This place is cute & the woman seemed nice. But not long after being there, it was quickly determined that I essentially too fat for a navel piercing -- or at least that this piercer said she was capable of doing (she did not call me fat to be clear. It was simply implied). But there is no mention of before booking an appointment to warn people, “hey not all our piercers can work with all body types so we may have to turn you down/refer you to another staff person.” Had I known what I was about to go through, I wouldve never even tried. The reason I went in was to try to gain a confidence boost after gaining weight. But after we started discussing things, suddenly were taking humiliating pictures of my stomach in multiple positions to send to another staff member for evaluation to see if a more experienced person could do it. She did ask if I was comfortable taking those photos, but I also didnt really know what else to say other than yes. To essentially be told I need a specialist because my stomach rolls are bigger than you know how to deal with is humiliating. I get that you need to work within the realm of what youre able to do, but you shouldnt even let people make an appointment if its not something youre fully capable of following through with every body type that can possibly take this type of piercing. Its one thing to not have a body type that could take the piercing at all, its another to just be too fat for one person to know how to properly handle it. Think about how that would make someone feel. I was shaking and crying when I left and it was not okay. I also spoke to another piercer about it who verified it is possible for me to get a piercing, which is why I left this review. You need to examine how you approach these situations from now on and be mindful of the vulnerability of you clients. Again the woman was nice, I know she didnt mean to come off this way, but she was completely tone deaf to what I was experiencing. Please do better to protect your clients from embarrassing situations.

Practice caution here- I came in July of 2020. At first glance the shop was very clean and the piercer was very nice. I had my nipples pierced, the right one ended up ejecting through half of my nipple. Went to a different piercing shop to get an opinion on what to do and she said it was just initially pierced incorrectly, and to take it out. It’s upsetting because it was very painful and expensive:(

Lex was great! Wanted a new piercing while on vacation, and ended up switching all of my jewelry to hers! I was nervous about getting my conch pierced, but she reassured me and did a fantastic job! I would go back in a heart beat! 4 months later and I love my piercing and all of my new jewelry just as much as day one! Thanks lex !!!!

I’m not very impressed with this business. I had an appointment to get my nose repierced on 7/30 and the business rescheduled me two days before my appointment and moved it to 8/6. On 8/5, the day before my appointment, the business texted me again to let me know that they would not be able to do the piercing unless I have a covid vaccine. I’m not able to get my covid vaccine due to a preexisting medical condition that makes me ineligible. I would think that a business that has already had to reschedule me once due to their own personal issues would honor the requirements that they had in place at the time of my original appointment, seeing as this is not a state mandated requirement at this time. I wasted a couple of weeks waiting on this appointment when I could have scheduled elsewhere.Edit to owner’s response: at this time, wearing mask indoors is not a CDC mandate, it is a recommendation as it has always been since last year. I know CDC guidelines and mandates very well as I am a nurse at a large hospital. Also, you have been working without this specific guideline for a while now even though covid numbers have been on the rise, as this was not a requirement of yours a week ago when my original appointment was scheduled. The covid numbers didn’t just suddenly go up in the past week, they have been for a few weeks now so suddenly enforcing this rule on a client that you have rescheduled once already is ridiculous.

This was a great experience as most have noted but I found it outrageously overpriced with misleading follow up support. My friend and I got pierced and are from out of town. We were told call back in a month and we will swap you out for shorter backs (which are needed bc the ones provided are TOO long and got caught on everything causing more issues to our ears than help)...my friend called and was told they couldnt be sure a replacement would fit (even though they manufacturer their own jewelry). I sent an Instagram message AND left a voicemail asking for help and got no return. Ended up ordering my own titanium replacement backs online for $20 (bodyartforms.com). We wouldnt go back and wouldnt recommend for the price.

Lex is amazing, she knows everything about piercings and i have no concerns about infections or issues w my piercing because everything is super sanitary and well done. the jewelry is also beautiful and such good quality and the store itself is super cute. definitely recommend!!

When you want a specific one of kind piece of jewelry this is the place to go. They listen. They also pierce. I took my oldest daughter to the pediatrician for an ear piercing, they botched it, and refunded the charge. Not that that was sufficient. This place does exellent piercings. My youngest was so excited after her piercing. Fantastic jewellery phenomenal piercings. Highly recommend.

Such a great experience. Lex was extremely professional, clean, and a great listener. I told her what I wanted and she was very patient as I chose my jewelry. I am a huge perfectionist so I went back and forth between a few pieces and she just was super supportive as I picked my favorite options. She made me super excited and she made me super comfortable and prepared during the actual piercing process. HIGHLY recommend.

