Too expensive can go to a real jewelrystore and it wont break as fast as piercing pagoda jewelry does and you cant return it unless you have a warranty which you pay for and only last a year!!-

I took my 7 year old to pierce her ears and the staff did a great job. The sales lady and manager were both very helpful in picking the best earrings for my child, and made sure the markings were even before piercing. They made my daughter and myself feel comfortable about the whole process. Great job ladies!!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! I went to look at the piercing nose rings and I had questions about the prices and there were three people working there and I was waiting for someone to come over and acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes!!!! All the employees just stared at me until my father said does anyone work here?? Then one of the women who was just sitting there fooling around on her computer made a sighing noise to me like I was being rude for asking for help!!! Not a good way to show yourself to a new customer because I will never come back to you because you were rude to me and didn acknowledge me what so ever!! and people will see how you treated me with this review and I hope they never come back either! You lost my business!!!

The piercing i got was really good. the woman was funny and nice. since my first hole was messed up by clairs it looked a little off but it wasnt the pierces fault. best place and cheapest place in the mall you can go. DO NOT go to clairs.

The guy that always works there is very nice and helpful. Only PP I like to go too. The ones near me the girls are always rude.

Woman that works there pierce my daughters ear, missed the mark COMPLETELY the 1st time, tried again got it, everything was ok. Went to the other ear pierced that no problem til I looked and it was uneven! Didnt even match up, Huge difference! So took one side out, waited a week, went back hoping she wouldnt be working and what a surprise she was... so she pierced it again, I checked her mark and it looked good. So she pierced it and what a surprise it came out messed up again!!! My other 3 kids have gone here and have never had this happened, although we didnt have this woman piercing their ears.. idk what is wrong with her and she shouldnt be working here.. why even mark the ear if you arent going to pierce where you marked and mess up?! I understand ppl arent perfect but 3Xs, come on... I will never go back, and will never recommend this place.. $70 for messed up ear piercing, Awesome!

GREAT STAFF ! very professional they do a wonderful job piercing ears and they have pretty decent prices for jewelry.
