2018 F150 needed APIM module so I was told by Trent in service it takes 3 days to get the part installed for $1500 which I agreed, than it turned in to 10 days because they could not get the module, also he would never call me back as he said he would. so I ended up picking up my truck. They still charged the $180 diagnostic fee., this is how they make money these days promise a customer 3 days and turn around and say sorry is the parts department why not check first with parts before making a promise. It is bad business practice, but I ended up buying a the module programmed to my VIN off Ebay for $289. It took me 10 minutes to replace it...is attached to the back of the radio screen. Everything works perfectly. So in a way I am happy they did not get the module. I saved $1000. I am not sure if I will go back here since I was treated so poorly.
Have 3 F650s for Towing company. Alpha Towing. After numerous attempts to get someone to be honest with me about my 15 f650. I happen to call David at the medium and heavy duty shop. He got my truck in the next morning and ha dmy truck fixed by noon. David and the mechanics that work under him are the most honest mechanics that I have ever met. Theym saved me thousands of dollars. I cant Thank them enough for what they did. I have to travel 160 miles to the shop but worth every bit of the drive. Thank u so much DAVID AND THE MECHANICS
2021 has been a real challenge to find, let alone buy, a Ford Expedition. We needed one to tow our RV and its been a challenge to find tow package equipped Expeditions. Enter, Mid-Tenn Ford to save the day! I contacted Eric Hawkins and he said he had a low-mileage, very loaded 2019 available. We came out to test drive and bought the vehicle that day. The price was very fair. Trey in financing was very helpful (we actually stole away his demo, sorry Trey). They detailed the vehicle to perfection and Eric drove it out to our house the next day. It was a great, easy experience with no sales pressure, no upsell gimmicks and everyone was very friendly. Buy from them again? Oh, yes!
Service dept. I had the worst experience until the young man named Andrew, I believe was his name, came out and apologized for how long the service took. It was out of his and the service department’s hands on how long it took. FORD under staffs the local shops and really makes it hard for the hardworking like Mr. Andrew. The three is because i want to give Ford a 1 and Andrew a 5
Just needed a couple of hard to track down bolts and a parts guy overheard me ask about them when I came in and he looked them up and retrieved them without even being asked. Awesome!
Friendly service.Good resource for Ford owners.
Their service department really cares for their customers. We had an emergency while traveling with our RV that has a Ford engine. They treated us great and took care of us. Through the whole process they kept us in the loop on what was happening and walked us through the repair process, mad us feel real comfortable. Service was done timely and with quality. If you have a ford truck engine needs you should go here.
Great company to do business with, I highly recommend to friends and family.
Dropped off my recently purchased RV two months ago and asked them to check entire engine, drivetrain, brakes, batteries, radiator, and front A/C and to call me with the details of what they found so I could approve any repairs. After leaving multiple voicemails and text messages, Ive heard nothing.
Anyone looking to buy a truck or SUV in the greater Nashville area should stop in to see these guys. They have the best service, body shop and sales in the whole state of Tennesee! They exemplify what southern hospitality is and they always go the extra mile for their customers. 5 stars and highly recommended!
I have never been happier with someone working on my trucks. This is the best place to get your fords fixed!!
Shortly after taking delivery of our Tiffin Motorhome (equipped with a F53 chassis). We heard rumors about a recall. The rear axel may be low on fluid, from the factory. We made a few attempts to get someone to look at it, but no one would. They only offered us excuses. This seems to be a common complaint of fellow Tiffin owners across the country. With two planned trips coming up we felt it was important to get it in and checked out. We finally made one last ditch effort and contacted Mid Tenn Ford. David went above and beyond to accommodate us. He made us feel like we mattered and getting it checked out was a priority. He also kept us informed of the estimated arrival date of the necessary parts. We are now one week later on our first of two trips, very Thankful to have found Mid Tenn Ford, and especially DavidWe have posted a positive review of Midd Tenn Ford and David on the Tiffin Open Road Facebook Group I would have given them a 10 star but 5 was all that was allowed. We will be using them for all of our future needs.
Parts dept is awesome and very knowledgeable.
