We had two issues with our motor when we took it to them 8/26, one they fixed, told us its ready, we put in water and discover the other problem they never even looked at..still waiting. so we have only had our boat for two days since August 26. They cant seem to tell us when they will even run water test.
People are knowledgable,, get you in n out.. check them out...
Great people to deal with. Very polite and helpful. This is where you go if you buy a new boat from Bass Pro. They go over everything with you about your boat. They dont just leave you after that. I was on the lake and had a problem with the remote to my trolling motor. Was able to call them on a Saturday and they walked me through getting it corrected. Saved me from having to leave the lake early that day.

We ATV there for repairs, happy with the repair but Communication left little to be desired.

Doing a warranty on a minn Kota trolling motor and after it was fixed the guys hooked it up again wrong. They tried to blame it on a wrong prop but the trolling motor was burned up from 24v where it should have been just 12v. Long story short it burned up again from the same problem because the problem all along was the 24v system. When I took it back they wouldn’t cover it. Sucks I have to leave a bad review but I believe in doing people right and being honest. Mitchell did give top notch customer service though
Absolutely terrible customer service. Was in the process of buying a boat with Roy and was told it cant be sold to me after getting financing on that boat!. Manger John was rude and extremely unprofessional. I will not be doing business with this store. Customer first.
Ive never written a review before but feel the need to now. They have had my boat for 2 weeks! For what? I purchased the OEM stereo with my boat that needed to be installed at a later date. This consists of a radio unit and 2 speaker, prepaid for a 2hr job. Again, they have had the boat for 2 weeks! If you dont need your boat for the summer then this is the place to take it!Update: I finally got my boat back almost 3 weeks later. I called again ( unfortunately since they are the OEM part dealer) and request floor mat pricing. They told me it wasnt available. Called back and told them they must be mistaken, the woman told me she would check. I called the Chattanooga location and they confirmed availability in 10min and shipped directly to me!! (Chattanooga is the best). Nashville called me back and finally told me over a week later that they could order it! I said thanks but a more capable location was going to take my business!
Awesome customer service until you give them your money. I called two days later for info on my atv that I paid 7600 cash for and their sales rep hangs up on me. I was asking what kind of oil I needed to use after my break in period and he said this is sales call the service center. I asked for his name and he hung up on me.
I dropped off my pontoon July 7th after Mitchell told me that they were 3 days behind. $2110.00 dollars later, Just now picked up my boat August 21st and 30 mins of lake testing which I asked them to perform before but didn’t the motor locks up. Had to get towed to shore.No oil.Kyle the manager there said that the oil leaked out from a leaky oil pan gasket caused by water intrusion. And wants $2800 more to replace oil pan gasket.From talking with other marine mechanics, they don’t think it’s true. If that was the case then all trucks/cars would be leaking oil from being driven in the rain. And there’s no water in the oil or spark plug tubes.Do not take you boat there if you don’t want to be lied to and miss out on your summer.
Took our pontoon in for maintenance and minor repair. After almost 2 months and about 2k got the boat back and stranded on Percy priest. Took it to another shop. They determined the engine was run without oil. They forgot to put oil back in when they did the oil change. Called their corporate office who only apologized for a “bad experience”
Awesome, helpful, very knowledgeable about products to help you with. Diffinately worth the drive to go to this place of business. When you enter super friendly, helpful receptionist, awesome guy(Robert) I believe his name was, goes over and above explaining what hes going to do and why. And the assistance you get loading and unloading goes over and above helpful. We will be telling everyone about this business and how great they are! Thank you again, we will be back!!!

I purchased a HB Helix 9 SI on sale with free install from Basspro. They did a great job on install and very helpful answering any questions I had. Happy with the work they did.
Payed for a yearly service check up on my boat and bought a new battery. Waited about a week and a half to get it back. Go out to the lake the next day on my day off and the batterys dead. Take it back the same day to try and get it replaced/ looked at and they pretty much told me to pound sand! Ill never spend another dime at this place again.

I took my motorguide trolling motor in to get a quote for repairs. I waited a week without hearing from them so i called. They said they were waiting for parts but didnt know how much the repairs would cost. A few days later I got a call saying it was repaired and ready to go. It was $326 and I can buy the same one brand new for $589. How about calling your customer and asking if they are still interested in getting a 15 year old trolling motor fixed for that kind of money? Terrible customer service, never going again.
