We were looking for an alternative to Amazon to buy a board game. We called to confirm they had the game, we came, we bought. The store had a good selection and it was fun to hear the chatter of people gaming in person while we shopped. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again.

Tried to order online an item, was given a refund with no explanation. When I tried to call in to find out why, was accused of yelling and being belligerent to the employee when I was calm, but upset. After being transferred to the manager all I got was yelling and hanging up with no attempt to resolve/allow me to speak. I cannot stress my displeasure enough. At no point was I yelling or rude but was accused of such.

A very lovely place! I just happened to be in town when I happened upon this place, it has a very nice variety stocked. Their selection for painting miniatures particularly caught my eye (grass, snow, metal files, various glues, oooo!), as well as fun dice. The associate at the time welcomed me and we chatted for a bit, I was happy for the company. 😄 Also, The Relentless Dragon is a super cool name, very nice. 👍👍

Been here a few times to buy some pricier Magic cards. The selection and presentation is really good, and the staff is attentive when needed, and polite. Ive always loved that they have lots of single cards in binders and boxes to look through self-directed and it has been fun to find an occasional deal here and there, one of the big advantages to a brick and mortar store vs shopping online as youll often end up finding (and spending) more than you expected.The only mark against them for me is a recent experience just that I found it a bit wweird Recently I wanted to buy a card in the case for a few bucks, then after spending some time looking through the singles, found 5 of them in a 25 cent binder. I figured it would be helpful to let them know the binders had some expensive cards in them as prices have appreciated so I pointed this specific card out, but it didnt feel too great to just end up paying full price for the one card I wanted anyway. I managed a comic and game store for a few years and this is a situation we experienced often. When a customer found expensive cards in our bulk and let us know, we usually cut them some kind of a deal, as they were basically working for us for free at that point and our cost basis for the cards were low if they appreciated on the shelf after we acquired them anyway. After all, the customer could have just said nothing. Not a super big deal, but something just didnt feel right, especially as I overheard them talking about the possibly of giving me a bit of a deal as theyve done it in the past and then someone turning it down while I was within earshot, typing their answer on the computer screen for the other employees to read. Might be a good time to just officially overhaul the policy on bulk singles to avoid hiccups like this in the future. Bulk stuff can be hard to manage, but it has a drawing effect on bringing some folks in, and Ill admit its why Ive come back to spend more in the past year.I still really think this is a good store though, probably one of the best tabletop stores in New England, and definitely New Hampshire. They have lots of space and keep the store very clean. They are also not far from the highway. I hear they are getting into retro games soon which is pretty exciting. It can be a hard product to acquire and carry but will definitely help them stand out even more.

A friend and I meet up there periodically to play Warhammer 40k on their tables in the back, always fully stocked with terrain. The staff are always friendly and attentive to any needs. Stock on some hobby supplies can be hit or miss, but a definite pass given, as Im sure availability on some stuff has been sporadic especially during Covid. Thankful for the welcoming shop and will return!

Selection was awesome as they had many games not seen at other gaming stores.

The Relentless Dragon cares about its customers, especially regulars which is always nice. Friday Night Magic is always poppin and theres always a lot of faces. My only ever gripe is that they have a couple tables filled with extra product and it has been that way for a while, however, do note that they did lose their other stores so that could be why, they need time and patience and eventually it will smooth out.

This place was pretty cool...they didnt have a lot of video games but they had a lot if ur into warcraft or dungeon and dragons and super cool placemats and posters and the staff was cool and helpful loved this little shop and will go again in the near future

Oh how the giants fall.I came here pre-pandemic to play regular drafts for magic the gathering, but it was hard to get attached. The wide open play area is nice, but the lack of music playing over the speakers makes this place surprisingly stressful to play in at times unless you come in with a pre-established friend group.The play atmosphere also isnt the friendliest. The play area, despite still being popular, has been less appealing to me as the weeks go on. The almost eerie and even dead atmosphere gives me a headache after a short while, and prevents me from coming back without friends.The rumors that the owners no longer care about this place doesnt help my confidence, and I wont be back here by myself until things improve.In ending, I have a slight attachment to the relentless dragon as its where I truly first played magic the gathering with other people, but that wont be enough to make me endure the loss of life this place seemingly once held.

Great shop with helpful, friendly staff. Struck the perfect balance of attentive and helpful without hovering. Prices seem to be on par with other retailers, not the cheapest, but comparable for the things I was looking for. Carries 3 different brands of miniature paints which is great.

The Relentless Dragon is hands down one of the best gaming stores out there. Not only do they carry a healthy amount of product with a diverse inventory for any gamer but it’s clean, tidy and easy to find things (especially by comparison to other stores of its kind). The staff is friendly and welcoming, the owners are great and work hard to keep the business going and there just isn’t anything negative to say about it. I love every time I visit.