Mid Tenn has always been the lifesaver for me on any service problems I have had in my business or trucks . When I would have a used them when we had problems on trucks we was working on. and Just today Eddie in Heavy Duty service help me get a F-750 running . Not many people will give you time or knowledge like he did. Also we have bought trucks from them and no complaints out of the sales team . really a blessing to do business with
They Diagnose your vehicle wrong and charges you thousands of dollars for doing absolutely nothing they are the worst ever. never do business with these guys
Great selection of trucks. We are happy with our purchase. We already referred our neighbors to go here.
Excellent service to our motorcoach.
Had to have our 2019 Motorhome towed in due to crank no start. We where traveling through Nashville. When we arrived it was on a Thursday. At first was told they most likely could not get to us till early next week. We where devastated. Being on vacation and 9 hours from home this just ended it for us and stuck. He said he would see if maybe they could take a quick look later in the day and see if it was a quick fix. A few hours later we had to return to get some items from the RV. The tech was heading to the RV at the same time. I apologize but did not remember his name. But he was very professional. Took time to not only understand our concern but was eager to try and help us get back on the road again. After running some test it was determined to not be a simple fix. He had then RV pushed into the bay. He worked on it for several more hours and seemed to find things bad one by one. They closed for the night. The next day I started to head to the shop to see how things where going. This was around 11:30. About 5 minutes out I got a call saying it was all done and ready to go. I go to the shop and talked with the tech again. Thanks him so much for his quick help and to try to understand what had gone wrong. It was series of events that one module took out and other and by pure luck that they had these modules in stock as they normally do not. I wish I had gotten his name. But he was great and helped us salvage our trip and return home. Thanks again so much. They may remember me as Soups.
Just great people doing fantastic work. These are without a doubt the people you want to work on your truck.
I called the service department and told them that I needed to have tow my 2017 F-450 there. I told them in advance that the truck had previously under water. They said get it up there and would take a look at it and give it estimates. The tow bill was nearly $200. I got a call from the service department informing me that they were not going to work on my truck. They stated that they dont service trucks with branded titles. So I pressed the issue by asking them so you have never worked on a truck with a branded title? The story changed from service manager to the gm. Basically saying we do it on a case by case basis. So I said, well I need to get the door painted at your body shop while its already there and change the rear brake caliper. The GM said, No we are not going to do anything with your truck. So I asked the GM if she could show me her written policy and she got a little irritated. Well I thought to myself, Im the one who should be really irritated. So I paid for another tow bill to get the truck to another shop. However, I am going to report this to the better business bureau and probably file a suit under various statutes. Fords headquarters said that their policy regarding branded titles are proprietary and the dealer should provided me with their policy. The GM at Mid Tenn Ford said they dont have a written policy. At no time did I ever express or imply that this work should be done under warranty, but refusing to body work is more than suspect after you were aware of the truck being a flood vehicle before it was towed to the dealership. The question further begs why have they been selling me parts for the truck if they do not service and now paint vehicles with branded titles? After reading the rest of these reviews, maybe I was lucky they didnt attempt to repair my vehicle.
My husbands company does a lot of business with Mid Tn Ford. So I decided to see if they could find me the vehicle of my dreams. Well they finally did and after Pearls first hand wash we noticed the right side back door is out of align. I called and told them that I cannot go without a vehicle so they put me in a loaner. Pretty sharp vehicle as well.On another note I have a fusion that I took to them for recall on air bag. One day it was fixed they do not mess around with that type stuff.I cannot say enough of how helpful they are across the board. I will tell everyone that is where you need to go for a vehicle. No salesman hassling you and you just put in your order. They will try and save you as much money as they can and get you what you want. That’s my kind of car lot.
I love my vehicle I purchased from MidTenn ford. I put it in for maintenance and the work was fabulous I am so pleased. The car was returned clean. During this unusual time they were very safe keeping distance.
Trey was great to work with and helped us line up the perfect van for our business. Will be returning for all of our fleet needs.
Great people, friendly and professional, family owned, full selection of new and used trucks, huge parts department and complete service department
We take all our trucks here for repair very knowledgeable people
I own a small diesel shop and their parts department always takes care of me. Chris in parts is probably one of their best employees!
Wonderful people! The care and attention given is awesome! Highly recommend!
Primary issue is lack of communication and follow up. Dropped a truck off 4 days ago for service and all I get are non-informative text messages that are supposed to be updates. Updates just tell you they will be providing an update. Absolutely crazy! Cant get a live voice to save your life. Good luck is all I can say. .
