This place has some very rude people working here…. The feeling when you ask a question and have to ask them to calm down because you are JUST asking, and they almost bite your head off!!! Sorry, maybe find a different job then!!

Wonderful staff. As a beginner I explained to the women who was cutting the fabric I was going to get and she replaced it with the fabric I should have been. Very knowledgeable very nice and store is well kept inside.

Lotta hobby stuff in this lobby, but its bigger than most lobbies Ive been too. The only ones bigger were swanky hotel lobbies, but you wont find anything for hobbies there. Hobby Lobbys the only lobby for hobbies ;).

Knocked it out of the park for me! Went in looking for sewing supplies, hook and loop fasteners and snap making tools. The person working was super helpful and showed me everything that I needed. Now if I had only leveled my tailoring rather than alchemy..... ;)

I hope you fix your radio, I feel bad for the employees who have to work in silence all day, I feel like im in the Twilight Zone everytime I visit, no offense, just super uncomfortable.

Store manager was primarily focused on coordinating her employees and little on the 4 or 5 customers allowed in the store at a time. Seems to have very little industry insight as I was seeking all purpose thread and came home to find out I was sold overlocking with no disclaimer that this is not all purpose. 30 minutes of waiting in the cold for 7 people to shop, and $30 later, I am not satisfied at all.

I went there yesterday 5/27/20 during the covid-19 restrictions requiring patrons to wear masks inside of the store. and I have to say i could not be happier with the store and their response. I am so happy that the employees immediately informed patrons who entered the store that they needed to wear a mask and even offered masks for them to use for free! the people who were obviously there for a confrontation and refused to comply with the state regulations and were asked to leave the store. I am so happy that they responded the way they did and kept their patrons safe! stay strong and stay healthy!

Great Joanns, has a good selection (even throughout the mask making of the pandemic), everyone is always nice, and the place is well organized.

Three people working the day I was in. I needed help and had to search the store for help and when I found a guy, he was helpful. When I went to check out, I got attitude and sent back to get measured. I was the second person in line but the counter lady and the customer were chatting and not working so I stand there for 10 minutes. Other associates walk by and do you think they help? no. Finally I find the same helpful guy while the other two are still chatting. I go to check out, nobody home. Guess what, I have to walk the store and find the same helpful guy yet again. If there were any other choice close by, I would never shop here again.

The store was clean and well lit. The selection was limited a lot of shelfs were under stocked or empty. I felf the store was way understaffed. The wait was long to check out.

Dealing with Joann, both this store and the online site, is a nightmare. First this particular store. When entering you are greeted by... silence. Not only are you not greeted by an employee most of the time youd think no one was working there at all. Hunting down someone to assist you is an effort in futility. But back to the silence. No music plays in the background and the employees arent around so its an eerie silence of just your own footfalls and breathing. I digress, next there is the selection or rather lack of selection. If you sew Im sure this store is adequate. If you do any other crafts selection is laughable. Cross stitch, they had about three to choose from. Embroidery, um no. Needlepoint, wrong again. When I asked an associate about it she seemed annoyed and said they dont really carry much of that. Wasted effort.Id also like to add an aside as well, dont order from Joanns online either. Something I ordered never showed up although it said it was delivered. I tried their customer service number. Theyve disabled it due to the high volume of calls they were recieving and they insist you deal with them only through email now. They took over a week to email me back and then refused to help with my missing package or to refund my money. Then they stopped responding to my emails all together. Joanns as a business doesnt care about their customers! Dont waste your time or money!

The Nashua store has one of the smallest yarn selections out of any location I’ve been to. I’ve visited a few times hoping that they were just low on stick when I’ve been, but always leave empty handed

I love this place. The employees seem as though theyre overwhelmed. One second theyre returning bolts of fabric to the shelves, the next theyre cutting fabric for your order and then theyre up front to check you out. I prefer not to see people standing around idle but I think some are stretched thin. One of the ladies helping me was wicked nice but seemed harried. They have a very good selection of fabrics which is what keeps me coming back.

I dont have any experience with this store pre-COVID-19 so Im giving them the benefit of the doubt and assuming theyre stressed. Ive ordered several things for pickup and went in the store this weekend. The staff is always pretty rude. The store itself is dark and cramped and not really fun to shop in, but that could also be because I was trying to rush to get out since only 5 people can shop at once.

I liked it better when it was just a fabric store, but they do have a large selection of cotton cotton blends and some linen blends.

Understaffed.When someone is available they are helpful, but often there is only one employee running the whole floor - registers, fabric cutting, questions, everything. Not uncommon to see several people in line for an unmanned register because the only employee is cutting fabric or checking stock.Sorry, I dont always have time to wait 30 mins to ask a question.

Okay first of all I feel like half these reviews are fake. I love fabric, I’m an avid sewer and have been to my fair share of these stores. Both the ones in Nashua are the worst, this one especially. Understaffed and the staff just doesn’t care, can’t say I blame them if your employer won’t give you any help. They had a group at the cutting counter and they seemed annoyed I was there. I asked if they were ordering more apparel fabric and the lady told me “she can’t read corporates mind” when I walked away I could still hear them talking about how they were rated the lowest in the district. I never feel like the ladies are nice but whatever now they barely even have any of the doodles fabric in, maybe 5 bolts. I’m just going to order online.

Standard JoAnns experience. Tons of fabrics to choose from. If you know what you are looking for, you are good to go. If you dont, there might be some issues with walking up and down a lot of aisles looking. The store has gotten a bit crowded lately with end caps, displays in the aisles, etc. It makes the store feel cramped and too small.

I like the selection but the store manager is AWFUL! I have seen her be rude to both employees and customers on 3 separate occasions. I know its not just me either, my fiance went recently and he mentioned her attitude before I could even say anything. The rest of the staff is awesome.

Pretty much what you would expect. They had the bias tape and matching thread I needed to repair my quilt.

Great for crafts quilting supplies. Fabric hit and miss. Customer service is either the best or no eye contact.

Yarn selection is fairly limited, store is a little dingy, service is often limited.

I used to shop at this Nashua store all the time. Not sure what has changed, but yesterday it was a mess (it was about 3pm and was not busy). The floor was dirty, the bolts were hanging out all over the place, and there were displays all over that cluttered the main aisles.

Needs more help @ this location.

Amazing place!

The selection of fabric is more streamlined towards quilters, but they have added a lot for cosplay and costumers. A lot of poly fleece too.