Didnt respond for days without hassling. When asked for a rough number to sell my minis they said just come in and refused to quote me any price over the phone. Drove 45 minutes out of my way to be insulted with an offer of 25% of their value. Wont be doing business again with them.

Staff is kind enough, but information isnt always accurate with current staff. The store is plenty stock with board games but magic and pokémon stock is extremely low.Naturally high end singles are extremely limited and stock is super low. I miss this store a lot and Im looking forward to playing there again.Call before you go if youre looking for something specific. Otherwise, The Comic Store in Nashua has more sealed inventory on hand, and that makes me sad.

This place is my go to. I used to come here from Milford, and then I moved to Manch and its still the best hobby store around. Super friendly, great folks, really accepting of new players. Cheers guys.

I went in with my girlfriend and bought a $20 box of Pokemon Cards (the retail price is $20). The next day I went back to the store with my sister because she wanted the same box and was told that they were $65! When I asked why, I was told that this is what they were selling for online. I understand that a small store has to make money but this store is selling cards at scalpers prices. I would not expect a reputable storefront to be scalping cards in the same way a shady person would online. I would not recommend shopping here and if you do, make sure you are not getting ripped off.

Comfortable and welcoming game shop. They have many board games for all ages, have whole libraries of trading cards (mostly MTG), tons of role-playing supplies, and sport a great roomy space for tournaments and TTRPG campaigns you can rent with snacks available on the side. Kind and knowledgeable staff.

Just like the guy in the review below, I too went to get my girlfriend pokemon cards for Christmas. I had asked for the box and they have a 240% markup on it, the MSRP is 50$ where they sell it for 120$. I really dont understand why they need to scalp it so much when theyre supposed to be the people that save you from the scalpers. On another note the people I spoke to inside the store were very friendly, great guys! I bet this is a great place to shop for cards and hang out, provided they arent overcharging you. 5/5 Customer service but 1/5 stars for scalping.

I went there to learn about mini painting and the person working was very helpful, also a good selection of minis, paints, and board games.

The staff of the Relentless Dragon are friendly and helpful. They have a pretty good online storefront too, although its more easily reached from Google than from their own main site. During the pandemic they have done an exceptional job of managing risk with barriers, procedures, and the availability of hand sanitizer and masks. They used to have a second location in Londonderry but they recently condensed into the one Nashua location.

Friendly knowledgeable staff that took the time to help my young son and I find a new type of game, even though the store was packed with customers. Not intimidating, geekier than thou types. Nice, welcoming atmosphere. Clean, ...intellectual(?), professional store. Not the dingy, frat house dungeon that gaming stores can sometimes be. They tell me Saturday, late morning is the time to go in and see hobbyists and gamers in action if you want to see a newby friendly introduction to the gaming world of minis, card and board games.

Stopped here on the way to Lake Winni for vacation. Great FLGS with a nice curated selection of board games, DnD, wargaming supplies and LCG/TCG stuff. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Love the sign in the bathroom. Wish my FLGS had something similar!

Great store with a large storefront and play area, friendly environment for veteran tabletop players and kids trying games for the first time. Plenty of events on their website and Facebook. Fair prices and plenty of boardgames, tabletop games, and card games to browse.

Everything was just so relentless. The dragon was relentless. He simply wouldnt relent. And as a catholic observing lent... I was spent. I got overwhelmed, did a little dance, and high-tailed it outta there before the dragon have ANY say in the matter. Great customer service though. Great place to bring your family and little ones.

Great place to pickup painting supplies or a new game

I have only Recently gotten into tabletop gaming, not knowing a whole lot about it either. The staff are well educated and versed on most topics relating to the products in their store. 90% of time a staff member can help you find exactly what you need or help you with a compromise, awesome shop, awesome staff.

Friendly, knowledgable staff and active patrons. The tables are free to use for as long as youd like to play. All they ask is that you buy something (even just a candy or soda). They also do store run campaigns of D&D for any level of experience. Prices are a bit higher than online, but thats probably to cover the previously mentioned services. Much better selection and environment than the Game Castle (who they bought out).

Fantastic, friendly place. From the free game nights to D&D groups who meet evenings, this place is very family friendly. Weve been going with our 3 teens for about two years, they all look forward to it. The merchandise prices are also very comparable to online and we prefer to shop their.

Employees are always nice. I dont feel like a pariah walking in as a female. We did have to move mid-game once to help them accommodate a tournament, which kind of stunk.

I come every Tuesday and Thursday to play some fun relaxing games with funny and awesome people to get my mind off my dumpy life. It has games almost daily for just a pick up game or long term campaigns depending on your preference. Its literally the highlight of my weeks and continues to be since I started coming a few months ago! Not to mention the staff sometimes join in if theyre not working and are fun, lively people too!

