No one likes to get their car booted but if I had to choose Nashville booting would be my choice. Responsive, courteous, and classy. My friend/romantic interest called them and received a prompt response and boot removal. I won’t go anywhere else for my booting needs.

Went online to find cowboy boots and Nashville boot co came up that was close by my hotel i was staying at and they had exceptional reviews online, so i went in with my girlfriend to purchase a pair and the customer service was excellent - i believe it was the owner who helped me and he was very kind and polite and did not pressure me into buying anything.

Stopped by today and met Randy. He is sooooooo friendly and helpful! He is exactly what I think of when I think of southern hospitality. We had a lot of fun looking at the boots, belts, hats, and more. Great selection! We ended up buying several items. Id definitely recommend it!

I have extra large and wide feet. Usually a 14 EEEE size in shoes. They had up to size 13 EE. Surprised to find out they fit and had some good options. Very happy with my purchase. The man who helped me was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend.

Ordered a pair of boots for my husband in December. Was told twice they were on back order. Was told yesterday that the boots were discontinued. Wish we had known this immediately instead of waiting two months as we could have looked elsewhere. The woman who answered my calls and called me, Susan, was pleasant on the phone.
