My wife and I came in to look for some comfortable clothes for her and were helped by Sabrina. She was very nice, made sure we took advantage of every sale that applied to us and gave us a free gift bag with coupons, free gift cards and a baby bottle. I was definitely impressed.

Made an online purchase with regular 5-7 day shipping. Come to find out they use ups and make you sign for your package, which I was never notified of. I then called motherhood customer service and was told I had to pick up my package in a different city from which I live. Killing the purpose of buying online and they didnt seem to care I hadnt gotten my purchase on time. Very disappointing customer service. I had to call and reschedule my delivery through usps myself. I spent an hour on the phone all together trying to figure everything out.Update: usps is great and delivered my package next day. I had an easy time dealing with usps customer support which was a recording. My items were well packaged and I Love how many coupons I received with my purchase.Overall I got my package on the final day of shipping. I love the clothing but wish customer service had been more helpful.
