Best place ever. No joke. You want to find you favorite band shirts, come to hot topic! This place has everything other stores dont. I might be over exaggerating but its just that good of a place!

Super clean and well organized. Very friendly and helpful staff, fully available for any assistance. Had the best experience with my cashier, and they even helped me sign up for the rewards program during the transaction. Always feels like coming home when I enter the store.

I’ve been shopping here for a really long time and the employees are the sweetest people ever. They are very helpful with finding what you want and having your size. I went to get a slipknot shirt one day and at the counter the cashier and I talked about their music and it was really cool.

Ive been going to this store since I was a teenager, but I really dont want to discuss how long thats been. I appreciate how the store opened itself to many fandoms and became more size inclusive. I will say that the employees at every location I have been to in the past several years have been phenomenally pleasant, almost giving the impression that you have to be a really nice person to work there. Its a niche spot to be sure, but Im glad its a mall fixture and still a haven for the more strange, unusual and less traditional mainstream. And a shout out to all of those really great employees.

The young lady behind the counter was so sweet to my daughter. I appreciate that alot.

Employees were not only friendly but extremely informative and helpful as well. My kiddo found all they wanted and I got a few things for myself as well. Happy to see Hot Topic still around 20 years after I discovered it in my earlier teen years.

Hot Topic always has the same merch that Ive seen in their wares for almost 15 years. Not just this location but any other one Ive been to. The staff are nice but not really outgoing (its hot topic so not surprising).I would like to see newer music and merch represented cause honestly Im not going to buy another Metallica shirt for at least double the price. Inflation be damned, even the clearance items are over priced and lack lustered.Out of the whole store I found one shirt that I liked and still didnt end up buying it. Honestly was overall dissuaded from the purchase because of how old and tired the experience felt. So I put it back and moved on.

Its just not the same anymore and everything is so expensive its always been that way but at least at one point it was worth it. There used to be a lot more choices I guess I miss my 90s goth kids days lol

The staff is very helpful when it comes to alerting me to sales and deals. There is always something you can save on! Sometimes I dont always find something that peaks my interest, but they have plenty to choose from. Current movies, shows, and trends can be found within. Love their patches and pins, currently, and some of the darker clothes that are coming back

I had a coupon that had expired because I was in the hospital and asked them if I can still use it and they told me they couldnt honor it. It sucks cause Im a regular customer.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to this Hot Topic the day before Valentines Day and tried to return a unworn shirt with the tag still attached to exchange it for something in the store for my boyfriend. I didnt have my receipt, so I understand why I could not receive my money back. But that was never my objective upon entering the store. The Rick and Morty shirt was on display in the front section of the store before the register, facing the mall. It was a featured item in the middle on the store. And the sales associate would not allow me to exchange it for something of even equal value because I didnt have my receipt. Working in retail prior, I found this ultimately ridiculous and asked for a number to place a complaint. She gave the number for online returns, advising me that this is the corporate number. I then placed my complaint with the customer service representative for the online commerce, and was told that my complaint will be read by the regional manager of Hot Topic in the area. I was very detailed in my complaint and gave her my email address for a reply from the regional manager. She said that a reply will come after 24 hours. It has now been a week, and no reply. I cant believe all the hoops Im jumping for an IN STORE EXCHANGE. I was customer of Hot Topic and often stopped by during a mall visit. But now I will never go there.

This place was really cool until they started putting up satanic stuff. Lose that, then maybe I will change my review, but until then I would have to say that I do not recommend this store.

I see so many facebook posts from people saying how they got the new Steven Universe items from Hot Topic but for some reason, I either miss out, or this Hot Topic doesnt carry it all. Ive seen some shirts and keychains but Im really looking for the plushies and all the other things released from cartoon network. I wonder why I can never find this stuff here? :(
