We have been members for over a year now and could not be happier! We have always wanted to own a boat, but this makes it doable and affordable for us and removes all the obstacles. Its never difficult to get a reservation and the staff is always so friendly and helpful to make it a wonderful experience. Our family is making the BEST memories on the lake thanks to the Nashville Boat Club!
We love Nautical… this is our second season… always a seamless booking especially now that it’s online.. super friendly staff also.. all new boats, always clean …
Joining the Nautical Boat Club - Nashville was one of the best decisions we ever made. They make is so easy and the staff is always friendly and helpful! Our kids (15 and 18) always ask to bring friends out. It is a great way to spend time as a family.
We love Nautical Boat Club in Nashville and just renewed another year. It may seem expensive upfront, but the service is great and the boats are high quality, with a variety to choose from. We love the wakeboards and tubes provided! They make going out on the lake fun and easy. Everything is set up and ready to go, which is such a time saver too. Percy Priest is our go-to lake, but being able to go to Center Hill and other lakes nearby are an added bonus.
Joining was hands down the best decision Ive made in my adult life. Nautical Boat Club, especially the Percy Priest Crew, does an AMAZING job at creating incredible memories for our family and friends.I grew up boating on rivers but it had been about 20 years. After renting a boat for me and my 5 and 8 year old at Center Hill Lake, I wanted to buy a boat! They were so happy and at peace on the water and we wanted more of that in our lives. After discovering NBC, we went out and met Anna and Michael. It all sounded too good to be true. After 1.5 years of being members, IT STILL FEELS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Every time I leave the dock, I feel like Im on vacation. We have had so many incredible days and memories created on Percy Priest, Old Hickory, and Center Hill (havent gotten out to Tims Ford yet)! All you do is make a reservation, show up, request what you need (life jackets, tubes, lillypads, skis, wakeboards, stand up paddle boards, floats, etc. all included in the cost!), and head out on the lake. Monthly cost and gas is all you pay once youre a member. Boat selection is great no matter what you want to do on the lake. We love exploring the islands on Percy Priest and feeling like were in another country at Center Hill.I cannot recommend joining the Nautical Boat Club enough. Anna will take amazing care of you and the team in the office and dock take it from there. AND they included a ski/wakeboard/wake surf lesson FREE this summer. So COOL. Whether youre a seasoned boater or just looking for a new way to spend quality time making memories with your family, friends, or entertain for business, you cannot go wrong here!
I have been a member of the boat club for 5 years now and the overall quality has been on the decline for the past two years. Last year with Covid and high boat demand I figured Id give a pass and renew again this year. Now I find out they have removed actual fishing boats and replaced with pontoons with no trolling motors. You cant fish effectively out of a pontoon especially with no trolling motors. I joined in the beginning because of the amazing variety of boats they offered and now even that is slipping. Unless they step it back up theyll be losing a long time member.
We just joined the boat club and love it!The selection of boats is amazing. The staff is very helpful for our family who has very little experience with boats.Trent, one of the managers, taught our kids how to wake surf yesterday. They loved it.This is going to be a great summer. Thanks for making it so easy
We joined fall of 2019, not knowing COVID-19 was lurking in 2020. The Boat Club has been an awesome experience. Here’s why:- Staff: professional, good/prompt communication, dock team and office team both are courteous and focused on helping us enjoy the water.- Selection of Boats: these are high-end, luxurious, well equipped, well maintained and impressive crafts. One day we wakeboard. The next time out we cruise on a TriToon. Scheduling system is fair, allows for planning and the opportunity for impromptu outings. And, it’s obvious that the Club is gaining new members through C-19, but they keep adding more boats and making member-focused changes to policies so everyone gets ample time on the water (we usually go out once in weekend and once during week)-Convenience: book your boat. Invite your friends. Pack your cooler. Show up. Walk on. Enjoy the water. Return to fuel dock. Fill up. Return boat to dock (where the dock team assists) and return home. We’ve owned boats and the time/hassle savings of. It loading it back on the trailer, wiping it down, covering, trailering to storage, cleaning, maintaining, repairing... so much work. When we grab our cooler and towel bag, and step off the boat, I look at my wife with a grin and say “this is the best part,”. This convenience makes the 2 hour after work boat trip possible.-Value - there is no “cheap” way to go boating except with the older boat you paid cash for, maintain yourself and have lots of time to deal with it. If we’d have boat a boat, we could have afforded a $20,000, 15 year old boat. There is no comparison between that experience and the Boat Club (we’ve owned 3 boats over 15 years of boating so we know)Downside? Maybe it’s that you can’t take your trailer boat anywhere you want? But, well I know for sure, we are getting more days in the water because it’s so easy. And, I’ve not once had to blow a Saturday repairing or maintaining my boat or trailer. There are 4 lakes close by. And other locations in other cities (haven’t tried that yet).
