They need profesional people that sales manager named Justine she has very un profesional I came to exchange a ring for a bigger size and she was lying saying the ring was used before and the the ring has never been used has the tag and the bag and everything was in the same place when it was bought this store need better customer service
I bought a Valentines bracelet in 2019 that I loved. In August a pin was loose I couldnt wear it any longer so I went to the store. The sales lady was very useful very understanding and replaced it without issues. Today I went there again with the same issue and this time the sales representative said because I wear it every day and because factory policy doesnt cover their jewelry if used in the shower and while sleeping they couldnt replace it. Now let me tell you when I purchased it I was never told not to wear it during shower, while sleeping. I have a lot of their products but from today on I will never purchase from that store.
This store has never felt welcoming. Most times when I go in, I am not even greeted or tended to until I make it an effort to ask. The worst of all is the time I went in to replace a ring that was under the replacement policy. They did not have the right in stock, and they never called me when they got it back in stock. I went back to the stores at least 3 more times asking if they got it back in stock. They told me again and again they would call when they got it in, and they never called. Finally, the policy expired and I was told I could not replace the ring. Unbelievable that somehow it is my fault that they dont know how to do inventory. Not a single apology and this went on over the course of a year!

If I hadn’t known what I wanted you would have lost a sale.I’ve never had a sales person be more disinterested, she wouldn’t even turn the charms over so we could see them. I already knew what I wanted since I’d looked online, if I didn’t I would have walked out. I was tempted to walk out regardless. This is a terrible way to run a store. There were more then enough sales people there and the store wasn’t busy.I run my own business and this is just poor business sense. Management or corporate needs to look at this store. If they’re making their sales quota think how well they’d do if they had a competent staff.
Came here to shop for bands and get sized. Sales assistant was very rude and clearly only cared about $$. Unpleasant shopping experience, I felt uncomfortable and like I wasn’t welcome. This review is coming from someone who has a lot of retail experience- the way I was treated was unacceptable and I was honestly shocked. I definitely will not be shopping there again- terrible experience. I recommend you go to a different jewelry store in this mall.
I just bought me my first pandora bracelet and the girl Haley who helped me was incredibly nice and sweet to me. Excellent service. Ive been there a few years ago to buy my daughters first Pandora bracelet and same thing. Awesome people. Cant complain. 😀
Stopped in with a previously purchased bracelet. Wanted to buy new charms. Sales lady immediately declared the 14 kt gold clasp is broken. Didnt offer help or suggestions about replacing or repairing it. She seemed uncaring, put out, no initiative, and lack of ambition! These people are programmed to sell and take your money only!! Seems like Pandora is very unwilling to back up their products!!

Awful customer service. They say one thing over the phone then a completely different thing in the store. I got a ring as a Christmas gift and the buyer did not give me the receipt. I didnt want to ask because I felt bad saying I needed to exchange their gift for one that fits. So I called and asked if they could do it, the manager said it would be alright as long as the ring has not been worn or faded. I got to the store and explained that I had called and the manager said it was alright. The lady completely denied me because I did not have the receipt. This happened to me 4 times prior. Not to mention the fact that it took 20 minutes for an associate to even welcome me to the store, then an additional 15 to be helped.
One of the women who works there doesnt even what cushion cut is 🙄 you work in jewlery you should probably study up on the different cuts.
One of the workers wouldnt allow me to get a resize on a ring because it was on my finger for 2 seconds when I walked it. Bad customer service.

Horrible service!! The girl who helped me made me feel stupid for needing to get another size, none of the employees smiled, they looked like they were in hell and if they are, you need to pretend youre enjoying your job for customers.

Walked in there with my phone cause I was trying to hang up on my friend . And the manager yelled across the store and said “Mam can you please get off the phone, no recording in here” and I was like um ... “I’m sorry but I’m not on my phone . And you don’t have to tell me that cause I am assistant manager at a store as well .” So rude !!! I walked out and . Didn’t even bother to look at anything!!!