Have an alternator problem. The gentleman at service is very understanding and helpful.
My experience with this location was horrible! I called and scheduled an appointment the day prior and was told to bring my truck in and drop it off at 8:00am the following morning. I brought in my truck and gave them a list of items I would like them to look at for me. I was told they would check it out and give me a call shortly. I left and never heard anything back? I called around 1:00pm the same day and was told that it was not complete with diagnostics but Michael assured me he would be calling me back shortly, but this never happened. I waited until 4:30 and called back, but the individual who said would call back left for the afternoon.... (Michael) The gentleman who helped me had no idea about calling anyone, and had to look up my repair order! He told me what the cost was for the repairs, and stated my vehicle was tore apart and would not be ready for pick up that afternoon!! (Great!)I accepted the fact I was not getting my truck back and got a ride home from work that evening. The same individual did call me back in the morning around 8:00am. I told him I was not going to move forward with the repairs and only wanted the oil changed at this particular time. He said no problem and they would give me a call back shortly when my vehicle was ready for pick up. I waited until noon, then called back to see if it was ready for pick up. The same person who had originally written the repair order answered (Michael) and immediately put me on hold. What had seemed like an eternity, he finally returned and said it was not complete and would not be ready until 4 of 5 that evening.... I told him that would not work and he would have to do better than that. His response was that if I did not like it that I could come pick it up! What a Joke!! I would not have any of my work done at this place and would look elsewhere to get my service done on any vehicles you might have!!!
Great Service! Chris Cosby in light duty service was very helpful and responsive to our concerns. It nice to be able to rely on and trust a service shop on my sons vehicle when I am four states away. Thank you for taking care of my sons car and your wonderful honest service!!!!
Great team. From sales to service they have been nothing short of perfection. Professional. Attentive to every detail. I couldn’t have been happier ordering an SUV with them 2 years ago and and I’ve had my vehicle serviced with them every since. Highly recommend.
The worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with a lot. If I ran my company the way this company is ran I wouldn’t be in business. They have zero communication skills. I called 21 days ago to see if they could look at one of my company vehicles relatively soon. They said yes and gave me an estimate several days later(I had to constantly call the sales department and get them to walk the phone over to service as they would not answer the phone. They said they would have it ready in 5 days. 17 days later I go to pick the truck up. Made it 5 miles down the road and it shut off and threw a code for the same issue. So here we are 21 days later and I’ve received zero communication about the solution.
My company truck broke down Thursday evening and got towed here later that night, Friday I call in the morning and no one answers so I leave a voicemail, on lunch I leave another voicemail, and in the afternoon before being transferred to what was going to be another answering machine I ask to talk to anyone above the service dept. Im on hold for a second and then someone in service answers instantly. I wasnt expecting my truck to be ready I just wanted to leave my info as its a company truck so I want them to update me instead of just my company headquarters to save any delays. In turn Im told theyll call me with any updates and itll be looked at Monday. So I wait till Monday afternoon for someone to call me with no luck and I call them to deal with the same thing; I call once and get an answering machine, so I hang up and call again requesting a manager so they transfer me and service department picks up instantly. This time Im told my truck is pushed back to Tuesday to simply be looked at. Wonderful. Tuesday afternoon I call (same thing: answering machine, call back, request manager, service dept instantly answers) and after finally reaching a human am told its been pushed back to Wednesday. Awesome! I love using my personal vehicle to drive all over the state while my work truck sits in a parking lot! Wednesday I call and tell them to make sure someone answers before Im transferred to service because no one checks the answering machine, yet I get an answering machine. I guess thats the wrong cheat code for this game they like to play. I call back and ask for a manager and they transfer me to service where someone instantly answers this time. Woohoo! Oh my they have finally touched my truck! They found that it needs a fuel pump. Thursday I stop by to grab some stuff from my truck that Im running low on (its also my parts truck) and ask for an update, no updates just waiting for parts, now here we are Friday afternoon I call and I get the service department answering machine, call again and ask for the manager but they transfer me to parts (What??) Im transferred back to the front desk and the lady puts me on hold for ten minutes, then she picks back up saying she cant get anyone in service to answer, so I say get me the manager, then Im transferred to the mighty managers answering machine. Im so amazed this place is still in business Im not even mad anymore Im laughing my butt off before calling again and throwing a small yet still mature fit. All I wanted today was a rough ETA on when they think it will be finished. The reply I get? Oh that truck? It was finished Thursday afternoon. Guess they forgot to call. WHAT? This is the April Fools of how to run a business. It took eight days from drop off to pick up, thats an acceptable time frame for such a repair at such a busy place. Your customer service however is horrid. All I wanted was status updates (Received truck we can look at it in so and so days, truck diagnosed and parts on order theyll be here on so and so day, parts are in we should have your truck ready on so and so day) but not once did they call me, instead Im left nagging them. Our company has now blacklisted this dealership for repairs after multiple incidents with them.
