I can not even begin to tell you how many times I was told by other dealerships that it would never happen, especially with 2021 being the last year of this version I was hoping for. I even went so far as to order one through a dealership in Georgia when I was visiting there this summer. Then it became a logistical nightmare as how to pickup a new vehicle & sell my current vehicle if it became reality. Upon my return to New Hampshire, there was a suggestion to give Toyota of Nashua a call.I have to say that Michael was an amazing, intuitive, respectful and most genuine sales person to deal with. This was the very first vehicle that I have ever custom Ordered. It took about 8 weeks to arrive which was explained and expected, basically it was sight unseen until the day I picked it up. Every step of the process was flawless. Upon arrival at the dealership, the vehicle was ready to go and the entire process only took about an hour to complete and start the drive home. One of the best customer service experiences I have had. I called for an appointment and was told next week, but I could not wait. I left an email explaining my situation and received an immediate call back. They got my Toyota in the next day. They fixed the issue in reasonable time at a competitive price. Great place for service.
I take my disabled girlfriends Toyota Corolla for service at Toyota of Nashua. I enjoy waiting in their cafe with outdoor lounge area on the roof. The food is delicious! Today I had a sandwich and amazing onion rings for under $4 with my customer discount. And they have a huge selection- from smoothies to entrees; food for vegans or meat lovers. Everyone is friendly and professional. The bathroom is spotless. The check-in and check-out process for service is fast and easy when one has an appointment. They dont do any pressure selling for more service. They accommodate my requests and work with me. I actually enjoy going and hanging out because its such a nice experience!
I had a great experience at Toyota of Nashua. Our salesman Michael Howard was great. Very professional, honest and felt like he really cared about trying to get me into the right truck. I was on a tight budget and went in not expecting to walk out with anything but Michael and the whole team did everything they could to get my payments right around where I needed them to be and I ended up in a great truck. Ive been wanting the car for a long time. she called me yesterday afternoon and I made an appointment for later that day. I walked up to the front and was immediately greeted by Jesus C. He pulled the care inside the bay so I didnt have to stand out in the rain. The Camry TRD in Calvary Blue is BEAUTIFUL!!! Jesus was very helpful and patient and made the finance process nice and easy. The finance guy (sorry, I forgot his name) was so nice and very helpful. Paperwork was a nice and quick. My dad recently purchased a car and the service was phenomenal. We went to 3 different dealerships before we ended up at Toyota of Nashua and so glad we did. Our sales man Michael Howard was great. He was very knowledgeable with the car my dad was interested in. He made sure to go over everything and explain all the package deals my dad could get with the car. It was a busy day and there was a little wait to meet with the financial rep and Michael was so personable that the wait didnt seem long since he made it a point to keep us from getting impatient. I had been doing research on replacing my car with another used one with less mileage. Reading about dealerships doesn’t give you a full picture and car buying can be stressful.I selected Toyota of Nashua based on distance and the vehicle availability. They responded quickly for an appointment setup. My schedule changed on a holiday weekend and they were still accommodating. I met Jeremy and started the process. I came prepared but was still not sure about a final sale that day.After the test drive we ran the numbers to see if it could work. They offered a fair trade in value. Everyone I met from the sales team, to the finance team to managers and even coworkers to ask questions were friendly, polite and helpful. I complimented them while going through the process.There was less of a “game” than normal. It turned out to be one of the best car buying experiences. I was honest about my expectations and budget. They worked out the numbers and made a sale. Everyone was kind even after the sale and I would work with Jeremy and the team again. I have a good car from some good people.