Love the NBC. Staff is great, boats are amazing and we love the options to have many different lakes.
Very high quality boats, and great service from the people running the show. Thanks Mike & Anna.
Becoming a boat club member has been the best investment Ive made since moving to Nashville. I previously lived at the beach so the lake was the next best thing. Not only is the staff here so helpful, responsive, and super friendly, but they also take time to make sure members feel comfortable driving the boats and offer help whenever needed. I hardly ever have an issue in getting a boat reserved when I make them in a timely manner either. I highly recommend becoming a member of the Nashville Boat Club. Its worth every penny and gives you access to a full fleet of incredibly nice and well kept boats instead of the dealing with the money pit of owning one personally.
We will not be renewing our membership for the 2020-2021 season. In my opinion:The boats are very nice and the employees are great, but that does not make up for the fact that it is difficult to get a reasonable reservation.Regrettably it seems that the number of members has far outpaced the acquisition of boats and it is no longer worth the money as it is nearly impossible to get a reservation. This was previously a good deal but now the joining fee is approximately $3,200 and monthly fees of higher than $500.It is probably a better idea now to get you and a friend to go buy a boat rather than join this club, as one will likely be unable to get on the water with the Nashville Boat Club in any reasonable fashion.I would not join this club as of now.
As a new member, Im very impressed with the service. The financial benefits speak for themselves. The employees are super accommodating, extremely friendly, very professional, and make the boating experience that much more enjoyable. Reservations are easy. Just a phone call or email and Ive never had any unavailability yet. The staff at NBC makes this experience well worth the money. The only thing I would suggest is their website isnt very mobile friendly.
My husband and I joined this spring and we have thoroughly enjoyed every second of our membership. I was a little concerned when we decided to join because I wasnt sure if we would utilize all the benefits of the Nashville Boat Club over just buying our own boat. I am so happy we joined the club instead. Having all the perks of a boat, and not just any boat, but a fleet of beautiful, clean, and new boats at your disposal without the hassle or expensive costs of owning a boat is an amazing feeling. You arrive at the dock, your boat is clean, tank full of gas, all the water toys you have requested are already on board and you get to head out on the water as soon as you step on board. Its the best way to enjoy the lake.Tim, the owner, is so personable and has put together a wonderful staff that takes care of every member. My first time taking the boat out without my husband was so nerve wracking, but thanks to staff members like JJ and Allan I felt so comfortable pulling up to the gas pumps and also parking the boat in the slip. They talked me through it and since then I have captained all of our boat trips, which my husband loves because he just gets to be along for the ride. And we have never had an issue reserving a boat when we wanted to be out on the water.I highly recommend joining the Nashville Boat Club instead of buying your own boat. They have all the toys, which are included in your membership, and boats to fit your every lake dream and whim. We are so happy we joined and will be members for a long time to come!
This was the best thing I could’ve done to get on the water. Tim and Kristine are awesome, Anna is great, and the whole rest of the staff is really helpful, even Allen! It’s a great feeling knowing that I can call them up whenever and take out a new wakeboard boat to do some surfing or a fishing boat to try catching some bass! HIGHLY recommended
If you like boating and have not visited the Nashville Boat Club, you have missed a wonderful opportunity. You have a huge collection of boats from which to choose. All of the boats are clean and well maintained. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The water toy selection is huge and so much fun. It is the best way to go boating in the Nashville area. You should not miss this opportunity. The very BEST way to go boating.
