Shopping in the showroom was great. We felt like we got a great deal. Loved the bedroom set. We were super excited. Then it all went downhill. We were waiting on our house closing date to set up delivery. So about a week after purchase, we reached out to set up a delivery date. We heard back initially with a date that did not work for us and after replying and giving options that we would be available for, we did not get a reply for a full week. I called 2-3 times. Emailed 2-3 times and nothing. After 1 week, I called the store and talked directly to the delivery department and got delivery set up. After our bed was delivered, we discovered that the delivery employees put the bed together wrong. The bed rail is upside down. Which, not a huge deal but they stripped the screws and now we cannot take it back apart to correct their mistake. This was not a cheap purchase and we are highly disappointed.

The store was everything you need in a furniture store. The staff was friendly and helpful without being smothering. The product selection is great. I looked all over town and found exactly what I was looking for at this store. The delivery crew was amazing. They were nice, on time, quick and very careful of my home and flooring. Very happy with my new couch.

Terrible customer service.Walked around the store for nearly an hour. All the sales reps sat at their desks, chatted and laughed. One even walked by me and wouldn’t even acknowledge me. We had picked out a leather sofa and chair ourselves.We were ready to buy, but no help. I guess this store or their employees didn’t need the $8,000 we were going to spend. Go elsewhere 😒

Over the past year-and-a-half, bought, first of all, a recliner just after my spring 2020 double mastectomy, and I still practically live in that thing. This year I got some more much needed new living room furniture. The final piece, the new sofa, was just delivered, and I’m very happy with it all. My son also got a brand new mattress set delivered back in August. Everything is wonderful and comfy! Thanks, Sprintz, for the great service! It was such a great experience shopping with Sprintz, from selecting our sectional with Karen and the delivery men who brought our sofa in, we cant say enough great things.The quality of our sectional is exceptional and the service was great!

Sprintz has a wonderful inventory of furniture and rugs with reasonable prices on quality items.

They delivered the wrong color bed on 6/4. At first was told that they had it in stock and would be a quick swap but now both Sales and Customer Service are not responsive. We also had issues with the dresser drawers not opening/closing properly, but they are sending a technician out this week to try and fix it.

Is this a used furniture store? We ordered a sectional and when we went to pick it up the boxes seemed fine (no damage, matching numbers with our order number).However, once we unboxed the sectional is not in line with the product number and clearly used. We have pictures of unboxing to find peanuts. Not packing peanuts but chewed, used peanuts. What?!After I tried contacting the sales representative, manager, and support line the best I could get is a voicemail.So I ask - is this really ‘high end’ furniture and service.After speaking with the manager Lynette, the only redemption was to exchange the couch for a second model. No acknowledgment of their misdoings or offer to gain our business back. This pseudo-elitist furniture line has lost our business indefinitely.

JR was great to work with and very helpful. I ordered a desk cabinet and a recliner.Delivery guys were great as well. The only negative was the recliner we ordered was delayed over a month, so I had to split into two deliveries. However, Sprintz didn’t charge extra for the additional delivery so no issues there. I’d definitely recommend buying nice furniture here.

We bought a bedroom suite, and it was delivered on time. They were friendly and very helpful during the whole experience. We will be returning for other furniture in the near future.

I received the worst customer service of my life from the associate CHRISTY KIRKS. She lied about pricing and the furniture arrived damage. After multiple attempts to return the furniture, she blocked my number instead of helping me like a good employee would. Absolute worst experience ever.

Her ongoing communication through the ordering all the way through to delivery was very appreciated. The years of experience in the business along with the skills to navigate all the vendors saved a lot of time. It was great meeting Rachel too. Her keen eye helped with furniture placement and room layouts. It would be a great idea to continue having have an assistant when furnishing a complete home. They worked great together. I was greeted by one of the sales reps when I walked through the door, but thought I would continue working with the sales rep Id spoken to on the phone (cause thats the right thing to do isnt it?), so I immediately asked for Chrissie, so as not to waste this kind sales persons time.I probably should have known it wouldnt be a good experience when Chrissie came to where I was standing near the entrance (there was no one else waiting near the entrance except me), and acted as though she didnt know I was standing there, or that I was the person waiting to meet her. The kind sales person who initially greeted me at the door pointed me out to her. We exchanged pleasantries, and reviewed what we discussed on the phone.After walking through the store, I came across a dining table of interest. Unfortunately I had to ask that same sales person who greeted me at the door to get Chrissies attention to come over to where I was to discuss the table I was interested in. Mind you, the table was in the direct line of sight from Chrissies desk, but she never looked-up, or in my direction during the time I was standing there looking at her for approx: 10 minutes.My bad for not asking all of my questions while I had her attention in the store, but I did have another question, which involved shipping costs, so I reached out to Chrissie via text. I appreciate that Chrissie did reply to my text, but she obviously did not know, or remember who I was, although wed chatted on the phone, she appeared to write down my name and take notes about the table I was interested in, and although I referenced being in the store earlier in the day. Just the same, I asked my additional question via text, and as Im writing this review, Im still waiting on an answer.Luckily for me, Sprintz is not the only furniture store in Tennessee, or the country for that matter, and I was able to purchase a similar table from a store in California.Bottom line...I shouldve stuck with the sales person who greeted me at the door. I wish I could remember her name. I would write a great review about her.

