I hadnt spoken to my daughter in years. On her birthday at the last minute I called Unique Flowers and they suggested flavored pop corn etc. She got it at 6pm same day. Thank you so much. She loved it.

They did such an incredible job with a special request for a goth birthday bouquet. It was dark and beautiful and so perfect. Highly recommend.

First, I cannot believe I did not get a photo of the corsage that Larry created for my sons date for HOCO. I have had an exceptionally hectic week and dropped the ball on ordering the corsage for my sons date. I looked online for a florist near where I would be at an event on Saturday and called Unique Flowers. They were busy with other arrangements, but due, I am sure, to the desperation in my voice, Larry took pity on me and created a lovely corsage between other clients, who I am sure called ahead! I would absolutely recommend them and use them again. Thanks so much for saving this flower fiasco!!!!

The beautiful bouquet of a dozen red roses I received on Valentines Day / my birthday are blooming 3 days later. Most roses you receive stay in buds, droop and die. Not these. Absolutely gorgeous! And they smell heavenly!

I called on Friday, Dec 20th around 11:00 to order an arrangement for a co-workers birthday to be delivered on Monday. I asked that they deliver it Monday morning for her birthday and told them I was using them because they were so close to our office (1.3 miles away). I mentioned Monday morning 2-3 times. We closed the office at noon for our Christmas party, and came back to the office after party and the flowers were left at our front door. Had I not come back they would have been sitting there all weekend (or not). I immediately called them and left a lengthy message on their answering machine about the mistake and how upset I was, and asked for a return phone call. It is now Tuesday and I never heard back from them, the reason for this negative feedback. I always give a company the opportunity to make it right. I would have been better off picking up a bouquet from Kroger and throwing in a vase because that is what they look like and paid over $90 with tax & delivery.

These kind folks took a last minute order for me just now. On mothers day weekend...They were swamped but still took the time to pay attention to my needs and put together exactly what I needed. I will never buy flowers anywhere else. Customer service is very important to me. These folks are the real deal and have a great product to back up great customer service

I have received flowers from this shop twice. The first time was a dozen roses, I made sure there was a full vase of water but within 2 days, there were 3 buds that had not even begun to open, but the bud was completely fallen over. I called the shop owner and she apologized and replaced with a new dozen. Great, it must have been a fluke - NOT. The second time was a beautiful spring arrangement, and the same thing happened - The flowers arrived absolutely beautiful, but quickly began to wilt. Within two day they were wilting and petals were falling off. I know cut flowers dont last forever - but come on, they should last more than two day.

Product was fine, but for the price I just can’t say it’s a good value for your money, too expensive. They also forgot to include the card with the message I wrote out. I had to screenshot it and text it to the recipient since it was important to why the flowers were being delivered. Next time I order flowers I’ll try someone else.

Had spoken to person who takes the orders, requesting a certain arrangement with some modifications to be delivered early AM. The modifications were not made and it was not delivered in the AM, there were no apologies for her not writing it down appropriately. Would not use them again. The owner never even called me back.