Having been a boat owner prior to joining the Boat Club I can really appreciate the club even more. The convenience of just showing up and jump on, no expense for the toys, and no maintenance. The biggest advantage I have found is the ability to change the type of boat from day to day. Sometimes you want a pontoon and others a ski boat or a fishing boat. When you own a boat you dont have this ability. I highly recommend you join.
Great staff, boats, and all around experience is awesome. Have owned many boats and the Nashville boat club is the better alternative. They do everything imaginable to make your outing a success! Thanks and so glad we are a member!
The Nashville boat club is everything my fiance and I have been looking for! This comes at a premium price but totally worth all the convenience, beautiful boats on multiple lakes and fantastic staff. I believe Allen recently joined the staff this season and he has quickly become the most memorable! He is friendly, helpful and accommodating ....he always remembers us and greets us with a smile. Thanks for continuing to hire awesome staff members! We will see you this weekend!
We have been happy members of the Nashville Boat Club for many years and love it. Without the headache (and expense) of trailering, docking, FIXING and maintaining a boat, we are willing to spend much more time out on the lake. We use our membership priviledges about four times a month during warm weather but of course could use it more. We prefer mid-week or Saturday morning excursions when the lake is less crowded. I encourage women to take the lessons and learn to run the boats...I love the freedom of going out on the lake without my husband. As our kids became teenagers, it was a great activity to do with them and their friends. My work schedule permitted me to take a van full of teens out on the lake mid-week in the summer...which was much more exercise and sunshine than a pool membership. We are also able to take my husbands clients, my Bible Study group and family friends out for grown up boat floats. I cannot say enough good things about the Nashville Boat Club, the owners, and the employees. Love them!
Beware of contracts with this company. We were told after 1 year we would need to give a 30 day notice to cancel our membership. After some unforeseen circumstances, we needed to cancel this membership. When we emailed to give our 30 day notice we were told that we have to give a 30 day notice before our next renewal which is 11 months away. They never follow up at renewal time and the contract reads differently from what we were told. The owner is unwilling to work with you in any way. Buyer beware and read your contract carefully!
One of the best decisions I have ever made! Great boats, amazing staff and I was on the lake all summer long. Easy and quick reservations make for fun weekends. Everything is well maintained and affordable. Thanks again and see yall this summer!!
My wife and I have been members of the Nashville Boat Club since 2009. I was looking at buying a boat when a buddy of mine, who was a member told me about the club. At first I was skeptical about joining because I was concerned about how much the club would invest in the fleet and what standards they would implement in boat upkeep. I was sure they would keep the boats till they were old and run down but that has been far from the reality. Not only are the boats routinely rotated in and out, they have added more boats each year and opened up on two other lakes and the upkeep is top notch. I was also concerned about getting a boat because of the reservation process, but that has also not been an issue. The key is to always have two reservations on the books – over the past 7 years there have been very few days we could not get a boat on a Saturday or Sunday and weekends we missed were usually because I did not do my part in keeping up with the reservation. There have been many weekdays where I got tired of working in the office and just headed out to the lake (without a reservation) and worked from a pontoon. Since joining my wife and I have added two members to our family and the kids love being on the lake. We rotate between kid friendly weekends to adult only boat days. There are so many perks to the club – great friendly staff that help you in and out of the docks, all the equipment and toys you would ever want and that makes a big difference with kids. The staff will also call you if they see a storm blowing in on radar and that has saved our butts more than once on the lake. I have also been impressed with how the club looks for new ways to make the club better, adding a boat you can take your dogs on, adding a pontoon you can fish from, adding a cruiser you can stay overnight on. I tell my friends on a regular basis that joining the boat club was the best money I have every spent. Over the 7 years, we have had so many great days on the lakes and I highly recommend the club as an option to buying a boat. As a buddy of mine once told me – “There are two happy days about owning a boat, the day you buy it and the day you sell it!”