They got my truck in immediately, ordered the parts and fixed it before lunch the next day! The mechanics were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I give them 5 stars! Thank you
Been waiting going on two weeks now for a quote on a transmission replacement, cant get anyone to answer the phone in the service department,Update, I did get through to a lady who did return a quote the same day, I went by the their shop to schedule the repair the counter guy in the service dept told me they didnt do schedules I would have to drop it off with no clear time frame for the transmission replacement. Leave and well get to it when they got to it just doesnt seem to cut it looking for a new ford service department...
Daryl Durant in Service is GREAT! My transmission blew up and had to be completely rebuilt. Daryl communicated with me during the entire repair time and provided me with a loaner vehicle so I could get to and from work. Id give him and his crew 10 stars if I could!
Very helpful parts & service department. They know Ford parts better than any other dealer I have dealt with. Friendly sales people that are very knowledgeable about anything a company wants built by Ford.
I updated my review (below): I did eventually take my RV here (b/c there are not too many options and it is closer than Murfreesboro) and they were fine. The staff were friendly, I was able to make an appointment. They may have just been understaffed when I called before. This place feel very old school, like Im in a time warp back to 1980. Reminds me of shops from back then.First Review:I havent even taken my vehicle in yet and Ive already had a bad experience here. Unfortunately this is the only place that I can go based on the type of vehicle and the warranty (otherwise I would already have gone elsewhere). Right up front the attitude of the service people on the phone was really bad and Im a new customer! It was almost like they didnt even want to make an appointment for me to bring the vehicle in! THEM: Yeah, were not making any appointments until the new year... (2 weeks away) ME: Ok, so.... can we make an appointment in two weeks then? THEM: ...sigh... ok... let me look...So, Im going to call the warranty company back and ask if they can please give me some other options of where to take my rig.
Always a good experience with good, knowledgeable people. Everyone is helpful and a delight to work with. Would recommend Trey Moon and all the good people at Mid Tenn.Jim Orman
Fit me in last minute, polite and quick. Called promptly when my truck was done. Definitely making this my service go-to from now on.
Great customer service. Easy to work with. Got my 2017 f250 in before anyone else. Helped with all the extra things I did to it. Came to me to sign docs and came and picked up and dropped off for oil change. Ask for Trey. Best in the business!
Sent a truck in for brakes, and some trailer wiring. It took 3 weeks to get the vehicle back. The level of service and quality of repair has never been good for me.
Took one of my delivery trucks in to have an oil leak repaired under warranty. This was 3 weeks ago. The six times we have called to check on the status we either do not get a return phone call or are told ours is the next truck to be brought in.Due to the size of the truck the options for warranty work is nonexistent. This poor performance will definitely influence my buying decisions in the future.
Dave from parts is the best! He went above and beyond helping me get the parts I needed to repair my vehicle myself. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. Mid-Tenn Ford will be the only dealership I do business with from here on out.
My husband had a slight mis-hap this morning with his F550. (Cosmetic) He called Danny in parts, and well from then on he had the MOST AMAZING care from him throughout the entire day. Danny, I can not tell you how my husband went on and on about you!!I can not THANK YOU enough!!To Darryl in service along with Mike and Josh, You guys rock! My husband spoke with the owner of Mid Tn Ford, to express his kind words of all of you guys! He asked that we just post a nice post. Well I am doing what he said to do, but I have to go beyond that. I will be sending something special to each of you!! I certainly admire Mid Tn Ford for having such wonderful people caring for their customers as you guys have done. I SO THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! MID TN FORD YOU ROCK!!!
Theyre buisness to me was was very operationally doing just great although I was just delivering some food
OEM 7.3 parts. Mandatory.
