The staff here are amazing. Didnt really expect to buy anything and left with the cutest set for a new born. The experience was great, they are so personable. They even wrapped the gift in the cutest little box. I will definitely be back for Christmas shopping.

Philip and Amalia are absolutely wonderful to work with! Several months ago, one of my favorite watches needed a battery replaced. I tried to do it myself but couldnt close the watch thereafter. I visited Scontsas and Philip was able to fix my watch in no time.We had such a pleasant experience that we returned this past weekend, so that my fiancé could get her wedding band resized. I hadnt expected to pick out my own band at the time, but Philip was so helpful explaining the different options to fit my needs and budget. Cannot say enough good things about this local family business!

The two staff were friendly every time I came in. I had to get a piece of jewelry repaired and they did it in a timely and cost effective manner. Will definitely go back if I need any pieces fixed in the future.

I went to this store about three years ago while I was visiting my daughter in Nashua. She really admired a ring they had there and I should have bought it for her then. I emailed Philip a week ago and described what the ring looked like and he emailed me back videos of three rings that sounded similar. One of them was almost the same ring! I purchased it over the phone and he mailed it in a gift box shortly afterwards. Philip went above and beyond my expectations and my daughter will have a very beautiful and wonderful surprise for her birthday this year! Thanks again, Philip. You are the best!

Fast, Professional, Great customer service! I needed a watch strap for a Timex. This watch belonged to my Uncle who passed way. I needed a new strap to fit my wrist. My Uncle had a small wrist. They sent me out the door with a nice new strap of the proper size that looked nicer then the original.

Made appts for me during these crazy times in order to accommodate a repair order. Communication was great, repair was done quickly and looks great. Was priced reasonably as well. Would 100% recommend.

This store has been around since I was a kid andthe quality of the jewelry and service are excellent. Before my dad passed we went there and found a beautiful infinity necklace, I will treasure that forever. It broke and they were more than happy to repair it and a few other pieces for me. I love this store . I’ll go here before I ever go to a big store !!!!

Visited all of the jewlers from south Nashua up to the river, and Phillip Scontsas blew us away! Phillip helped us through the whole process and guided us to an exquisite ring that she loves. A wonderful experience, and he certainly knows his stuff! The variety of rings was daunting, but once we told him what we were looking for, he gave us three options that made the choice even harder. We eventually picked one that fit, but it was certainly a challenge.Well be back for the wedding band, for sure!
