Terrible experience with this place, i had been a loyal customer a few years until i dared ask in an email why it was always 2 weeks until my order was even processed let alone shipped-next order i made was cancelled because she didn’t want to “deal with me”. They blame Covid for their shipping problems but everyone else seems to get their orders in a timely fashion except for me-this company singled me out because i dared to complain. I don’t recommend using this company unless you like waiting 4-6 weeks for a shipment from Tennessee, and when you complain your order is cancelled, after your card is charged, of course, because they don’t want to “deal with you” Worst online shopping experience ever, do not recommend

I ordered a ton of art supplies (paint markers, ink/paint mops, etc) from these guys over their website and they carried an impressive amount of stock. My order arrived 2 days after I placed it and it was sent UPS Ground! They were on top of it. The art supplies were a huge value, shipped quickly and arrived correct. Great service, great value.
