This store is always clean and orderly. The people are helpful and restrooms are maintained to a very high standard. There are so many reasons to shop here for myself and they also have wedding registries and these are easy and awesome to use.

Shopping today at BBB Opry Mills, Nashville. My 2 sisters and I got some great bargains today and the excellent BBB staff was so friendly and helpful getting us checked out. Thanks guys!

If youre looking for something, then you need to ask for help. They have a lot of items and it could be anywhere.Would save time if merchandise was better organized instead of scattered all over the store. I still like the store though.

The staff is super nice and extremely helpful. Had already priced items at other stores including BB&B as well as the web site and found this store to be by far the best of any in the area. There was no pressure to buy or was wasting anyone times, questions were answered and it was just a great experience considering I was just at another BB&B and was totally ignored. Hats off to the people that make it work.

Sadly they are cleaned out ready to close forever at opry mills. Me and the wife did our wedding registry there. So sad to see them go!!

I think this BBB is going out of business, because when i went in they were selling the shelves and racks. This created an overall crypted feeling, but it was a fun experience.

I just dont understand why the prices are so high in this chain of stores. The stuff is nice but its not hard at all to find it cheaper elsewhere.

I left feeling very satisfied. The clerk that waited on me was so very helpful. Im just sorry i didnt get her name. She was on the register by the back entrance. I had the wrong items and she took them off and called the department so some one could bring the right items and she did it all with a smile and the most pleasant attitude ever. Kudos to that employee and her pleasantness.

Found everything I needed fast. However very hard getting out. A Saturday week before Christmas and only 3 cashiers. Other then that found some really unique things.

Everything is clean and items were easy to find. Plus the place is bigger than other outlets by far.

Dont buy anything here thats too big as they dont have bags. I bought a coffee maker and had to carry back to my car while holding other bags. They acted like this was normal...that is not customer service. My other option was to walk to my car and drive over to their entrance. Park my car and go back in and get the box. Neither of those options was what I would consider good for the customer.

I can comfortably buy a clean store with scents in every corner of the store.

Inventory is going fast since the store is going out of business.

This store is closing so it had limited stock. It took a long time to get checked out because the clerk explained that nothing could be returned anywhere or anyway in their system, TWICE! Slow, slow, slow. We were also not able to use our coupons but no signs were posted about this.

Drove, over 100 miles to purchase Comfort Set. Found, perfect set. Better yet, it was on sale. When, I went to pay.The lady at counter. Her, name was Terry. She, didnt want to honor sale price. I had to walk all the way to back of store.To get her the sale tag. She was rude! Never going back! Terrible customer service.

Got a great deal on a dyson vacuum. Very helpful staff. Will be back.

I called for info on a simple commodity, And the manager, very friendly, went out of his way to search for that object. He came back on the phone with all info, different brands, and price choices.I personally feel like he wanted to make a sale, and with that said, reflected the American Spirit ofbeing an asset for Bed Bath & Beyond. That’s what Beyond means!!

It can be hard to find what you are looking for without the help of a sales person. However, they always have what I want.

Me and my fiancé are moving in together and were looking at comforters to buy for our new place, the beds which we and every else assumes is there for people to test out/feel the comforters and how they sit on the bed and thats what were were doing when who I think was a manager came over and so very rudely said you cant sleep on these beds you need to get up and leave embarrassed us and treated us like homeless people. I have shopped here countless times and it is one of my favorite places to go and browse and shop and plan. Needless to say we will not be buying that comforter or any thing else here ever again.

The bed and bath sections were nice. I could never find the beyond section though. I wonder what is is beyond?

Can always find what looking for there and more. You can alwsys use coupons on anything you buy. Stores are large and easy to find whatever looking for,if not employees will take you to what youre looking for.

My overall experience was great. I got alot of my items on discount. I suppose they could use more staff but I enjoy the peace of being able to shop and not have someone asking you if you need something every 30 seconds.

So many varieties. Wonderful selection of gels & lotions. Always smells great!

I thought the store looked picked over. I drove 50 minutes to find a turquoise throw. I just knew I would have lots and lots to choose from. I was sadly disappointed. Nothing but a few of the usual colors, maroon, navy, brown....boring

I was looking for a wine opener for a Christmas present and besides it taking a while for them to grab it from the back (I guess they dont leave it on the shelf because its pricey at $200-$300), I was happy they had them in stock.

Clean big and bright but because of high traffic clearance areas are cleared quickly of lucky finds😮 so if you find a lucky deal and you like it you better get it then!

Store is well setup with items but prices are hard to find on certain things. Service was excellent. Salesman helped me with purchasing an expensive toaster and assisted with additional discount. Item was not in stock but BBB delivered directly to my house.

I love love love Bed Bath & Beyond and especially enjoy going to see their sales and what they might have on clearance. I always walk out with something!

Very friendly cashier, she let us know about a gazebo style pop up for your patio/outside marked down from $200 to $80 ... Wish I had a yard! Typical bed bath and beyond inside, tiny bit crazy and lots of carts full of stuff all over... Also way too many things we didnt need but wanted lol

They got these seats that let you test and compare cushions. Very neat.

Well i told you people about bed bath beyond and how bad i was treated im the store and then having left my lg bathtowels and hand towels behind. What a fiaasco. The General mgr must think his customers are idiots. Well i am not one. I fully intend to take this to the corp office. I sent my concetns in online. I really thought they would have gotten back in contact with me. I will write about that later

Cashier Jesse is a very rude cashier. I was in the process of purchasing some items, one which was a Calvin Klein blanket, it wasnt properly rolled so my sister in-law asked the cashier Jesse if he could roll it, he snapped at her saying you do it and threw the blanket at her😡 I then told him how rude he was, thatthe need to work on good work ethics and we walked out. Horrible customer service 😠i will be contacting corporate office

My family and I used to shop at and walkthrough this store frequently. Today after my toddler threw up all over himself my wife walked into the store to ask for a plastic bag to put his soaked clothes into that she was holding and they told her it was not their policy to give out bags. After she walked out embarrassed I went in myself and asked but was told the same thing sorry we cant just give out bags. I would have thought a multi million dollar company the size of bed bath and beyond would be able to afford to give someone in need a plastic bag that probably cost them 1/10 of a cent. After this experience I would not recommend this store.
