When I had a fender bender I wanted to help out my local body shop (the one nearest me). Unfortunately it was this place. Let me just say this was by far and away the worst experience Ive ever had with a business in my life, and thats no exaggeration. These guys make Comcast look competent by comparison. I was told the job would take 4-5 days. It took over a month. Cost me $1500 in car rental. They lied to my face at least 9 times. And I FINALLY got my car back and all of the electronics are messed up and my electric hatch doesnt work at all. I should have read the reviews before. I wont make that mistake again. Stay clear of this place. Absolutely awful. I would have given zero stars if I could have.

Just had our car towed by Jackson, after it broke down, who made the experience completely painless. He was also so polite and well mannered! The woman we spoke to on the phone was equally as wonderful and though I hope well never have to use them again, these guys will definitely be me go to and I would recommend them to anyone!

This Company is a very good company. Willing to go wherever you need them in the spare of the moment. So I give them 5 stars if I could I would give them more nobody else seemed to help at that moment that I need it on but them. So 5 stars a get and I would do business with these people again.

Absolutely disgusted with the service, which I nevere contacted in the first place. I was in an accident and my insurance company had a tow truck on the way and they decided to swoop in like vultures and take my vehicle anyway. they want $200 for me to get my vehicle back tonight, and will not release it to my tow company from my insurance. absolutely will not work with me whatsoever will not deliver the vehicle to where it was supposed to have gone in the first place. They never had any right to take my vehicle I had an insurance claim pending and they had no reason to touch my car. Now Im stuck homeless in Nashville for up to 48 hours before everything can get figured out, while my three kids sit at home wondering what the hell happened to their mother who is 6 months pregnant and they know is sitting at the hospital after a car accident.I can honestly and truly say I really hope the same thing happens to every single person that my has touched my vehicle tonight.Despicable human beings

I had a good experience with this company so far. I must have been dealing with different people than the other reviewers. I found them to be helpful and courteous. Sometimes ones perception of attitude is colored by ones own, and usually the individual calling a wrecker is highly stressed from the start. Just guessing the reason for the difference.

My daughter totaled her car, and I was understandably a bit distraught. These were absolutely the nicest people to deal with. They helped me figure out how to reach a salvage company, and let me run in and out of their office all day. Mrs. Shope is an absolute GEM and I left feeling like I was part of the family. HIGHLY Recommend.

Towed my car not only without my permission but with an ex employees permission I do not even know. Now this tough guy Dale informed me I would have to pay the $60 his ex employee was charged for the tow because of the favor he did for said ex employee..I do not know what life he comes from, but he must be loosing his mind if he thinks I am giving him a dime.. My car should have never been towed and if we have to settle this matter legally so be it.

The most rude employee I have EVER had the displeasure to deal with. Of course I dont know anything about the wrecker business but when I asked questions, he simply repeated the same answer over and over while counting how many times he had told me the same thing. What he said on Monday directly contradicted the statements he made on Saturday. (and yes it was the same employee; he did admit that).I am a 60 yo woman and would happily push my car out of the street myself before I would EVER deal with this company again.

My car went in there yard on a Tuesday by 10am. I went Wednesday by 8am and they charged parking for 2 days at $30/day. Also, their credit card machine was down even though they were googling in the other computer. They just wanted cash.

Incredible fees! My sons car was towed less than 1 mile and sat in their lot for less than 18 hours, however they charged him $220±!!! Outrageous.

Great company....went above and beyond. Hope to never need the services again but grateful for their customer service today!

Horrible service! I tried to get a tow, they said they put me on the list and would call me b4 they head out. 3 days later I get a call. They have got some priority issues customers should be taken care off in the order they are received. But 3 days later what a joke. I will go elsewhere from now on!!

They repaired my car after a wreck I had and they totally screwed me so they wouldnt total the car and they could get a check. They never changed the wrecked parts on my car. They tried to smooth out the wrecked parts and painted over them. The front of my car is still bent and dented up with a new paint job. Do not ise this company for anything. They are terrible. True Story.

Hillwood wrecker truck took down one of my fence polls at my place of business. Called several times to get insurance information, was not expecting it to be a bid deal. They tried to blame damage on traffic, however there was a witness so that didnt fly. They then insisted on fixing themselves. After a half ass weld repair of the poll after 2 weeks later(which I let it be for the sake of neighbor relations), Now they are harassing me for the 90 dollar tow bill by sending toothless meth heads to my place of business as well as the owner in a black Volkswagen Passat threatening to kill me with a gun. As well as threats of I will be handled. So they wreck my fence, refuse to give me insurance info, half ass repair it then want their money for a 90 tow. When I refuse for obvious reasons they threaten to kill me. Have been overly respectful since they are my neighbor but will NEVER use them again and I dont recommend you do either.

They are too expensive! Since we werent going to use insurance because we thought it would be cheaper than the 500 deductible, but instead for towing and 1 night on their property it was just under 700 dollars. They told us if we couldnt pay that and wanted to get rid of the car, they would lower it to 350 plus the title to the honda accord. Thats crazy!

Esh...wouldn’t recommend. Less then 8 miles to tow to a dealership. $125 bucks.

So unprofessional. Smoking and dogs e everywhere and the front desk lady is very nasty with her attitude . I will never do business with this place again . Oh and its a ripoff too.

Hung up on me when requesting a tow. Dont bother calling these guys or getting your car fixed there.