I had been looking around and knew I had a limited amount of time between not passing this years inspection with my old car and the time till my family came to visit this past weekend. We found a car that had everything needed and then some and the price had been reduced a little as well. The whole process seemed to go pretty smooth.This personally was my first time purchasing a vehicle through an actual dealer and not something found through marketplace or craigslist so I dont really have any previous experiences to compare it to. As soon as we walked out of our car, we were instantly serviced by Mikhail. He was very patient with us while we viewed the vehicle we wanted, as well as easy to work with when it came to getting my moneys worth for my trade in. Worked with Tom on a family van which had a failure with the anti theft system as well as starter. Incredible employee, made me feel like i mattered. He also gave me a clear description on what the issue was and made me extremely satisfied. Gave me recommendations as well on what i should do in the future.
I was told my 5,000 mile maintenance appointment would take 1 hour. I got a text after 25 minutes that my car was all set. Not sure how thorough of a job was done. The place was packed so maybe they see a new car in for its first service and assume nothing is wrong with it. I guess Ill find out.
Sunroof installed wrong, 3 times by their vendor. Header of brand new car now sags. Brakes grinding. Nobody at dealer will return my calls or emails, even upper management! Only 2000 miles on my brand new venza! Inexcusable lack of service.
My fiance and I just bought our first truck together from Dany El Nar and we couldnt be more pleased with our experience! He wasnt pressuring at all but went through all of our options with us very thoroughly. He didnt try to get us above budget and was very laid back. I walked into the dealership, bracing myself for yet another interaction with a typical salesperson; and, to my confused, albite, relived assumption, Derek was nothing like what I had encountered before. He made sure I always felt educated, in the loop and empowered without it feeling forced. I never felt pressured, like a number he had to upsell.For those weary travelers, desperate, like I was, to find an Odysseus to guide you away from the sirens of other dealerships, ask for Derek.
We had a list of 4Runners to take a look at and we scheduled our day based on distance from home, the first stop was Nashua and we had the pleasure of dealing with Lindsey. We test drove a beautiful 2016 4Runner and then informed her that we would be in touch after we looked at the others. Ahhh, the best laid plans. Lindsey did homework on the other vehicles, explained what Nashua Toyota, and the team, could bring to the table and made it her goal to be our one stop. We were able to do a little bargaining and Lindsey was able to get us what we needed to make this one stop worth it. The entire team was great to deal with but Lindsey was AWESOME!

We know that all dealerships are evil and exist simply to rip us off, right? WRONG. Sure, Toyota of Nashua is a business and that business is designed to make money, but they treat you right and respect you as a person.I was in a 20 year old car looking for something new (preferably something with anti-lock brakes, a feature my current vehicle didnt have, haha). I knew I wanted a Corolla Hatchback, so I went for a test drive. The car wasnt exactly what I wanted, so Christian (the best salesperson there, btw) helped me pick out the car I really wanted and worked with me to negotiate a fair price. Even with all the resource craziness and ship shortages, Christian promised theyd find the car I wanted.I was very specific: it had to be a brand new Flame Blue or Supersonic Red Corolla Hatchback XSE with the Preferred package. If you know anything about the state of vehicle inventory right now, you know how much of a tall order that was. I was thinking it would take 2-3 months for them to find me a car. I negotiated the price on Monday and then Christian called back a few days later, letting me know they found the car! I picked it up on Saturday.The entire buying process was smooth and professional. I never felt pressured to buy or agree to something I was uncomfortable with. Everything was thoroughly explained and detailed in the financing office and the environment was very relaxed. Though I ended up financing through Toyota to get the $1k rebate, I have no regrets. I never once felt as if the dealership were hiding something or trying to be shady in any way. This has been the best dealership experience of my life, and Toyota of Nashua has made me a customer for life! I will be sure to point all my friends and family to the dealership in the future. Our experience with Joe Defreitas was hands down the best we have had! He went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. The process was smooth and not incredibly time consuming (the last car I bought I ended up at the dealership all day). It was nice to get to the lot and have a chance to look around and have some ideas before being approached by Joe, there was no pressure from the get go, and his knowledge was spot on!Joe’s honesty and character are what brought us back on Sunday to make our purchase. We were torn between two, but leaning more towards the one we purchased. Joe helped us in making the best decision for us.If I could give this review a 10 I would, Joe and Anthony were both great to work with. We will definitely be returning when we are ready for our next vehicle. Joe will certainly be getting our return business!

I hardly ever write reviews, but wanted to acknowledge Michael Howard from the Toyota of Nashua Truck Sales for his out-of-this-world friendly and knowledgeable help locating a 2021 Tundra. We live in crazy times, with trucks being sold sight unseen, and Michael went through many iterations investigating all the trucks that were coming online to see which ones were still available and which ones werent. He kept me apprised of the situation once every few days. Sadly, we were unable to find a unit in the right color, and I ended up purchasing a Tacoma out of state, but Michael has provided me with one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had in my life, and Im not the springiest of chickens anymore. Our purchase situation was unique as we were on the hunt for a very specific truck model. Michael went above and beyond to track the vehicle down and secure it - not only did he help to locate the truck but he held our hand during the entire process to ensure we always knew the status over the three weeks it took for the truck to come in. I bought a used car from here took 3 weeks to officially get it. They promised they would fix up the scratches and rims. We paid them an extra $1500 for them to do it. They did not do a good job very sloppy. Customer service was bad!!!! I Do NOT recommend this place. better off going to another Toyota dealership. If I could I would return my vehicle.

I had the best car buying experience with Jeremy Hicks as my salesman. Not aggressive. Knowledgeable while answering questions. I’m very impressed and hope to see him again in 5 years when my wife is due for her next car!
