Over several years I have brought him lots of equipment. Lawnmowers, chain saws, weedwhacker, blowers and snow blowers. Always treated kindly and fairly. Their shop is packed with work. That should be an indication of their service.

Brought in a Husqvarna lawnmower that wasnt advancing automatically as it should. They said it would be a week to 10 days. 8 days later it was ready with an acceptable cost. White Equipment has been around for a long long time under several ownerships. This ownership delivered!

I had the best experience yesterday.My snowblower wouldnt start. Will & Paul helped me diagnose a carburetor problem. These guys are EXPERTS. I was expecting to replace the carburetor, but these guys rebuilt it, saving me from the expense of a new carburetor. Dam these guys are knowledgeable. Nothing they cant fix.Their prices are reasonable. I wont go anywhere else.

Had a mower that wouldnt start. Paul quickly figured out I needed a new flywheel key. He had some difficulty quickly getting that particular key from his vendors. When I called to check if the key had arrived yet and it hadnt, he offered to loan me one of his mowers so I could cut my lawn. He even filled the loaner with gas. When the repairs were done, Paul charged me a very reasonable price. Im really happy I found him after my last mower repairman retired. Paul is a great guy, he knows what hes doing, and wont screw you on repair costs. Ill be heading back to him if I need more mower repairs in the future.

My 10 year snow blower broke down and I called a few local numbers for repair and they didnt seem to interested in solving my problem so I took a chance to call Paul at White Equipment and he made my problem a priority by coming right over and picking up the machine fixing it and returning it the following morning with new parts and running like new. I dont give out 5 stars often and because of pick up and delivery it was not cheap but it was reasonable for a 10 year machine. Personally now I wouldnt go anywhere else for my future business needs.

Today was the second time in as many years that Paul and the folks at R White Equipment got me out of a jam. With an impending snowstorm on the way, they fit me in to their already tight schedule and repaired my snowblower. Not only are they fairly priced and very skilled at what they do, theyre just nice guys. 100% chance Ill be returning the next time I need work done on power equipment.

Great customer service and reasonable prices. Theyve repaired our snowblower (bad motor), JD tractor (blown head gaskets) and recently helped me fire up a flooded Stihl chainsaw (no charge). Friendly staff, knowledgeable, and timely service. And they even pick up/deliver your equipment for a modest fee.

I called Paul last week looking for a flywheel for my old Stihl chainsaw. He looked up the part number and said it would be hard to order due to age, plus it would be close to $85 if he was able to find one. He then tells me he has a used flywheel thats in great condition, and proceeds to remove it from the chainsaw while were on the phone. I brought my old Stihl to him and within 5 mins he swapped out the parts and I was out the door with a good, solid $30 flywheel. Your first reaction when you walk in will be, wow, nothing but chainsaws on any and all table surfaces. Somewhere within all of those chainsaws is Paul, who will come over and treat you like you are his only customer. Hell look up parts, show you diagrams on his computer to help you do your own work, and give you any and all pointers on how to fix your issue. Or just leave your equipment there with him and trust that it he will get it fixed right for a great price. Highly recommended, go see for yourself and you wont be disappointed!
