I was excited to finally try it, but unfortunately never got to because I waited at the window for over 10 minutes after being told to give them a moment, I’m assuming they forgot.

Every time I go in there I find a piece of paper that says back in 10 minutes

A little better than DDs. Flavored coffees are good, little cheaper than DDs as well.Muffin was rock hard

My iced tea was all syrup, as well as my sons coffee, it was nasty! The sandwich tasted sour and after two bites we tossed it. We waited 25 when no one else was even in line for 2 drinks 2 sandwiches and a raspberry chocolate stick which we had to ask for more than once. Will not be back to this location.

This location never disappoints me. My coffee always comes out delicious and exactly the way I want it every single time. No matter who is working it always tastes the same. Staff is very professional and friendly. Keep up the amazing work!!

When i walked up to the counter this girl was sitting down while on her phone but who is going to notice she was the only person there other than me. When i got the one thing i asked for which was just a coffee I couldnt understand why it wasnt stird. Is it her job or mine to stir the coffee?

Very slow just to get the wrong order.

This place is a disaster. Never stocked and careless employees. Today, I got my “coffee” that looked like cloudy water And I told her That it tasted like water and the associated told me through her yawn that it’s the way it should be. I work in the large business across the street and I WONT BE BACK. Missed opportunity. Get it together.

If you want to wait 9 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese then this is your dream location, avoid if youre in a rush or dont wanna deal with incompetence first thing in the morning.