A cool place with lots of merchandise from card games to table top. However I feel uncomfortable there as I often hear (who I presume to be the store owner) yelling from her office. There were a lot of kids there one day with their parents and the yelling can make it not seem family friendly.

Set up is clean and simple. They only had 1 copy of the Dungeon Masters Guide and the only other D&D books they had were modules. My husband was disappointed in the selection of magic cards. They didnt have the pre-con from the recently released set.

Great little game store. Good selection of stuff from Games Workshop, Star Wars, board games, MTG and related hobby supplies. Nice game play area as well, though it tends to cater to card gamers more than miniature crowd.

This is the only store to goto if you are a wargamer. They have a great selection of 40k and Age of Sigmar as well. To top it off they have an awesome selection of citadel and Vallejo paints. The staff is friendly, very knowledgeable, and willing to answer all your questions if they can!

This place is very close to me, and carries a broad array of both board games and tabletop games at reasonable prices.They also have tables available for free use, and it has rapidly become our D&D groups favored meeting place for our semi-regular sessions. I really cant speak highly enough about them.

Excellent space, ideal for RPG nights as there’s plenty of tables and even a room you can reserve. They have adequate parking and refreshments/small snacks in-store so you won’t have to leave the building if you need a quick break from your session. Definitely recommend checking it out.

Used to shop here a lot, always seemed like a good store. Just recently I was in looking at one of the books only to be told that they didnt allow customers to open the books and that it could damage them. I understand the idea behind this but I definitely think its misguided and is going to push customers away. Whats the point of buying the book from the physical location if I dont have the advantage of being able to look through the book before I purchase it?

Always a good experience at the Dragon. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they always have some fun input if you talk with them about the games youre playing. The atmosphere is quiet and fun when there isnt a game night or tournament going on, and even when there is its still fun and inviting.

Good selection of games and cards but the tables are very cramped and there is always product on them even during high volume nights. If you need to buy something definetly go there, but if you want to play something, go elsewhere until they add at least another 6 in between the tables.

Always friendly staff, huge selection of board games, dice, role playing books, ccg singles, and even used games on sale. Events for almost everything an a willingness to set one up if there isnt already. Super clean and organized. On a scale of one to awesome Relentless is mega wicked.

GREAT selection of MTG singles, commons for 10 cents each, and you can just browse through them.You can literally go in there and play RPGs with your friends, or magic, and they let you. I always make sure to buy some IBC root beer for a dollar so I am giving them business, but I dont think this is a requirement.Also plenty of old D&D miniatures and dice for good prices. Definitely check it out. Our family has been fans of this store for about 8 years now and it has always been great.Editing to Say: Commons are 15 cents each now, BUT that is still a better price than anything else nearby. I have been to all the game stores in Southern NH so I would know! That price is 10+ years old so I am pretty sure it is just inflation kicking it.

Really cool place to play and enjoy games. The management is really pleasant and willing to look up and order or transfer from their other location what they dont have in stock.

Fantastic selection, well lit, lots of space. This is what I remember gaming stores being like 15 years ago before Amazon killed them all off.Unlike many game stores these days, they have a great selection of board games, RPG books, and a ton of miniatures for RPGs, not to mention Magic cards (so many stores these days are reduced to almost solely hosting Magic tournaments).

I would have given a 4 star rating since this shop does have plenty of gaming merchandise and fair prices. Its a clean, respectable shop.The shopkeepers greet you, ask if you need help finding anything and then they leave you alone to do your own thing. I LOVE that in a store. Nothing freaks out customers more than being hovered over and told the entire life story of any item they so much as glance at. So thank you for NOT being pushy, clingy shopkeepers! Keep that up!BUT I only rated 3 stars because Im not sure if maybe they were having a bad day or if they are always like this but the man and woman at the desk clearly did not work well together. They did nothing but bicker and argue the WHOLE time I was in the store. They were not so much rude to my girlfriend and I but we were very uncomfortable standing at the desk while they passive/ aggressively fought over every little thing. I felt bad like our purchases were just adding fuel to their personal problems between each other. I put ALOT of my cards back to shorten the transaction because it was awkward watching them get increasingly argumentative with each other.

There are many tables and rooms for group games or magic events, and a bunch of sample board games you can hang out with friends and try. An amazing table top store. The staff are wonder and their variety of products is great!Their stock ranges from boardgames, to trading card games, to tabletop game. There are also an arrangement of models and paints for making custom tabletop game pieces.They have a large area for people to play games, esspecially since they moved to their new location.There is a snack area in the store for convience. I usually buy at least a drink here while playing games, that way I can support them a little while having fun.

Staff sent me 40 muinites out of my way to pick up an item that was not in stock...was told item was at second store. Arrived to find no item available. Wasted huge amounts of time on a wild goose chase. Will not shop again..also the staff is unhelpful.
