I love this store they got my favorite imported chocolates, been a patron since they open

A cute little store I always love visiting. I had such a nice time talking with Kaitlyn and learning about the new flavors. Never seen someone so genuine in retail like that. You guys need 10 more like her.

Pick your own chocolate, love it! Person working was very helpful and professional.

The web sight says opens at 10 am. But they wont sell anything and its 10 am with no time frame on when they will actually open.. dont go hear.. what a wast of time.....

John the gentleman who waited on us is an excellent employee. He had manners and class. Very professional. I wish that they would run special promotions monthly. Prices are high, a great product. Disappointed never received credit in the store in Worcester near the movie theater.

The women in the front desk has the nastiest attitude Ive ever encountered from a customer service based compan . I called to ask a simple question, and answered the question very rude and hung up the phone. I called back to asked why she has to be so rude and she responded I dont have time for this & hung up. Super nasty attitude. I hope she gets fired.

Love it. The atmosphere is great and you can pick out just 1 piece of mouthwatering chocolate or purchase a box of chocolates

The staff is super friendly helpful and knowledgeable they have a great variety.

I received an email from lindt saying they are having a 35% off sale. So i went there to buy some chocolate. They told me that it was only good for online purchases. They would not honor it in store. Shame I wanted to buy quite a bit off stuff.
