I have been buying equipment with PFE for more than a decade across the cardio and weight training spectrum. I have always found their products to be terrific and their service even better.A recent experience with a product that underperformed has made me an even bigger fan of the company. They stood behind the product and kept working until I was fully satisfied.During that experience, I had interactions with reps from sales, customer service, repairs, and delivery - all individuals were top notch!Looking forward to another decade of business with this company. They are truly focused on satisfaction and quality.

I recently just purchased a treadmill from here, not knowing anything about the equipment I had a lot of questions and concerns that I wanted answered, a salesman named Ricky Chow took the time and explained everything to me and made me feel very confident in my purchase. 3 months later I have lost 18 lbsand feeling great about my experience and treadmill.Thanks again.

I needed some weights during this whole virus thing. He was selling a bar and 250lbs of weight USED ..for $450 dollars. You can get that normally for $250 to $300 NEW. I went all the way up to $400 out of desperation and he would not move a dime. We are supposedly all in this together, yet people and businesses like this are showing their true colors. I would never do business with this greedy, unamerican company.

We recently bought our first treadmill from Gary at Precision Fitness. We are extremely happy with that choice. It was based in part on friends recommendations. Due to the large investment and our lack of product knowledge, we needed guidance. I had been a little intimidated at the other stores we shopped, but Gary was kind and patient, and truly wanted us to invest in the right machine. Price point did matter, and he led us to a quality machine within our budget. PF will even come to personally setup and install treadmills for a small fee, but we decided to try it ourselves. Woops! We had some trouble setting up the Passport device (an interactive box that lets run along to interactive videos filmed around the world.) Yet one phone call to Performance Fitness and Ricky sent me all the info we needed for setup. Gary and Ricky are both great! We look forward to doing business with them again to expand our fitness room in the future.

I just left this place after wandering around with my daughter-in-law for several minutes. We were not greeted as we came in, and our presence was not acknowledged in any way in the entire time we were there looking at equipment. We came in ready to spend thousands of dollars on a new exercise bike and treadmill. Were on our way to Sears now.
