What a great service. Called today with an issue and they came right out. Once here I was given a quote to fix everything and the tech walked me through everything to make sure I understood what needed to be done and why. I have already scheduled our next appointment.

Just to let you know Brewer, Josh did an excellent job rebuilding the first compressor and installing it. He is a very knowledgeable technician.He told me that they were supposed to be serviced every 5,000 hours and rebuilt every 10,000 hours. This compressor will be going on U-1 because right now it has about 20,000 hours and nothing has been done to it, so we are way past due on this one. When we get the U-1 compressor done, we are going to rebuild that one for a spare. Josh went through his ammonia awareness class so that he could have unescorted access to the plant. Our training guy was going to put him through the clearance class for his next trip. Excellent service!

I sent them a description of what we need in our motorcycle repair shop -- quiet, small footprint, 240V, 12 cfm, etc. They wrote back the same day with recommendations for what to buy, even though its not the equipment they sell. Thats outstanding service that you dont find in a lot of businesses.

We recently purchased a new compressor unit from Nashville compressor, it was a big decision to go with a different provider but I can now say the support from service and sales has been clutch. True consulting and not just pushing for a quick sale. The service team has had fast communication and turn around time regardless if it’s to say they will be arriving a few minutes late or if a part is delayed in shipping.
