The guys at Golden Boot are amazing. Theyve resoled old, old handmade boots for me and Ill be taking my well worn and traveled Eagle Creek suitcase...Ive traveled the wheels off of it. I love any excuse to pop into Golden Boot. They take great pride in their work and are always very kind.

I brought in a seven year-old Northface backpack with a few giant holes in it. They fixed it up good as new for way less than I expected, and now I have a like-new backpack again for a fraction of what it would cost to buy new. Im very happy with their work, price, and timeliness.

The gentlemen at Golden Boot are fabulous. Ive taken many boots and heels in there to be re-soled, re-zippered, re-heeled. They are efficient and thorough with their work. My go-to shoe shop.

Ive gone here for the last couple of years and they have done fine work but this go round was not a positive experience. First I went in to have the soles repaired and the worker there said I needed new heels I said that was fine. I went to pick up my boots a week later and the soles has not been glued. A different worker told me that it had not been written up to repair the soles. So I left them there again and told them to fix the soles. I just picked them up an additional week later and he gave them to me as if they were fixed and they LITERALLY did nothing to them. Needless to say will not be coming here again.

I brought in an expensive pair of riding boots in the box. They repaired the heel and the sole, but threw away the box. Why would you throw away the box for boots?!? Obviously I store them in the box to protect them. And hey didnt seem to care. Not only that, they didnt polish the boots, which I prepaid for.Horrible customer service and poor work.

Made my pricey dress shoes look almost brand new with new soles and heels and a shine. Definitely worth it if you dont want to purchase a whole set of new shoes

I was in town for a conference and I left part of my heal in the sidewalk crack. This place fixed my heal while I waited.