I dropped my bus off for repair and four days later I decide to check on it since I have not heard from them. It took five phone calls before I was able to talk to the service department. At one point I was on hold for ten minutes. That is when I hung up and called for the fifth time. Communication is definitely not their strong suit.
I recently purchased a truck from Mid-TN Ford and Trey Moon was excellent. They helped me along with the whole process and never once did I feel pressured. Everyone I came in contact with at Mid-TN provided great customer service!
I have been a Mid-Tenn Ford customer for over 25 years. The quality and service they provide is above and beyond any other dealership I have been to. I have bought both of my vehicles there, and it is a very friendly atmosphere. I will never take my vehicles elsewhere. Mid-Tenn Ford is the place to go!
They had a very essential part for my truck in stock. Great personal in the parts department.
Excellent and honest service! I recently had my car towed to Mid-Tenn to have my water pump replaced and got my car back the next day. Very pleased with the efficiency and attention to detail by the employees.
My 1998 Ford-350 needed extensive Front end work. Mid TN could Not find new Ford Factory Suspension Spindle for that old of a vehicle... So they sourced a Salvage Part (and disclosed this) and got my truck back in service. They treated me and my truck just like we were ahigh dollar ride and fleet sized operator.Don, in service was a real pro. Thanks for the Fantastic Service!
Its pretty hard to earn a 1 star rating from me. I always do my best to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. In fact this is the second time that Ive had them work on my vehicle. The first time I need the electric fan motor replaced. Parts = $125 Labor=$1235The job took three days and I never received a single phone call. I had to call for updates. This time, I was able to give them my cell phone number to receive text message updates. and I was sure that they figured they had their act together. Three text messages over the following 4 days. Awaiting diagnostics, Work in Process, Awaiting service bay... I called twice a day, and each time was promised a call back a few hours later. Each time, two hours after the deadline, I had to call. All I asked for was to check the cold start, and to do a multi-point inspection with fluid checks. Today, I was told that they engine started within three seconds and the computer didnt put out any codes. So everything was fine. They had not done any inspection or fluid level checks as indicated on their paperwork. They asked for another two days and told me that I was already up to $125 on my bill. $125 to start the motor and plug it into the computer?I spent more time on hold than they did working on my vehicle.EDIT: I had to put of a stink, but they ended up charging me nothing and they did finally perform the multi-point inspection as well. This effort to make things right has upped my rating from a 1 to a 3 star review. I might give them one more shot now.
I was an out of town customer and brought my 2010 F150 in for vibration in the rear differential only. Turned out to to be Clutch Packs repair and was 100% under Fords Power Train Warranty 5/60K. I was not able to stay in Nashville as long as they needed to repair the truck but they said it was ok to drive my truck home and repair it there.I got a bill for $181.36.$91 - They claimed they fixed a problem that wasnt a problem and not even why it was brought in.$45 - Diagnosis time for an issue that is covered under FORD WARRANTY. (when did they start billing customers for this?)$30 - Car rental - This is a legitimate charge I am responsible for. After calling Dealership manager and Rob Bartlett (service manager) - He wont even return my calls after he claimed he would be looking into it.*** Its not over though- I will not be ripped off and will be contacting every social media I can to report this ripoff as well as the BBB and my financial institution. *** 3/4/14 1200hrs *** I was called back after speaking with Charles and they are going to change my bill and appears to be a misunderstanding. I will post further when my refund is received.
Parts guys here are awesome!
Only place that will work on my motorhome. Typicall shop rates, but the work has always been done quickly, and at quoted rate. They have always called if something comes up.
No work done
Good shop. Sometimes hard to get clear communication but they do the work.
Mid-Tenn Ford is the best around!! Great service and sales department. I just bought a truck from mid-tenn and worked with Trey Moon. If you need a truck call trey!! I love that this is a family owned and operated dealership and I can promise you will not find a better family anywhere!! Go to mid- tenn ford for all youre truck needs. You will not regret it!!!
Love these folks. Good down to earth people.
Took 3 months to repair an engine they replaced last year. After finally repairing it, they damaged the body when they dropped the cab putting the truck back together. It’s been sitting untouched at their body shop for over a month, and when I call, they don’t know and don’t care when it gets fixed. We will never do business with them again.