Worst experience ever for a business that was highly recommended. The customer service is terrible as I’ve had 4 blunders on the same order. It’s just laughable at this point. To fix it they point fingers internally which is sad. Maybe it’s a one off but I will not buy from them again.**The saga continues for me. I am now on day 3 of someone calling me from their accounting department to collect money for a chair that they exchanged. Which was paid in full in advance. The reason for this exchange is because my original chair fell off of the back of the delivery truck in transit according to the driver.This is after the owner called to apologize yesterday. I’m not confident anyone there knows what’s going on.I feel completely defeated.

Best furniture store! I have been shopping here for several years and have never been disappointed. The showroom is huge with a wide variety of quality furniture and home accessories. Prices are terrific and the staff is both friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I like their furniture (hence the 2 stars). Its just impossible to receive it. My partner and I ordered a couch there in August. I understand there are delays right now but its impossible to find someone to tell me when to expect the arrival of the couch. Everytime I speak to someone they push back the arrival date by months. First it was to be expected early Oct, then mid November, then Jan 15. Now, after Jan 15, Ive called two days in a row and they just keep bouncing me around to different peoples voicemail. I also bought a bed here in like 2007 and they never contacted me when it arrived. So: nice furniture, quality, you never receive what you buy.

This place is an embarrassment. We ordered sofas and received a totally different color than shown in store, and it was scratched. We ordered a dining room table which also came scratched and they delivered it at 8pm. Lastly we order a bedroom set and have now been told 5 different delivery dates. This place does nothing but provide false information and has zero customer satisfaction. Our sales rep lied to us multiple times. And the owner is not even willing to help us. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Dont waste your time or money.

I had a great experience as a first-time shopper at Sprintz. The first sofa we purchased, once delivered, really wasnt the color I had hoped. We used the return policy (5 days) and was met with complete satisfaction. We found a one of a kind custom-made sofa on the showroom floor with many upgrades. The color and style were perfect and it now sits in my living room providing just the feel I needed. Delivery personnel were very nice both times. I had a great experience!

My husband and I recently returned to Nashville after living abroad for seven years. We needed furniture for several rooms in our new house and went to Sprintz for our empty spaces. We bought a bedroom set several months ago and today accepted delivery of a couch and large chair for the family room. Working with the in-store and delivery teams at Sprintz is a case study in great customer service. J.R. Richardson helped us with the purchases and offered advice when asked and was patient as we searched through myriad custom fabrics. The furniture was delivered in pristine condition (something that hasnt happened with purchases from other stores) and exactly as we wanted. In addition, the delivery team of Steve and Doug went above and beyond as they unwrapped and placed the furniture. They respected my home, being careful as they brought each piece in, working with me in placing the pieces, and ensuring I was happy with the delivery/products. I have one more room to furnish and we will definitely be returning to work with JR and requesting that Doug and Steve handle the delivery.

Very disappointed with this store.I have bought quite a few things here .My most recent purchase,a couch will be my last.Their customer service is terrible they dont respond to e mails and they deliver the wrong furniture or deliver it damaged.Just not worth the hassle.

While I like my furniture we received it with problems. The wiring on the sofa that controlled the head cushion movement. The pieces that your suppose to be able to charge your phone did not work. The first and only time a service person came out he said the the wiring was wrong and some of the wiring was not even attached to the couch. Also one of the chairs cushions had a tear where it did not get sewn together. So he would have to come back out and sew it together. This has all been going on since August 24 th still no results. Nothing fixed. I wish we had not bought anything from Sprintz as of today problem still not resolved.

Sales person John was fantastic. I found my tables in while away on vacation and he was able to order them from the manufacturer for me. Easy transaction over the phone, I never even had to go into the store. Beautiful bedside table.

I had a great experience shopping for my new living room furniture. I connected with a designer at Sprintz Furniture, Denise Brooks, who helped me find just the right pieces, fabrics, and this fabulous rug! Everything came in when they said it would and delivered and set up properly.

They wouldnt place an order for my furniture. I found furniture over the Labor Day weekend. I talked to the salesperson about what I was interested in, but told her I was still shopping around so she gave me her cell to call if I wanted to place the order. Called and texted the SKU for the items the next day. Over the next two weeks, I kept getting the runaround for why she couldnt get back to me right then (Im with a customer, Im off today, etc.). I even called the store to place the order and couldnt get through to anyone. Its been 2 weeks and it shouldnt be this hard to place an order.

Every one whom I dealt with… From the window cleaner who open the front door for me all the way through to the delivery guys who arrived at my house around 7:30 PM, was extremely helpful, personable and knowledgeable. The delivery came at 7:30 because the guys had 14 drop off’s in my Murphreesboro area.

Both were extremely courteous and made sure everything was placed correctly. They assisted with moving anything I needed without any hesitation. They came in and were out in a matter of about 15 minutes. They informed me that the hardware was missing to hang my mirror and assured me that they would log and notify promptly to make sure I receive it.

