Its been a little time, however, we were happy with our cabinets from here. Overall a good experience and great cabinets. We were happy.

Craig is imaginative, innovative in his use of the Kabinart product and endlessly service oriented. No new home project is without challenges, but he met them all with my desired end in mind. Purchase new house 9yrs ago with Kabinart Kitchen cabinets. 9 months ago plastic pieces in hinges began shattering. As doors lost working hinges, they no longer stayed fully closed. I transferred as many hinges as I could to keep doors fully working. Now I have all doors that stay open approx. 1 inch when I close them. My builder delivered a 10-yr written warranty from Kabinart. My neighbor got all of his hinges replaced at no cost. I call the company today and they want me to pay for replacements. I think the warranty should be honored consistently. New replacement hinges are all metal. Not very satisfied with this Customer Service response. Mike Williams

Terrible wouldnt return my call lousy customer service.

Terrible craftsmanship and customer service. Sent defective damaged cabinets to our house and now they will not replace all the cabinets that are defective. I dont know how they let these cabinets leave the factory. Doors dont match, the joints are splitting, the wood is cracked, the doors are milled wrong. They wont help and keep referring to the kitchen designer who will not do anything until we pay him 100% of the contract price. Do not use waste of money.