While vacationing in Nashville a couple of weekends ago, we experienced some car trouble. On our last night there, several warning lights came on our vehicle that we had never seen before. Needless to say, several hundred miles away from home, we were a little scared. The next day, we woke up very early to call Middle Tennessee Ford, praying and having faith that they would not only be able to fit us in, but find the problem, have the part we needed, and get us back on the road so we could return home. We spoke to several extremely helpful people on the phone before we actually arrived at the Middle Tennessee Ford dealership. They were able to figure out the problem, get the part, fix our vehicle, and have us back on the road in two hours. We were blown away! They saved our day and vacation! We had never experienced such kind, speedy service. While we dont live in the Nashville area, we would recommend this dealership to any and everyone!
Look, dont even bother going there. .5/10 only because of the friendly lady at the service desk. My car sat for 7 days and nothing was done to my vehicle. Not even a diagnosis report. Never received a call from the Forman like I was told I would. Every time I called to ask about it they had no info and everyone I spoke with seemed clueless. They even tried to get me to pay $125.00 for the zero effort they put in even after waiting and waiting for a week!! There are other ford dealers in the area that will waste your time, But not like this place. Save yourself.
I had taken my F150 to three other dealers in the area and none of them resolved my problem. One visit to MidTenn and my truck runs good as new. They may not be the fastest around, but Ill take quality service over speedy incompetence any day!
The Manager called and refunded my money. He was very polite and seemed very upset that his staff had let him down. I appreciate how kind he was, and for that I will give them a neutral rating. He offered me a full service oil change and inspection when I return and I thought that was very nice of him.The worst excuse for a car dealership I have every experienced. Absolutely appalling customer service. Dropped my car off to have a recall completed and told them I would be out of town for seven days. On the 6th day I called and spoke to the apparent head of the service department who told me that the parts for the recall were not available and that they only needed to fix it if I was having any problems. I wasnt. He then said that my car would be available to be picked up anytime since there was no work to be done.I called 4 times the next morning to let them know that I was on my way to pick up my car and was unable to get in touch with anyone. When I arrived at the dealership I was told that someone was working on my car and that it would be several hours before they were finished. When I explained that they had had my car for a week and that I was told it would be ready today they acted like they didnt know what I was talking about and said that there was no way that someone had said that. Keep in mind, this is for a RECALL that was issued by Ford. There were no other problems with my vehicle. Also keep in mind that I had to have someone bring me out to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. As I was leaving I received a phone call saying that my estimate for the work being done would be $650. When I asked how on Earth they came to this estimate I was told by the lady on the phone that they needed to replace all 8 spark plugs. Funny seeing as how I only have 6 on my car. I told them that I did not ask for this service and that I would be picking up my car and not paying for this service. I had to wait 4 more hours for them to put everything back together and then they had the audacity to charge my $220 for an oil change and a diagnostic test. When i tried to discuss why the price was so high the woman told me she didnt know much about it and that they would be closing soon. I am absolutely appalled at their absolute lack of customer service, lack of follow up, and sorry excuse for service.
Could have pulled the truck around when it was done. Need better description of truck parking yard and lot.
Ok Im not one to write reviews.let me explain what happened to me.my truck broke down I took it in to mid Tenn it took them 2 weeks to tell me my engine was blown so I found a engine in another state that cost me $6000...so I took the blown engine home and my uncle came over one day and he was looking at the engine he pulled the valve cover and realized I was misinformed my old engine wasnt blown I had one push rode bent...wow!!!! What liers to get more money!!!! I could of fixed the engine for less than $2000........also my wife took her explorer in to program a key fob well it worked great for 1 day then the locks stopped and the auto locks stopped well they wont fix ...its funny Im suppose to have a 2 year warranty on the key fob and a 1 year on labor why wont they fix it....then the service guy was rude and tried to make my wife feel and look like a idiot ...I got more to say but Ill stop....dont use the business there not honest
Did a killer job with my RV warranty work. They could do better about communication, but it looked very busy and small things get a pass.
Good service at the parts counter. Called to make sure they had what I needed and it was waiting at the counter when I got there.
I couldnt be happier with the work Mid-Tenn did on my Raptor! Top-notch service and employees! Wouldnt take my truck anywhere else!