I am editing/updating a previous review. I ordered a sectional in September that ended up not fitting/working in my space. The piece was very high quality and it was through no fault of my salesperson that it didnt work. Sometimes once you get a piece of furniture in the space it just doesnt work as you had hoped. After additional conversations with the manager we came to an agreement that they would help me find a new piece. I am very pleased with their willingness to find a solution that works for both of us. I feel valued and cared for as a customer and I look forward to continuing to support their business. My wife and I always had the perception that this place was way out of our budget but we decided to catch one of their sales (which seems to be often). We bought 2 genuine Italian leather sofas and couldnt be happier. Sherry was very patient and really listened to what we needed; she helped guide us with great suggestions. I also like that she let us be free until we needed her help, pushy sales people are definitely a turn off. Go see Sherry at Sprintz, the selection is great so you will find something you like!

BEWARE, I wanted to purchase a piece of furniture from Sprintz in Nashville that was previously priced at $1519.00. It is now $1700.00!! I checked another furniture store for the exact same piece of furniture and they quoted $1500.00 over the phone. Ouch! Will never do business with Sprintz again.

Diane answered all my questions concerning the online purchase. Keith and Cento met the challenge of setting up my delivery on the 3rd floor of my home, with slanted ceilings. Had a great experience shopping at this store! Was casually approached by Ron when we entered the store. We explained we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted but was going to have a look around. He gave me his card and told me he’d find me in a bit after we had explored a little. A little while later, we started narrowing down our ideas and he walked us through all of our options (couch type, colors, pillows, etc). The ordering process was quick and the couch arrived on time! The delivery guys were great, personable but professional, and had us set up and all packing materials cleaned up in no time! Will definitely be back for our next furniture and decor needs!

Beautiful furniture!

Purchased expensive sectional from Sprintz that has literally fallen apart. We specifically asked and were assured by the salesman that the fabric was durable, but within 2 years of normal ware has split at the seams in numerous places. I will never shop there again and recommend caution to those who do.

I have purchased furniture from Sprintz on White Bridge Pike on three separate occasions over the past 22 years and I have never been disappointed. My most recent purchase was delivered today and the delivery service was fantastic. Every piece of furniture was double-wrapped in delivery blankets and plastic. The delivery crew were very careful with everything.I highly recommend Sprintz for the in-store experience as well. I had the pleasure of working with Mavis Campbell, who was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I will continue to be a customer, because no matter what types of stores Ive shopped at in the past, no one else had the same level of service or the variety of choice that I got at Sprintz.

Four stars only because they didnt have any of the mattresses I originally wanted in stock. Of any of the other 2 I was willing to settle for. Finally found one I think I will like that was in stock, but for half the price Im a little nervous that it wont hold up.

Myron, I believe his name was, who delivered the bed on the day it was promised, as well as the man who accompanied him, were competent, careful, quick, and pleasant. It was a positive experience all around. In addition, the quality of the construction and the appearance of the furniture is quite high. We have several old pieces of furniture from earlier generations as well as some increasingly old furniture that we have bought over the years that is holding up quite well, but these Amish-made bed and nightstands are quite the best pieces in the house now!

I purchased a beautiful bedroom suite of the Michael Harrison Collection on 03/24/2018. It was just delivered 07/10/2018...3.5 months. It may have been beyond Sprintz control, but I would have rather been given a delayed delivery time on the day of purchase. However, I am placing no blame on the very pleasant sales person, Mavis Campbell. She was very professional and easy to work with. I would do business with her again. Just know when ordering furniture from Sprintz, there may be a long wait..

I ordered a sectional from Cindy at the White Bridge location. She was very helpful during the ordering process and I enjoyed working with her. It arrived a couple weeks early, which was a surprise! They were able to deliver it the next week. The delivery men were respectful and kind when delivering it. There was an issue with the finish on one leg when it was delivered. (Manufacturers fault, not Sprintz.) I let Cindy know and she took care of it right away. The furniture tech came out the following week to correct it!Our Sales person, Cindy, as well as the entire staff were very helpful and attentive. Ill be back for other pieces and always recommend Sprintz!

Worst customer service ever! Purchased an adjustable bed that did not work out for our handicapped family member. Tried to select another mattress but they had nothing in stock that would work. The sales person that sold us the bed had to get her manager because they wanted us to select a mattress- kinda hard to do that when they didn’t have what we needed. Manager came over twenty minutes later and said we had to wait for Jim the mattress guy to be in the store because they knew nothing about how to exchange/return the bed. Ironic considering Jim was no where around when they sold us the bed. Had to make an appointment to see Jim who was, to say the least, condescending and rude! Jim stated that they would not take back the base of the bed. We explained that our sales person never mentioned that and we specifically asked about the return policy because we were not sure if the bed would work for our family members needs. Needless to say, we are stuck with a 1200.00 adjustable base! Do not shop at this store! Worst experience, worst customer service!

I love that this store has a lot to choose from however there was a white lady on the third floor who walked passed us, turned her head, and didn’t even speak. If my money doesn’t mean anything to you I can go elsewhere as I did. Customer service goes a long way and her uppity attitude is not the answer!