Our family joined Nashville Boat Club 4 years ago when we moved to Nashville. To put it simply, in the words of our teenagers THIS IS THE BEST THING WE HAVE EVER DONE! Last summer instead of taking a beach vacation, they wanted a staycation and go to the Nashville Boat Club every day🚤.
All in all a great thing. The boats are awesome and the lake is great but the people are the most important part. Our favorite person by far is Kirstin. She has every boat set up just right and the people that workwith her are usually trained and most helpful.Improvements can be seen in the reservation process. Once the member number is entered, all member data should auto-fill and just the availableboats should be shown in the list after the date is selected. This would stop the disappointment you feel when the boat you want, cant be had. If just the available boats were listed then no second boat choice would benecessary. We think the boat club is a great and fun experience.
We weren’t sure if we’d use the club very often but took the plunge and joined and have loved it. Our kids want to hang out with us now! And we love that we can chose the boat that works for the occasion - Tri-toon, wake board, ski boat, etc. Plus with locations at other lakes in the middle Tennessee area, we’re able to explore other areas.
First year members and absolutely love the nashville boat club. Its a great value if you love being on the water but dont want to worry about the maintenance, dock fees, or overall work that a boat requires!
Just joined this year and my wife and I love it! Great coordination, boats staff, and all the toys you could imagine. We mainly head out of Creekwood Marina and Jack and his team are always happy to assist with anything.
Our thanks to Jordee, Samantha, Kristine and Tim. Their efforts to provide excellent customer service to their members make being a member of the Nashville Boat Club a pleasure. We appreciate your efforts. Thanks much to all of you.
The NBC staff are awesome and the equipment is always in great shape. Overall, this club is a great value for the money and I highly recommend it!
Ive been a member for 10 years! Great people, Great service. Over all I get a boat when I want to go to the lake, with no hassle or maintenance issues.
Great way to boat without all the costs involved
Great for boat lovers. We can go boating and not have the hassle of it all.
Wonderful experience...great family vacation
We Love Boat Club!We have been members of the Nashville Boat Club for 3 years now. I always dreamed of having a boat, but the reality of the purchase price, insurance, maintenance, and storage was just overwhelming. The Nashville Boat Club takes care of EVERYTHING for you. They have a fleet of top of the line boats for all types of activities. Pontoons for cruising with family and friends, fishing boats for sporting fun, deck boats for a little speed and cruising combined, and fabulous high-powered wakeboard boats. Last year, they even added a cabin cruiser! All of the boats are new and in great condition.Convenience is the key! All we do is place a reservation, show up at the marina, hop on our boat, and its off for a day of fun. The friendly staff provide everyone with safety instruction and equipment. Just let them know, and they will load the boat up with all of the best boating toys available. We love to take out tubes, but I may actually try a stand-up paddle board this year. Its a great way to try new activities without having to purchase and maintain the toys.Everytime we take a boat out, we do a traditional group chant, We Love Boat Club!
Ask me what the best decision weve ever made for our family is and I will say joining the Nashville Boat Club! If you are researching the boat club you will see the claims they make about nice fleets, availability, and fun. And guess what? They are ALL TRUE. (When was the last time you got everything you were promised from a business? Its rare people.)We enjoy having a fun, exciting boat every weekend (and during the week too!), its so nice to not be pigeonholed into one type of boat. Pontoon this week? Sure. Wakeboard and surf next week? Sounds like a plan. And all the toys are included, top of the line surfboards, wakeboards, tubes, you name it. Just keep up with your reservations and you will always get what you want. We have never been lacking a boat when we wanted one. The fleet is very well maintained and the boats are really nice; Mastrcraft, Tige, Supra, etc. The staff is amazing, they are so nice in the office and on the docks! So helpful, patient, and kind.If you enjoy trailering a boat to the crowded boat ramp, putting it in, hoping it starts, leaving early because you need to get it back on the trailer, etc then this isnt for you. If you like to just show up and go, never worrying about maintenance or unscheduled repairs and expenses, then run, dont walk, to the boat club. We have already made memories to last a lifetime with our kids and friends out on the water and cant wait to make some more next year!
Great place
Dont but a boat, join the boat club!
