Me and my boyfriend went in on Saturday to order a cake for Sunday (which we knew was super short notice) and the bakery informed us that we would only be able to get a basic cake done with nothing too cute or fancy as they don’t have a decorated in on Sundays and she told us they were super short staffed and she already seemed so overwhelmed and we said it’s okay we understand (our fault for waiting so long) and went on our way. We were about to check out and she came up to us and told us she would make our daughter the tiered unicorn cake for her right now. We waited for her and she whipped up the cake for us and it came out beautiful! It was the nicest thing, she didn’t need to do that for us but she took the time to when she probably didn’t even have the time! It was just so sweet and it made the party so special. I think her name was Michelle and I just think she deserves the biggest praise! It was such a selfless act from her and it made our day so special. So thank you to her!

This market basket location is brightly lit, clean and extremely well stocked. The prices cant be beaten by the other main grocery store chains available. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Market Basket is a great grocery store with low prices and a large selection of products. When other stores reduced the number of products they looked to be increasing the number available. I have yet to have an issue with anything I have bought there. It is a place I expect to shop at for years to come.

First time at this store location. Was very pleased with ease of access. The store was stocked extremely well, great selection of produce, meats, fish, etc. Found this store was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Very stressful and annoying trip today. Everyone was in slow motion and in the way and it seemed like every aisle had employees with pallets in the way in the middle of a busy Friday which didnt help. Then at the register, the lady bagging did a terrible job bagging items. Raw meats with dairy and boxes that could break it open. Heavy stuff with breads. And so on. It was just ridiculous. It seems to happen more often than not. Do they not teach them how to bag like back in the days? I would have been fired if I did that when I worked at a grocery store. Definitely need more training. The only good thing is the prices are still pretty reasonable without needing to wait for a sale.

Ive been shopping at DeMoulas/Market Basket since I moved back to New England 45 years ago. I cannot believe I just found your soups, the last couple weeks. Ive has the Squash, Lobster Bisque and Haddock chowder. They were all excellent!!!!! The Lobster Bisque was Better than I had at a seafood restaurant. I only shopped at another store when I HAD to during the strike.

Out of alot of products that Ive been looking for now about 3weeks. Guess problems with warehouse.

Too many empty shelves. Several of the people stocking shelves seem rude. They are often in the way and dont like to move out of your way. There are many polite workers that are more than happy to help you and dont act like youre bothering them. To bad they arent all that way

My family and I wont buy our groceries anywhere else! Always well stocked and neatly maintained, with eager and helpful employees . And we love supporting our home grown New England based businesses...

Worst sushi I’ve ever had. Sashimi rice wasn’t sashimi rice at all, cuts were uneven, and quality of fish was noticeably worse than any of the other locations I’ve been too. Save your money and skip the Sushi at this market basket

Good location. Newer style MB with wider aisles and plenty off checkout lanes. Self help deli selection is great. Lots of selections which helps avoiding deli lines. Excellent produce selections.One quirk. The newer MB stores place peanut butters and jellies in their own aisle and not with bread like the original MB stores.

One of my favorite locations is Amherst St! Good options and nice employees!

Parking lot is not dangerous as the Market Basket of Daniel Webster Highway. Inside is in good shape. Has Cafe, Kitchen, Bakery and Sushi. Hot food to go. A few shelves were a little bare, but, overall well stocked. Isles marked with arrows and signs. Nashua town ordinance mandating that customers are to use facemasks, perhaps due to the large influx of Massachusetts customers.You can get soft serve ice cream here. Similar to Salem Market Basket set up. Friendly service.Customers, carriages and customers use the same entrance. Redbox and WIFI available.

Check out lines were too long. Also prices are the same in New Hampshire as they are in Massachusetts even though labor costs are less in New Hampshire.

Market basket fulfills most of my shopping needs and certainly covers the basics. This particular MB carries some of the more pricey selections as well as the general fair. There are extra services like a cafe as well.

Visited this market basket today and found it a breath of fresh air. Being a newly opened store it is very nice and I wish my store was upgraded to look as nice.

Cab be good, can be a nightmare. Prices are far better than Shaws with varying degrees of fresh product, so make sure to check dates on just about everything. Friendliest daytime/am employees you will find. A few dolts here and there, but same as anywhere else in that regards. Watch the prime beef [blue foam container] for manager specials. Can sometimes save 30-50% off with a close sell by date, so grab it and cook it that day.

