Went to look at all lovely lights and pick up something for my chandelier, they had it, but also looked a a new one they had so many beautiful lights for every place one would go to look for a nice light fixtures for ever part of the house, I used to go someplace else but found this place like it better, people are so friendly

The people were very nice and helpful. But unable to supply the odd sized light bulb Im looking for. APR 8: 60 watt, medium sized round bulb with a diameter of 3.75 inches. Your shop had smaller and larger.

Appointment only! We used this store before and purchased some nice lighting but now well just get fixtures online. Sign on door says appointment only and you must ring to gain entry like youre going into some ritzy jewelry store.I guess they dont need any business so we will go elsewhere.

Staff was pushy, online say theyre open and instore shopping aloud but when I got there the sign on the door was much different. You MUST make an appointment at this time because of Covid19! 😡 I wasnt happy with the whole experience. Good luck to anyone who goes, hopefully this was helpful.

Purchased $2000 in exterior lights from Just Lights two weeks ago. The purpose of my visit Saturday was to ask a question about the pier mounts for the fixtures ordered. After standing at the main entrance (door locked / woman at desk staring), a clerk abruptly answered the door asked if I had an appointment (door cracked open). I responded that I had a question about an order recently placed (still standing outside in rain). The clerk responded, I have another appointment. I responded that based on this customer service, I would be canceling my order and would take my business elsewhere. Thank youQuestions1. Do you typically leave your customers standing in the rain who just spent $2000 on lights? I had a mask on, so there was no reason to be denied entry just inside the door. No excuse.2. Is Just Lights only interested in the sale? Based on the reception yesterday, it appears after sale customer service is an annoyance. That’s unfortunate but extreme clear to me.3. What’s required to get a return email? Wasted my time driving to your Nashua to receive no service.I will take my business elsewhere. Can’t stand the attitude received yesterday. Please don’t use COVID as the reason to leave customers standing in the rain, I had a mask on to protect others. Great selection and customer service. During COVID they have suggested you make an appointment. We were not aware if this and showed up at the door...we only had to wait five minutes for a customer service rep. Jeff joined us and spent all the time with us we needed to make our selection for purchasing some outdoor lights. Weve used them before when we built our house and will use them again if the need arises.

We had a wonderful experience with Just Lights. We recently did a kitchen remodel, and they did all of the lighting for it. We had the pleasure of working with Cody, who made a daunting project easy and fun. They had the very best selection of all levels of lighting, and they were extremely helpful with the entire project.
