Went here today and had a horrible experience!! Kristen, the so-called manager, took my order. While taking my order at the counter, she was not wearing a mask and coughed directly into her hand. She then turned around and made my daughters ice cream cone, without washing her hands or putting on gloves. I pointed out the fact she coughed into her hand before making the ice cream and asked for a new one. She proceeded to be extremely rude and unprofessional. She said that I was wrong and she coughed into her arm. She then stormed off into the back and demanded her poor co worker to make it because shes not dealing with me. All Kristen had to do was apologize and make things right, especially with COVID and flu season here! But she decided to be very rude and storm off! Youre supposedly the manager? Shame on you Kristen.

I love my biweekly trips here. Ice cream treat is delicious. I know its technically not ice cream. But its still very good. I so enjoy it. Friendly staff.

How tf are you going to roll your eyes at someone who is asking if there is a solution to a problem you created. Next time let the customer know that there’s no orange julius available, don’t make them wait without telling them then get upset when they ask if they can change the order instead of being subjected to an undetermined wait time.

Great drive thru service. Fast and place seems sanitary with everyone wearing mask and gloves and food is always hot and fresh when I order from here.

Absolute worst experience I have ever had, terrible service, everything was dirty, absolutely would not recommend.

I brought some children there yesterday and the service was very poor. Waited forever for two hot dogs and then the girls just plopped them on the counter and walked away. Never said a word

Good chocolate shake but wish they had some food. Even just chicken strips and fries. I’d rather get all my food at one place so when somewhere else in the food court offers food and shakes I’ll just go there

I went to this Dairy Queen and ordered a small dipped cone, the workers were holding a dipped cone that had been sitting on the counter for as long as I had been in line. The worker holding it was debating whether to throw it out or not then saw that I had ordered one and handed me the dipped cone that had been sitting on the counter. I work in food service so I understand the struggle of a rush and messing up orders, however I think it was very unprofessional to give someone an order that had been sitting out after laughing about it and discussing it with a fellow coworker. Disappointed but not surprised.

Horrible customer service, I will never go back to buy ice cream here ever again. Your workers are super unprofessional and when I had a compliant about how my ice cream was made, they blew me off and did not ask me if I wanted a refund or if I wanted anything, they insisted that I was in the wrong and did not want to help me. I will be contacting a manager about this issue.
