Maybe they need to invest in some modern software. Quoting 2D profiles from a DXF. should take a about 30 Seconds. Two days to get a quote that is good for one day only. If you want to revise or clarify info I guess the quote time is much longer, still waiting a week later. No reply to emails or voice message. Just to busy to take on new work I guess.

The ladies in the office are always very polite. The men that Ive dealt with in the different buildings are always very nice, funny, and helpful as well. They always load our supplies in the truck for me. Wonderful company!