Amazing staff good service anything you need for a truck they can handle
They screwed me over and cost me a lot of money. I called them before bringing them my rv for a fuel pump replacement. I told them I needed to live in my rv because I was moving for grad school. They assured me it would be a 3-4 day repair. They didnt call me back for a week, despite me calling repeatedly and leaving messages. Then when they finally called me back they told me I needed brakes. I told them to give me an estimate and they took over a week to call me back, despite calling them repeatedly. I only got a call back when I asked to speak to a manager. They quoted me THOUSANDS of dollars for new brakes. They had my RV for three weeks at that point, so I had to get it taken somewhere else to avoid getting screwed over again. On top of screwing up my living situation, they charged me an outrageous amount for the fuel pump. They are completely unprofessional and unreliable. They lied to me repeatedly and cost me a lot of money due to having to find a different living situation.
These people make you feel like FAMILY.......The Very Best People I EVER worked for.......and they do it RIGHT the first time.....
On a trip to Western New York State from Memphis, Tennessee our old motor home simply quit and left us on the side of the I-65. We were towed to Mid-Tenn Ford on the weekend then continued on by car to New York. All communication was via phone to the service center and they were very friendly, cooperative. No replication of the problem was possible without an extensive drive but through discussion, the probable cause pointed to a faulty fuel pump which I asked them to replace even though it may not have been the problem. We returned the following weekend, again they were closed, but pre-arranged to pick up the motor home anyway. These people provided service above and beyond for me and I never got to meet a single person because of our schedule! Best part was driving back to Memphis - not a problem with the coach and power! Problem solved! I will be forever grateful!
Always friendly i deal with these guys & gals on a regular basis when at work
Hands down the best Diesel Shop in this part of the country! I trust no one else with my repairs.
Had a terrible experience here. They lied to me on the phone and in person. I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service.
0 stars for deceit if I could. Had a company vehicle that wouldnt start. Enterprise had it towed to Mid-Tenn Ford. Mid-Tenn called me directly to say someone filled up the tank with diesel fuel and that it would be an extensive repair because they had to drop the gas tank and drain the fuel line. Enterprise called BS based on the diagnostics and had it towed to Crown Ford. The problem ended up having to do with the air intake system.
Needed standard oil change. Front service women was awesome. Price estimate of $50 something and appointment time of 2:30. Arrived at 2:00 got me in promptly with an estimated wait of 45 minutes.Service provider showed me the chrome lug nuts that needed attentiom, I declined, he understood.About 45 minutes later my suv was parked in front of me. Luckily I was there as the windows were all left down, I had numerous electronics plus some 2nd amendment tools in there. I rolled up my windows and locked it. I waited 10 minutes and was called up to pay.Bonus! Oil change and tire rotation was only $44 ish.Overall, great service and good encounter, 3 stars due to lack of security after completing work.
They were great, my class C motorhome broke down on a road trip to the south. We were stranded for the weekend as a few mobile mechanics came out and told us crazy high estimates. We finally decided to get the RV towed to the best recommended Ford dealer. They were able to squeeze us in on a busy Monday. It turned out to be a simple issue (bug on air sensor) and only had to pay diagnostic fee. We were on our way in no time, it was awesome! We so happy they were able to fix it (& fast) that my wife went and got Krispy Kreme donuts for the crew. Thanks Mid-Tenn service crew!
The salesmen and there so called bosses are a bunch of liers very bad people to deal with and have no honner to there words go somewhere els to deal with
Friendly, up front service. Will definitely return for maintenance.
Poor customer service, no communication and does not meet service deadlines
We were told our truck would be fixed within a week, despite checking on it several times, the truck still has the same issue and is still not back.
Always answer, great customer service.
If you have to go to for service department try to avoid this one.
Horrible service at this dealership took a car in for a recall and left missing parts and when i took it back to show them they lie and say it was never there and feed me excuses on how it was missing beware of this place
Terrible service w no communication!
Good people and fair
I myself have worked for fleet companys that wouldnt send them an oil change
Awesome service
Avoid this place like the plague. Incompetence, dont give a rip attitude, poor communication... I brought my vehicle BACK to Mid-tenn Ford after they failed to fix the problem; they didnt get it right the second time either.RUN.
Yes done my air bags on car
Im forever a customer here since they only sell you what you need vs. the other Ford dealerships who sell you what you dont need!
Service not too good there
Good parts department
Service. In and out other dealers 2 weeks
The only place I will ever take my vehicles!
