First of all, Everyone in the store was super friendly and helpful.The reason I am giving it a 3 stars is the store itself seemed to be missing a lot of options. And they didn’t even have something to hold all the balloons I got together. I ended up with an annoying knot that took me forever to un-tie.

Easy parking easy access knowledgeable sales staff the place is rather large so it took some time to look at everything I wanted I did get some good deals and I was happy with my purchases.

A lot of stuff in a relatively small space. I went here to get cellophane gift wrap for gift baskets and they had a good variety of colors to choose from. The employees were helpful and nice, and the store seemed to be well organized overall.

I started out at the other Party City in North Nashua and they’re customer service was so bad I left and came here. Not only did they help me find exactly what I needed they were also super nice. After climbing ladders and searching through boxes, they also made sure everything (high fly, weights, even string color) was set up for me to come back the day of my event to have the balloons blown up and put together. I will 100% come back here for all decorating needs!!

They asked for email, number, name, donations at the checkout. The invasion of privacy is kinda obnoxious...I shouldnt have to give them my life story for the 3 balloons I purchased. I will shop at Walmart next time I need balloons.

The store is standard like other party citys. We had arranged a gender reveal party and for that had set up a baloon order well before time. Party city despite asking many times assured the order will be ready by 10am (their opening time), but they did a bad job with it. No baloons were ready. Even the helium part wasnt done, the extra decoration was far away. It was disappointing because we couldnt not set up the arrangement well for the party. Its a shame, they take 1.2$ per baloon for filling but do this. Not acceptable. They should have done a better job. I would recommend early morning baloon orders on your own risk. I felt the staff was a little rude too, the other places I arranged gender reveal was so friendly and made it a point to be a part of the celeberation but that wasnt the case here.

Probably the worst customer service out of any store I have ever been to. I truly dred having to go here... nothing major just so many annoying silly policys that are not geared toward an overall positive customer experience most recently the 20% off online purchases coupon with free shipping no price limit but in store you need to spend $70 first I asked the cashier if there was any way to apply it to my purchase of $50 ... he said no so I said I was all set and ordered online in the parking lot and had it shipped to my door just inconvenient.

While the person behind the register was as clueless as a bag of hammers, I still Love this place allot.The kids of today have no idea how to interact with humans.. SAD!!!! Party City is one of those places. I knew more than she did.. Party City management take notice will you please.I give this store a 5 plus rating for everything you need for a party,but 2 stars if best for these dumb ass millennials that don’t know how to interact with humans.. Again SAD!!

Went to get a few things for a birthday party. I thought the prices were a little expensive but if youre looking for a certain theme for a party they probably have it. They have a big selection.

Great place but little expensive for a discount party place. The hours though, are ridiculous. 930 open time. Most parents like to do there errands after kids go to school. By 8 830. 9 am open sucks let alone 930. Why? Business around the plaza are open earlier or by 9. Many other business suck for hours also.

Poor customer service over last three visits at this store. Only one cashier at the check-out. If you point deficiencies to the store manager then she always has an excuse. I will definately send a letter to their corporate office about sluggish and poor customer service.