Visited here with a friend to get her ears pierced. Lex was extremely knowledgeable and kind - also sterilized all instruments and jewelry first and used sterile gloves. Will recommend her to everyone from now on.

Dylan came up from the Louisiana shop to pierce and I got my nostril and forward helix done. They are very knowledgeable, kind, give information without being pushy, and excellent at talking you through the process as you get pierced. They talk through aftercare and pricing and remain kind and communicative through the entire process. Would highly recommend! The jewelry and store are clean and gorgeous as well as beautiful quality. Would highly recommend going here for piercing needs!

Keep in mind that there’s a huge cancellation fee, and all the jewelry in the store is $50+ so be expected to spend $85+ to get a piercing. I didn’t realize the jewelry was so expensive and had to spend more since the cancellation fee was more than my piercing.The piercer was sympathetic and helped me but I don’t like places that do things like this, it seems dishonest.The process was fast and professional, but you can receive the same service elsewhere for half the price.

Although the piercer i went to was pretty professional and kind, i dont recommend this place. theyre highly overpriced but i guess this is a luxury place. but they charged $60 for “special flat earring backs” that i wasnt aware of until i was paying. they charge for piercing for each ear, the individual earring (mine was about $150 each) and the earring backs, then a tip as well (about $350 total). the piercer kept talking about how the fact that i went to a tattoo shop for my previous ear piercing was such a bad thing and how they did it all wrong. but i’d rather go to a tattoo shop again than here.lastly, my actual ear piercing swelled up and bruised black and blue a few days after and my right lymph node swole up and i tried contacting the piercer as she was told me i could and she just never responded.the place was set up nice and made you feel special cause its luxurious, its still not worth the price idc how rich you are its a waste. wouldnt come here again.4 month update: left ear is infected. going to a tattoo shop next time. would love a refund but i know they wont do that.

I had a double helix jewelry change here and loved the selection of jewelry. They have gold, dainty, high-end options. Something that wasnt great was that the owner was not 100% upfront about pricing. She tacked on a $50 fee for posts after I was already in the back room having my earrings changed. Also, when checking out, I was prompted to add a tip, which was calculated off of the $350 I had spent on earrings... not the $10 service fee for changing the earrings out. Just a heads up. Overall, it was an OK experience just be weary of making sure prices are definite before heading back to get your piercing and make sure to enter a custom tip amount.

My piercer was amazing and patient, especially when I nearly passed out because I forgot to eat. She gave me a great septum piercing today that I am already so in love with, and she was super professional. Would definitely suggest this place and go to it again!!!

She did not have the requested inventory and refused to refund the booking fee. If a store doesn’t have the requested inventory, I feel they should refund the fee. It’s only fair. I was on time (actually, 15 min early), and the fact the inventory wasn’t there is not my fault. I requested a 20g normal earring for an earlobe piecing (not cartilage) and she only had large gauge earrings with the flat backing- the kind you can’t even remove yourself. Not normal or expected. If you choose this location for piercing, triple check they have what you request before you book or waste your time (and money) showing up just to find out they don’t have it. Very disappointed :(I will say, the shop is cute and has a great open design!

I had a very good piercing experience with Lexiy. All the materials were super sanitized before piercing and she was able to answer all my questions.

Kyler pierced my septum and it healed beautifully. He talked me through the whole process and made me feel 100% comfortable. He is such an amazing piercer and I can’t wait to check out the new space! The shop looks absolutely stunning.

My wife and I took our two daughters and a friend to get a second set of ear piercings. I can pretty much handle most trying situations but ear piercings wig me out on every level. Needless to say, my “ dad” instincts were on high alert. If you have any hesitations, put them to rest. This place is about as professional as you can get. To say this place was clean and well kept would be an understatement. The technician had a wonderful demeanor that put my girls at ease, including the parents. There was no doubt he had done this many, many times and was proud of his skills, as he should be. We would highly recommend them without a doubt.

I absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is modern clean and inviting! I’ve been nervous about getting my tragus pierced because I heard they really hurt. The piercer was professional and took great care and made me feel at ease, and it wasn’t bad at all! He did an amazing job and I don’t even feel anything unless I touch it! I also really like the jewelry/stud options. I’ll definitely be back to get my conch pierced on the opposite ear once my tragus heals- which I’m sure will be in no time! Definitely recommend! This studio is really pretty and everyone is extremely nice. They offer a huge selection of gold jewelry! Everything is pretty straight forward about prices with pieces ranging to try and fit everyone’s budget. I’ve been to many body modification shops over the years and this is amongst my worst experiences. Bad customer service, unfriendly and condescending, and exaggerated prices.I went to Dahlia afterwards and had a much better experience there.