I go early between 7 and 8am not really busy deli workers are awesome cashiers always pleasant

I have a market basket and a shaws 5min from where I live and I prefer to drive 30min to this Market Basket. Their store is beautiful and always clean. The staff is very personal and helpful.

I just had my orientation today, at the Market Basket in Somerset plaza and it went great. Between the kind and friendly employees I had a blast working with them. Now my first actual shift starts this Saturday

Love market basket. Right I have almost no money but mostly can always get everything I need. One thing I love is they have many portions of meat and their cooked chicken. I can get away with buying meats for less. Right now before of covid the traffic in the store is horrible but not market basket fault.

Clean.well stocked. Easy to get too. Reasonable prices. It is busy most times but the staff gets you out pretty quick at the checkout.

On Saturday We encountered two customer going wrong way down aisle. We let them know they were going wrong way. They rudely told us they received their vaccines and they dont have to follow the rules posted. I went to Red Coats so called leaders. He said they can not unforce shoppers behaviors. That the arrows in the whole store are only suggestions and not Market Basket mandated Practices. So moving forward shoppers beware Market Basket has given up on COVID-19 PROVENTIVE Practices.

People seem to follow the social distancing rules so its easy to go down the aisles. Market well-stocked with everything. Good prices on meat and cheeses.

Management does not enforce their covid rules. People are going up and down the wrong aisles even though it is clearly marked with arrows. Talked to manager and was told they wont enforce one way aisles

Always a great place to shop and the staff, and other patrons are really nice and helpful! Just be aware meat prices are on the rise and are normally high to begin with. Otherwise my favorite place to get a deal!

Kudos to Market Basket and all their employees! They are doing an outstanding job of providing as much protection for their employees and customers as they can during this trying time. The shelves are pretty well stocked and the one-way aisle traffic is great! Im kind of hoping theyll keep this traffic pattern.Hats off to all the employees who are coming in every day and still smiling. Just very impressive.

I was really impressed with my recent visit to Market Basket. I had heard that they had some really great kabobs and I was headed for a grill party so I stopped to pick some up. Not only they being very conscious of cleanliness and virus protection, but they seem to be very friendly and accommodating. It seems that theyve set up a lot of little mini markets like a little butcher shop with an incredible array of meats and grillable. Very impressed, I bought some chicken and some beef. Will be a hit at the grill party

Soviet era grocery store. Most prices arent marked. Inventory is limited except for high end products.

Trash basket 🗑 keeps my expectations low. Besides the ever and seemingly alwaysmistreated associates. Had an older hyperactive gentleman at the prepared foods counter lie to me about not having a certain bread. After asking him to please double check return with the same answer when one of his fellow staff members intervenes to provide him with the requested item saying its still right where we told you.This individual made the simple request for 2 panini the most stressful order of my life. No exaggeration. The prices for the sandwiches however are great and clearly make you pay in other ways. 2 stars because pricing is good.

They do have a great amount of stuff but market basket is not doing what they should be doing during a pandemic which many other stores are which is cleaning. Even target sanitizes their card machines after each use, it really isn’t that hard to be a little cleaner and it’s too soon to allow 100% capacity, this place gets crowded and no one follows arrows

They have almost everything (btw bskery- the beignets arent quite like cafe du monde New Orleans but great). Reasonable prices.My complaint is the parking & check out. There is almost never a spot near store. You either maybe got the last 2 rows furthest or the marshalls lot.Esp during pandemic the lines are a mess because more than 2 carts and you block shoppers.Still many items cheaper but I wont buy deli or meats there. Occasionally produce. I was made aware they buy produce that others grocery stores didnt want ...

Fast in and out for the basics.Fairly busy for 30 minutes before close.

It is clean. It has must everything. There sales are not bad. As for there down side, there food court needs some good help over the weekend.

Nicely laid out store. Helpful staff; reasonable pricing; cheerful cashiers. This is why Market Basket is always our first choice for grocery shopping. Unlike the competitors, no gimmicks with stupid Monopoly games, no having to buy 10 items to get sale price, no having to pay inflated prices on everything else.

Go early and its quieter. Also right after lunch. We are so blessed to have a safe store that wants to keep everyone fed, no matter the crisis. I can never say enough.
