back for my necessary warrenty oil changes.

Was great when it was Nashua foreign auto. Now owned by Allen Mello Dodge, and it shows....

They try their best to fail the state inspection, just because I have a dent.These guys are cheaters. Im never going there and suggest every one is know to not go there.

Big electronic sign out frontinspections 19.95. Go in to get vechicle inspected, thatll be 29.95They apparently changed their pricing a week or so ago, but dont change the sign to draw people in. Wont ever see me or my 3 vehicles again.
